This app never works. Every time I try to use it, it tells me that there's a connection error. I only installed it because there was a $5 off coupon if you did. But it wouldn't let me place the order through the app. I had to place it on my computer because it kept having the same connection error. And now it still won't let me track the order. If the entire purpose of the app is to order things, how about make sure that that function actually works...? Just a thought.

Love Nordstrom Rack but horrible app and needs fixing. I called customer service regarding the checkout issue and I was told to email someone about it but they never got back to me. Even though the automatic message said it would take 1-2 bussiness days and it's already past 2 days. There was always an unknown error for checkout and on the website as well. I tried purchasing a giftcard in hopes it would work but did not. Everytime I had made a purchase, I always got refunded. How frustrating.

Super bummed. I have used this app for years. I love it. Until recently I have been logged out and for some reason unable to lock back in. I have had 1 time that it made the mistake of doing an order twice and the store and customer service took care of it and refunded. But other than that this app has been great. I really hope they fix whatever is going o with this app soon or provide an update on whats going on. On a positive note, I'm saving money 😊

Very poor customer return policy. Do not have the exceptional service that Nordstroms has. Supervisor Crystal T was very bland, like a robot and was no help at all ! I am done with Nordstroms Rack!

Items (pictures of the item) are not loading. I have to tap Back out then click on the item again and sometimes the item will load but normally it's still a blank screen.

App stinks. Been having issues just adding a payment card, keeps timing out whether on wifi or 5g. Moving on and shopping elsewhere.

I used to work for Nordstrom back when The Rack wasn't a store! And shopping in the store vs online, I seem to find better pricing online. I do wish that they didn't require an almost $100 purchase for free shipping bc I never seem to have the option to have merch shipped to the store. And I live in a heavy populated area with many "entitled" people! Regardless, Love the Rack.

Love Nordstrom Rack but the App and Website need some help. No matter what device I am on and whether it is hardwired or on Wifi, on mobile app ir full site, I cannot see all of the items. For example, searching for jeans, filter to what i would like to see, mostly blank boxes come up. One out if every 20 or so have an actual photo that loads. VERY difficult to shop that way.
