Very bad experience. I have ordered a baby chair on 16th May. Now it's been a month didn't receive. There is no option for cancelation in the application. Customer care is waste of time. They will cut the call in between and they don't know any information. Extremely disappointing

Extremely disappointed. Ordered online only to have an item deleted by Babyshop and the order delayed both without clear reasons. Contacted customer care and they said the deleted item had poor quality (if that's the case then why is it displayed online?). Still haven't received the order (it's been 3 days) after 2 delays although same-day delivery is available for Sharjah orders. Prefer in-store shopping instead.

Please be aware of this online store as they are the most shady online shop I've ever witnessed. I ordered for blue vests and upon delivery I received pink ones. I tried pleading with the customer service to do an exchange so that I could receive the right item and she said as per their policy they do not exchange wrong items .I asked for my refund and she said they would only give me back in the same app and if I am still interested I can re order the item again incurring costs again!

It never works with me. I unistalled and reinstalled several times but it's always slow and doesn't open most of the time. And no, it's not my phone cause all other apps are working just fine.

Would be great if background colour of app is different. A bit difficult to view products in white background. Goin back to the main menu after viewing an item from favourites list.

Absolutely pathetic experience in terms of delivery. It is taking longer than expected and the agents can't give any specific date for the item. I'm traveling tomorrow and need the package at the earliest, and nobody at babyshop seems to know where the package is. Extremely disappointed. Also the agents repeatedly kept saying that they have escalated the matter, but when I ask for a cc on the email. They simply say "you have to trust us". Again extremely disappointed.

Crappy app. Asked me to log in, says server error. Tried resetting my password, password link was sent to me but after trying to reset my password just few seconds upon receiving the link, says the password link is no longer valid. Tried it multiple times, did the same thing. Waste of time.

Nothing is opening, saying no internet connection, try again. I have uninstall the application 3 times and downloaded 3 times, so it will work properly, but not working correctly. And now i have deleted this application, and will not use in future again. Thank you.

Very bad app, after spending a lot of time to add items to the cart and when Checkout the added items are not showing. Called and informed customer service by phone and email. But not solved the issue.

I always ordered from center point and get things within timeline. This time I use babyshop application and guess what? It's more than 10 days, still order in processing phase although it was promised to be placed by 14th may 2021. I contacted with agent, they are just copy paste the sentences, no actual progress. I will reconsider ordering next time. Poor customer service, unprofessional behavior.

sometimes the app shows certain things to be in stock only to cancel them on its convenience even after payment has been processed. this is highly inconvenient and all you get is an email saying sorry for cancellation. extremely disappointing

The app is good but most of the products are out of stock. You must present that to the buyer from the beginning and not waste our time checking if the items we want to buy are available or not!!!! Hopefully you will correct this in the new version. Good luck

Worst experiance with this app. Whole day I have tried to proceed my order but for stroller and rocker it was saying select delivery date, but their was no option for selection. And even after updating the app. No progress. Then I tried same order on my husband's mobile. Then it was saying that delivery service is not available in your area. Then my question is why this area is mentioned in area selection? 80% of stuff that I am trying to buy is out of stock. Then why it is shown in app?

My order just arrived, but there is partly missing. The box is also broken, and the item is dusty and feels like a 2nd hand. I want to return it, but my kid already saw it and doesn't want to let it go. I managed to clean the item and will try to find the missing item at the other store. To summarise, I will not buy from you again.

The app was working fine till your last update everything stopped working and each time I open the app keep sending me back to the home page , I uninstalled the app and installed it again but the issue not resolved. Please check the issue in the app and fixe it ASAP . My phone is Samsung Galaxy s10 plus. Thanks

The app is easy to use, and the discounts are incredibly good. But I'm giving them 3* rate because of their delivery and customer service. They are far from other online baby stores. Expect delays in delivery. Don't try to contact their customer service, they can't help you and will tell you to ask the delivery company instead. There is no point in following up, you will just waste your time.

Not easy to browse. From checkout page, when you click on one item and want to go back, you land on home page instead. Not always showing which item is out of stock to be removed so that one got stuck on checkout stage.
