Horrible, I usually use the web browser to shop pacsun but getting the app was going to allow me to get points for a discount but even when entering my correct email and password is tells me it's invalid when it's clearly valid if the app itself directs me to the web browser then it works but they want me to reset my password? I don't think so. I just kept my money and won't be buying from them for awhile. I'm not going to get the run around just to get 5 dollars off a 40 dollar clothing item

I love and like shopping. I like items PacSun quality too. The first time I ordered was good. The second time I was ordered 5 itmes inside the package only 4 itmes one is missing but they putting paper list all items name inside with the package. I go and checked there's no help to do. I lost my money. Don't know how to do it. I so afraid to buy again 😫

The app is very slow to load any page. This is frustrating when scrolling through clothes or clicking on one and then trying to go back. It is slower than the pacsun website. It also often signs me out.

I was buying a birthday gift for my brother and other items and I put the order through and I didn't know that if you had more than one item it would ship separately. I'm get getting notifications that one item shipped than another 4 hours later. I was thinking of paying 20$ (I'm glad I didn't) for the shipping but i payed 5$ for 3 day shipping so his gift would be here in time, if I would've known that of ahead of time and the shipping being like this I would have spent my money else were.

I work at Pacsun and we consistently need to use the app to find SKUs and it barely loads. As well as it loading super slow, the filters don't filter properly, or perhaps arent attached to the right items. The app is not very good and simply poses a challenge.

The app is always so laggy and literally useless. I get so frustrated with their website and app that I don't even want to buy anything. I'm sick ans tired of them texting about great promos and coupons only to find that the items are still grossly overpriced and the app and website are still literally impossible to use without wanting to hang myself.

This interface on this app was never great but ever since the last update the app has downgraded even more. It just keeps buffering, never actually loads any items, takes forever to process that I even clicked in anything. Graphics do look a bit nice but overall not a great app. Pacsun doesn't have a great website either.

Pacsun isn't that great anymore. I ordered a moon phase hoodie and it was completely dirty and worn. It had stains, lint balls, and something sticky. I asked for a change and got charged for the new one. The thing is they were both dirty and worn. I shipped them both back and haven't gotten my refund. Its been a whole month and im at a point where I'm done. I called customer service 7 times. Im tired and done. Thank you for taking 150 dollars from a teenager.(2 hoodies returned)

Crashes over and over on the newest version of Android on a Note 20 Ultra when you click on an item to look at it. The app is literally unusable. You've got time to update all the ads and promos and change the way the app looks but not look into this bug?

I love their clothes but every time I download the app instead of going online, there always seems to be an issue with signing in. I just downloaded it again after seeing they dropped new items in the emma chamberlain collection and I couldn't sign in and when I clicked forgot password, I didn't get an email. It's ridiculous at this point

I've used this app before and it's really good. Nice selection of clothes. I just reinstalled it and it says network error. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it still wont work. It isnt my wifi because I'm on it on my xbox. Still, it's a great app if it starts working.

Every time I click on a item and make it bigger or just choose a different color it goes back to the original home screen. Yall need to work on this app plus the store didn't have half as the app has or I say online has so I can't even imagine trying to order something when I'm ready. Be get your team of technical support on this cause it's everytime.

The app was great, I was finding a ton of stuff of sale and adding to my cart; until I tried to checkout. On the product pages it said the sizes were available, but when I go to my shopping cart there is this pop notification that says "Product Unavailable" without showing which ones. Then I must sort all my items until none are left when it said they were available. Really frustrating, needs to be fixed if you want to have more business through your app. Otherwise, love this store.

This app is so slow and keeps logging me out after not using it for a little while. I tried to clear one thing from my cart and it wiped the whole cart! So i had to rush to try to find all of the items I wanted to purchase minutes before a sale ending, only to be able to purchase half the items i was trying to purchase. Please update this app.

It's so irritating. It makes me log in every time I want to look for clothes, which is the whole point of the app.

The filter option needs improvements, it is too crowded with options that do not fit the item you are looking at, and the "Orders" section is also terrible, you cannot see photos of the items you bought it only shows the names and it is impossible to cancel orders even when they haven't even processed yet.

The filter options are horrible. If something doesn't show up you have to reselect all of your options from the beginning. There are too many color choices that it seems useless to pick and narrow them. They still need a lot of improvement.
