The app always error when 12.12 sale. I can't get my gift eventho there's still on stock due to error. I can't input 50% promo code due to error. And sadly my 50% prome code can be applied when i'm done my order and payment. And the customer service soooo slow respon. Thanks pomelo :)

What a waste of time with the error pop up keeps appearing during sales. I can't pay the items I've selected. The only reason I download this app is because I have a store credit that I want to use up for.

Pressing back on a item detail view never returns me to where i was on a scrolled list. I always have to scroll back to where i was to continue browsing. And app continues sending me push notifications even though I've opted out.

Order cancelled due to app error.. tried to make the order again and I faced the same problem.. wanted to make use of the 20% first in app purchase coupon.. but I can't even make my order.. please fix it before the code expires..

Took me 7 attempts to finally be logged in. Everytime I click in to check some items, when I want to go back to listings, I start again at the top. Crazily overpriced. I'll stick with SHEIN.

Error in showing the accurate price when checking out. So, I put the wrong discount code and paid expensive price for the goods. And other errors shown when updates or needed updates. And they update very often.

Annoying app!!! I get it if you're celebrating a birthday. But gosh. How many times per day and for how many weeks do you need to spam us? That "Happy Birthday Pomelo" notification has become super annoying. Uninstalled the app.

Never shop with this brand ever. Lousy app and customer service. Always error and laggy no matter how many times u restart it. Cancel the order without any notification nor proper explanation. Seriously the WORST.

Took sometime for the app to change to PH settings and also experienced bugs during the birthday sale. Regular days, the app works perfectly. Also appreciate the sizing feature for each item.

More convenient than using the website, especially on mobile. However, it can be quite slow and laggy when there are big sales. If you can fix that, it'd be great.

I like your products, the materials is pretty good but the problem is very complicated in form return when we need to return the product that we has bought. I think it would be better if you send return form also into the package (like ZALORA Application) So your customers doesnt need to print the form return before we return the products to you. Because nit everyone have a free time

I bought glasses, but the glasses just have one nosepad. This is my first time having online shopping from pomelo but it's makes me feel disappointed. I hope in the future, you must check it first when you want to ship it.

i hate the new update, when i click All Anything, like All Tops or All Bottoms it doesn't go anywhere and that's annoying, also the language is mixed?? some options are in english, others are in my native language, just let us choose if we want full english or full native language.

Promotional code didnt work and I have to pay for full price. I tried to use the live chat but they didnt give me any follow up after they told me they will get back to me asap. It was the last stock and I really want that piece. Used to be a fan but sorry not sorry, ngga lagi lagi deh balik ke sini.. Kecewa dengan cust supportnya.

Love this app, service, info, everything was good. Except the fact that many clothes are always running out of stocks. Its get frustrating when everytime look forward to purchase them and they are still out of stock. Please do most of restock them.

I cant seem to view any of the outfit images. Starts from home to each product displayed. This happened after ive updated the app. I can only browse thru the web page on my laptop :( pls fix this asap guys. Other than that, Im a loyal customer :) p/s: pls open one in Malaysia soooooonnnnn! :D so we dont have to buy online.
