Never going to buy anything from sivvi. Bought a cookware set, which was not up to my expectations so I returned it on same day. I call them many times for refund and every time they tell me you will get back your money in 2 to 4 days but till now I have not received any refund.

Fraud application, they took my money and didn't booked orders. Several times I called them, sent email but no action. More than 20 days passed but I didn't recived my money, bank is clearly saying, amount taken by them.

I am trying to return few products from the order which was delivered to me on 25th Dec. Called customer care and requested to pick up return items 3 times already but still not action. I loved the products but I don't want to order again as this is such a hustle for the return process.

Ordered on Dec 3 - was showing delivery on 5th December. Got messages 3 times it's out for delivery with associate and not reached. And no response from associate even calling multiple times. Still waiting . Customer contact center is even worst to track an give right info.

Too expens8ve.. The price doesn't worth items.. On sale u find the same items for almost 20% of the prices ur posting.. I downloaded the app and delete immediately after I checked the prices..

why does your app crash all the time, after browsing for 5 or 10 or 15 minutes? i've tried uninstalling and then re-installing it but that did not help. for this reason i am always unable to view your items completely.

I never had issues when ordering. The sales are great too with SIVVI. However, the app will do even great if the specifications of items are accurate.

I always go on Sivvi App to check for latest fashion and trends. They offer free delivery regardless of how much you order. Pretty much satisfied from the wide array of products and been customer since Feb 2021 and counting...😍😍

I don't see any kind of settings in this app to display my country currency that is Omani rial. It have only 2 country selection those are KSA & UAE. But rather than this we can't select country. Does this app even deliver here in Oman? If do so does it have any options to select the country Oman? Im so confused🤕

I regret I ordered here at sivvi. I ordered a size 44 eu but that shoe is too small to fit. I would like to change cases with an extra charge. the shoes are too slim not comporatable to wear.

Impressed with this store. Economicalprices, user friendly app, genuine brans and trustworthy customer service. So far i ordered twice but in last order, i had delivery guy issues which they resolved on same day and addressed my concerns promptly. Keep it up guys, surely i will return soon for more orders. Very bad experience worst online shopping in my entire life. Purchased a shoe and received damaged shoe lose stich from lacoste. And the box is also damaged. I made a return after 3 days received same item again shoe and damaged box.its like they just returned to me the one I returned to them very worst shopping experience. I never recommend. I trully regret I ordered here.

The worst shopping app ever. I ordered 20 days ago, and haven't receive my order till date. After 3 times follow ups . They cancelled my order and I am waiting for the refund now . Which I think it will take another century. Don't even think to down load the app

SIVVi is very convenient and fast online shopping. All the brands are authentic and so secured. Everyone should shop on this shop because their DEALS are so much better and cheaper than others. Most specially their delivery man is very polite they are willing to wait with a little time unlike others. Thanks Sivvi

A horrible that prides on false commitment. Paid an additional amount of Aed 19 for same day delivery to the office address (they deliver to office address before 6pm) . But alas , the item was delivered the next day. Why has my money not been refunded ? Why do you have a customer service team who seems completely useless and unable to help? Trying the app for the first time , its the worst experience ever. 10/10 would not recommend this scam . Encourage more people to report these scammers.

Very bad customer service, returning an item process given by the customer service representative was wrong and I waited 9days expecting an email or call of delivering the new item instead of the returned one but it was a surprise that an email sent from noon which I didn't realise because the sivvi customer service did tell me that I will receive an email from noon not sivvi. And the price of the item is higher than what I purchase initially. And no one have authority in call center to solve it

I have ordered 4 items 3 are okay but the 4th one is a Calvin Klein woman shoes which was the highest value of my items but i received only Calvin klein box and the shoes is very low quality and cheap. This is my first impression and do not think i will use the app again unless my issue was solved fast .
