I only purchased once so far, 9 days ago, however i had a bed experience. Using the application, buying and paying was good but shipping is the problem. The item is shipped a week ago, bit no information on its status. When i travk my order i get minimum information. I sent an email to customer service but no answer. I had to come here and write my complaint maybe they care

Used to be good but now I have 3 cancelled orders. The third order came incomplete and I have no idea how to get my refund or item. Please do better

I have been waiting for a product to be picked up for the last 2 weeks.First i complained about missing parts and received no resolution. Then i placed the return request well within 7 days and now almost 2 weeks later the item is yet to be picked up and a large amount of my money is stuck. The courier company cancelled the pick up from their end with no such communication from me. And now every call and complaint of mine is being disregarded repeatedly with only false assurances being given.

I ordered an item expecting it to arrive after 1-2 days. Didn't know it will take longer, like at least 3 days for some item. Chat site for support took a long time answering. One time i requested to change the color of newly recieved item when the pink ones were available, i wrote an email. Got a lukewarm reply that didn't solve my problem of changing my blue feeding set to pink. Now my baby girl is stuck with the blue stuff. Not gonna lie, Im not happy with the service.

The best ecommerce i have dealt with till today. Great selection. great prices. no extra charges on COD or delivery. fast delivery. have ordered 3times in the past month and have not had issues with products received or with delivery. @mumzworld please continue to be as you are. its been awhile since ive given anyone a pat on the back. extremely satisfied customer. Customer service is great, shipping is fast and the stroller I ordered is cheaper than it is in my country (Bahrain) and is faultless. That being said, the app lacks a lot and glitches, I recommend ordering from the website. Also, the item description can differ from English to Arabic so be careful especially for pricier/heavier items. (check the website in both languages)

The worst experience.. the delay is unbelievable then the shipment was divided and then suddenly the remaining item i received email saying its out of stock and there is no refund!!!! The refund is points as gift card n same website... I regret the whole experience and everything about this app and order

This is the worst site to order items online aside fr having complicated app. Ordered items on 23 April, few of the items they delivered on 9May - that is more than 2weeks after. Now the remaining 2items haven't deliver yet up til now. Not sure if they will deliver anytime soon. Another thing, if u r going to follow up order using their landline, they are going to cut it off unless you use the 'new order' option so they would entertain your call...

Total frauds! The shipment takes very long time more than one month. They cancel shipments after few weeks of placing the order claimingi run out of stock! They send parcels with missing items and damaged products. Never reply. No refund no communication. Cannot be reached. The icon "chat with us" is blocked by them and not working. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. I lost a lot of money and got no product and no refund!

At first I was happy while browsing through the apps and seeing the things that I need in a reasonable price. But when I proceeded to checkout the items on my cart, I can't proceed to payment.. tsk tsk too bad all the wasted time adding to cart and can't even buy it. 🙄 I guess I'll be deleting the app since it doesn't serve its purpose.

Their online shop is good because they have almost everything you need. I would give them a 4 or 5, but because of their poor customer service, that is why I am just giving 2. We purchased one item which is on sale, and when I tracked my order it says "CANCELLED". Just like that.Without any explanation of why our order was cancelled. But when we search the product,its available. When we sent an email, SR is created, but still no response. Firstcry is still the best app plus no min order required

Ver nice products that may not be easily available in our local market. However, I'm disappointed with the shipping of my purchase. The price was wrongly inducated in US dollars instead of UAE Dirham. Ended up paying more than triple customs amount. Furthermore, my purchase was shipped in two separate packages on two different days; each of which listed the full purchase and the full amount......so I had to pay the customs twice. My communication with Mumzworld and Aramex didn't help.

The app itself is okay. But my goods delivery is not good at all i thought it'll delivered all at the same time but no. I order 12 but i just received 3. It's like you're paying more on the delivery charge than the goods you ordered. I wish you improve your delivery though. I hope that what you order, will receive at once. I'm quite disappointed!

Not good experience The app hang while purchasing and make the order can't be completed, then I order two item and when I receive first item the app shows both was delivered and when I contact the customer service they said only one delivered, this app isn't configured correctly or not been programmed correctly there more conflict and I can't trust the app any more I will delete it and go back to the website. Not recommended.

inaccurate shipment/delivery time. They always delay the delivery of the item without notification. in order to get our order we have to call them and wait on the call to follow up. Only then they will get the item. This repeated many times. Now I decided not to deal with them again. additionally avoid ordering this that need complex installation like outdoor play area as they do not offer installation even with a fee.

The website is a fraud. After i returned an item, they tild me the item meets their standards and they will issue me a store credit. When i asked for a refund instead, they responded that the item did not meet their return standards! It was security cam that didnt work! I packed it right up and send it back. Fraudulent people! And now they have both the item AND the money!

Love this app. All products are in good quality. The platform is very user friendly. But i wish it is always updated like for example, many items are still on promotion but when you click it to add on your cart, the item is in regular price. Also there is difference with the total payment, as it appears at SAR on checkout it is AED, the total price is not accurate not like in other shopping app that is converted already.
