They have fast delivery, tho they say it's free delivery but after choosing items they put delivery chargers! Why ??? Another thing you shd fix is giving us opportunity to choose different items when doing return, eg I bought shoes and they delivered damaged pair so I wanted another one but I was told I have to make a different order or just keep my money on the account that's not fair, We shd be able to choose something different to be delivered as the driver returns the unwanted item

I was so upset with my order aside for there late deliveries they delivered a wrong item and don't even got a way to contact them on how to replaced it "not even had a option to return on the app"CS is not replying,onced answer in a very lazy voice told me that she will just check and called back and yet didn't".Please be responsible enough as you guys knows for selling cheap price but nice item's never used this as an advantage to fool your customer's with the wrong item your sending.Be honest!

Do not believe on the next day delivery! Though their prices are bit lower to other online shops but the delivery is so slow. It will take you ages! Recommend also to check your item carefully if the description of the item will be the same as you received. I experience this for several times. Do not be attracted to just be low prices . We should buy worth of our money.

If i pay by card delivery was so slow but if the payment is Cash you will receive your item as early as possible because they do t want you to cancel ur order!!! I do an experiment on them and it's 100% they prioritise the cash payment for less cancelation ,!

Very poor customer service! Its been 3 days since I placed my order, and when I called contact center to follow up my order, the customer service agent simply disconnected my call after telling me that my order is with 3rd party courier service and they can't do anything to expedite the delivery!Very disappointing experience.

It's really bad y'all I don't recommend this to ANYONE at all. The quality is the worst I ordered 3 items and 2 of them were damaged the watch I ordered didn't even work and the 3rd order looked cheap as hell. they don't care about the customer and the customer agent knows nothing u reach to her for help and she just tells u to wait n doesn't answer half the questions. Y'all better try SheIn or something it's much better and cheaper. Worst Experience. They take ages to return your money.

The product is good and affordable and some nice quality,. But its all nice design, but not easy to return and its took very long to process the refund but they will refund but after that you need to buy again worth 100 aed to get the free shipping but some time they will say also free shipping but not to many charges vat and tax. But thank you for this apps i buy alot of things which is nice.

Make order for the items with higher price if you want quality and make sure to know your size before placing any order otherwise you will pay for a refund fee if you want to make a return, I bought one trouser upon trying it on it all got torn due to fake material and i also placed order for a trouser and the top but only got the trouser, I reported nothing was done, sometimes you get luck your items are very good but sometimes very bad. pls try put more quality items with good refund policy
