It's really annoying that the pages arent numbered when you are looking through a companies items. You have no idea where it ends. You also can't sort in alphabetical order. Both of these things keep me from bothering to use Faire to find other companies to order from.

I'm confused as to why I had been rejected to purchase wholesale for my small business. 😕 I would love to know why? I have my license and took images of everything I could and as many as I could add. I run through Poshmark right now, and Faire has good reviews. All I got was an email saying I wasn't accepted at this time and my order that I spent hours looking for items was cancelled... so I'm a little disappointed. If someone could explain, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks - KB

App crashes constantly and the interface leaves much to be desired. Better to shop Faire on a desktop with a browser, but not by much since the site is slow as hell. Good resource for small businesses though... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Love the app when it works. This is very frustrating to click on my orders and see a blank screen! I also can't see my available credit on my mobile screen. Please fix the bugs! I've spent thousands on Faire... my app should work. Thank you!

I love Faire, but the app constantly glitches. It will freeze up and the photos try to load but nothing shows up. I JUST had a faire update about 5 min ago. It seems to be getting worse. But I want to repeat Faire would get 5 stars; it's actually the app that gets 3 stars.

this app looks great and everything, my only issue is that I was under the impression that sellers were free to offer products for sale. I saw some businesses talking about offering their products here but it looks like they heavily favor a certain kind of item and you have to go though an application process which is not set up for smaller businesses.

They advertise as if they are a wholesale market for resellers but when you go through and create an account so you can see the pricing it's all higher than anywhere else on the internet. Seriously just shop around, every item I looked at I can by cheaper on eBay, Amazon, aliexpress etc.

Terrible! Cant seem to get verified as a small business that works from home making personalised item. Explained how I don't have set prices for items as they all vary due to different specifications of personalisation..this isn't good enough and means that they cancel my orders. I have ordered from the trader before via her website but unable to via faire. Just keep getting the same response when I email that I need 30 days of sales shown on my platform, really disappointed I can't use service.

I like the app however I often get a message that says "something's wrong". Also the "load more" option has not been loading more options lately. That's a more recent issue. Now it's not allowing me to open the app. It says to update but when I click on update, it still won't open. First time with this issue .

This app is very convenient and works even better since the update. you can categorize you cart and organize products you may be interested in purchasing. I don't have any suggestions for change this company is doing great. The insider perk is a great help for shipping costs as well.

As a new business owner I was pleased on how easy it was to set up my account and place my order! My only suggestion is when clicking on a product to read the description and then clicking the back button it would take me back to the top of the search list. Very time consuming to find your spot again. Overall! great experience!

Now that I've finally been able to find a reputable dealer on the app and it looks like I'll be able to get what I have ordered I'm much happier. The app is still a bit slow and it's hard to wade through and find good sellers at first. I keep forgetting where my saved items are too and having to hunt them down. Customer service is amazing and it was easy to find support email on the app. Wors of advice don't buy from anyone who has not been rated yet or won't respond to you messaging.

I do enjoy this app and if I know what I am reordering it is very convenient. However, I am having the same issue mentioned in other reviews where if I want to click on an item, when I go back to my search results I just see the same 10 items over and over. My app was last updated March 22 2022 and it does not offer any newer updates. It says this bug was fixed but I am still experiencing it.

They are liars. They false advertise that you can pay in 60 days. Despite meeting all their terms of service they still denied me. But when I applied and didn't include anything about my sexuality or pronouns I was suddenly approved for a credit limit. Seems a little prejudice to me. Don't trust them they are not good people. We will see if they remedy this issue before litigation is required.

The vendors are GREAT but the app functionality is so godawful that it doesn't matter!AMONG OTHER THINGS: I have just spent a harrowing two weeks TRYING TO RESET password! Never have I experienced anything like this! The app does NOT respond as it should, EVER, so I finally gave up and left Faire. Customer support is great but even they couldn't fix it & I am locked out of my account & still being charged for INSIDER shipping! Update: customer support followed through until issue was resolved

Keep lowering my terms limit! It's frustrating for me to log in & constantly see my terms limit cut in half every few months. I go from 5k down to 2.5k with no explanation or reason. It effects small businesses negatively when you yank credit they are relying on. I've been with Faire for YEARS! Customer service has fixed it in the past, but this time, they aren't going to. They dropped my limit to 2.5k when I had 2.7k in invoices out. Screwed me & my business royally.
