Thanks for downloading the Marshalls App. Now you can shop amazing styles & savings anytime, anywhere.

There’s two super exciting ways to find surprises:

- Use the Snap It, Shop It feature to search for items. Just take a picture of anything
you see (and love), and we’ll show you similar styles.
- Create Your Custom Closet by selecting styles and details you love, and we’ll create a
personal collection just for you.

Other trips & tricks you need to know about:

- Use our Store Locator to find a store near you.
- Upload e-gift cards and Reward Certificates right to your account.
- Manage your TJX Rewards Credit Card account on the go.
- Register for the Marshalls App to create a mobile account (you can use your

Where's my rewards???? I have my rewards available when I open my account online, but it doesn't show on the app. I did close and opened, also I did restart my phone, but still nothing! Fix this, please!

Horrible. Hold up entire line each time I use it. Embarrassing and don't use my rewards when I would like to, if there is a line. Nothing else to say.

Can't login, app closes within 30 seconds of opening it, is useless! No stars!!!!!!!! Deleting!!

Marshall in- store shopping is a breeze so online shopping is gotta be way better, you don't have to wait in long lines which I absolutely hate and prices are low just wish they had a better selection.

Nothing works ! All I can do is look at home page. I try and pick a category, or search for a store all I get is a white screen. If you are going to offer an app you should make sure it actually works.

Will not, repeat, will not give walk-in points ever. Location is on, and verified everytime I'm in Marshall's, TJ MAXX and Carter's. Three stores I'm always in and never get walk-in points. The only three.

Terrible app... every time I try to open the app to pay o buy it won't let me. It closes by itself. Or you guys fix this or close it for good, because is not helping at all...

READ THE REVIEWS, FIX THE APP!!! Bad look for the company. Hire the company that built most of your competitor's apps. Easy fix. I will buy something if I can use the app. Easy win. I see more 1 star reviews on this app. Not very good in these times. Good Luck

Broken app. Rewards so not show up in the app. When I look online I see them but the app says I have no rewards. When I press upload manually it makes me sign in and the upload manually button is gone. TJX is a scam.

The app wont even open for me. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it didn't help it. I have rewards that I can't use because of this. It's terrible I don't want to give it one star but had to in order to give the review

Impossible to link your account. NEVER NEVER NEVER has my rewards balance on it. No matter what I do they don't appear on the app. I've tried both Marshall's and the TJX app.

This app is trash. Dumpster juice. It crashes every time. It burns battery life extremely fast. I hate it. Website is trash also. I'm stuck at the main screen and cant click nothing.

The app gets frozen every time I try to open it. I have to close the the app several times and reopen it several times for it to work if I get lucky.

This app is one of the most frustrating apps I have. Can't make a purchase can't pay a bill. U need to get rid of ur ITT people. This app could have been fixed by now. 2nd time i have written about this problem in Nov.

Giving it 3 stars cause I think that the app has potential, but they need to work way more on it. If done right, I think the app can be great for even something as simple as just points.

I am constantly signed out, when I go to sign in it says invalid password/email. So I go to reset password and no links ever come through on my emails. I am still able to pay my bill, but not sign in for rewards, etc?

Very clunky app, similar to kohls. The products and deals are awesome just wish it had easier way of navigating around to have a smooth online shopping experience

7/21: Credit card services do not work at all through the app. Error message reads "Could not log you in. Please check your username and password, and try again." I can only access my account online. App is practically useless for me. 10/22 update: still worthless.
