It's always slow and have difficulty seeing my cart/bag. Does not update smoothly and if you close the app it does not always save what you had already selected. It's always a pain to use.

Now crashes continually on Android 14 and link to Royal Mail for recycling pick up (from Nespresso web site) puts you in a help page. Can be quite confusing to find what you need in the app. Not as easy as it should be to quickly place an order New recycling through Royal Mail is very tedious for more than one bag, that's if the app actually worked.

Since the new update at the beginning of October I am no longer available to open the app on my android One plus phone. It has been working fine for the last 3 years, I've tried to contact them but I've had no reply. I didn't expect this from Nespresso, it's very frustrating to say the least.

Excellent - very efficient process! Update October 2023: It worked perfectly until now. Each time I open the app now, it crashes. Very frustrating. So I've had to resort to using the website, which is a bit clunky.

I have updated the nespresso app to the latest version, and now it crashes constantly. I open the app and after about 3 seconds it shuts down. I have not ever had this problem with the previous version. It is really annoying and I hope it gets fixed soon.

Had the app installed the same day I bought my new Nespresso machine. All worked fine for one day. Now the App crashes as soon as I open it. Doesn't bode well. Can only hope my machine doesn't crash after one day's use too...... Nespresso site is working OK.... got a friend to check and all was well. Uodate: App still crashes after 3 or 4 seconds. Zero response from Nespresso so far. No other app behaved like this on my phone.

Latest Update: Turning wi-fi off first before launching the app worked for me. The app closes down as soon as I launch it. Cleared data and restarted phone as well. Works on my Galaxy Tab S6 but not on my S21 Ultra. Clearly, it was not tested on popular devices before it was released.

App has been crashing for nearly a week now, leaving me unable to either order new coffee or connect to my machine. Need to clean my machine, but without the app, I'm unable to. To be so dependent on an app that doesn't work leaving me unable to have a simple coffee when I want is ridiculous. Back to instant coffee, app free!!

Terrible backend service, I had to call to create an account because their system wasn't working properly. I also had to call their support to place an order because of the same issue. A few days later I go check my order status to discover it was cancelled, I call asking about it and they say it will be investigate and it will take between 2-5 days to have an answer. 3 weeks later I still haven't receive any news and the support says they can't do anything about it. I bought a diff brand. Bye!

Terrible app. Never works and constantly comes up with errors. Even when banners appear, when the app then opens you are more often than not left with a blank screen before it crashes. Such a shame. I would have expected better.

Constant crashes. Unusable since the last update. Given you've closed your boutiques locally, the service is shockingly poor... N.B. Usual remedies don't resolve the issue. Update: Switching off WiFi and using mobile data allows access where I discover offers my very recent Web order wasn't offered. I will now miss the app offer! Nice one, Nespresso. 🤔

Overall pretty good. Something needs to be done to fix the loading speed of the quantity selection window. It almost always takes over ten seconds to load, sometimes around 30 seconds, believe it or not. There can be freezing in other areas too. I guess that's a testament to the volume of users, but there seems to be a scalability issue that so far has not been addressed. That is my feedback. Hope it gets where it needs to go.

I rarely leave reviews, but this needed one. It is a shame because I have used this app previously when first setting up my new machine maybe 2-3 months ago and annoyingly the app worked perfectly and it's actually a pretty decent, smooth app to use. However, the last time I came to order some new pods the app doesn't even seem to want to open up anymore. Gets to the first screen and crashes, re downloaded but no changes. Seemingly no response from Nespresso on any other reviews either. Not good

Have tried downloading the app multiple times, and it crashes almost instantly. I can see other reviews where this is happening to other people also. Not a great start to using my new machine, especially when you are meant to be able to link with it via the app.

I recently purchased a Nespresso machine and included in the paperwork was a $10 off your first coffee order promo. I used the app to purchase my first order ever and lol the $10 off promo is out of stock. Not a great experience since can buy coffee for the machine elsewhere at lower cost. It was disappointing. Also not able to add free coffee to the basket at all. I'll be deleting the app. It really sucks

It's possibly one of the worst apps I've used. The orders don't work, it crashes constantly and freezes when you try to amend orders. When notifications appear on your phone and you click on them, the app immediately crashes. You have no idea what the notification was. For such an excellent product, this app is really poor.

This app constantly comes up with error messages when trying to sort my subscription. Went on to website and have the same issues. Seriously for what we are paying one of them should be reliable expecially if you are taking peoples money. I've had to go to store twice to sort these out, which is not ideal. Lucky the store I use have wonderful staff that relieve my anxiety.

Worked well before yesterday's update. Now it's useless and a waste of space. Whenever you try to open it, it asks you to allow location access and then crashes and sends you back to your phone's home screen. Clearing cache and deleting the app doesn't fix this. Someone needs to sort this bug out.
