Doesn't accept Amazon pay, says it needs to accept cookies but how do I do that and why do I have to be bothered by changing a setting? The back button on the phone does not go back in the app, instead it leaves the app itself making navigating tedious. The app crashed numerous times. What a pain to order something!

For some reason, all of the important links are white font on off white background. It's annoying to read & it's not worth risking a costly error because of poor app design. I'll use the website. That's readable.

The app itself after downloading it sucks!! This app sucks, sucks, and sucks some more. Please update the app because I'm constantly changing passwords or not allowed to log in unless it's through internet and I am not a happy camper. I feel like our information is compromised and I'm definitely deleting it after today.

App is slow, shipping even slower. I placed two orders with this app. 1st one took several days to ship then when I checked status the app said it couldn't find my order. 2nd order I tried to cancel 5 hours after I placed it and it was denied and suddenly they were the kings of speedy shipping. The app stinks and not impressed with the service at all, kind of feels shady.

I downloaded the app thinking it would be faster than the practically non functional site but no, the app is just as bad. Kind of makes me want to cancel my lux subscription because it takes so long to update my list, it's not even enjoyable.

App is completely unusable after whatever recent updates happened. Text seems to be white, as is the app background. So it's white text on white background making all the text completely unreadable.

This app could be better. It shouldn't restart everytime I switch between apps. Also it is really annoying trying to go back to a previous page. it doesn't mesh well with my operating system unfortunately.

I love this app. FragranceNet is one of the least expensive perfume retailers I've found.. And on top of that, they have great sales. There are so many fragrances to choose from and the reviews from other customers is a big help when I'm considering purchasing something new. Plus they have hair and beauty products! 😍 Oh and did I say they also have great sales.

So far it's been horrible. I ordered a purple luxe subscription and it's now let me put all my payment info in twice but hasn't made the order. That wouldn't be too bad if it didn't take the money off my card two times. Now how am I supposed to check to even see if I have an order coming without it doing the same thing again. I'm starting to get really mad

For a company that has been around long enough now, you would think their app would be more refined. It is extreeeeemly slow, buggy as hell, has texts or fields that get cut off... It's time for them to move on to a new developer before other similar companies poach all their customers with apps that work.

They've upped the prices so much in less than two weeks, now that the 2 deliveries have never been delivered, they only want to refund 1 of the orders that I made, especially for Christmas, and NOW if i tried to purchase both of my orders, i would only have $150, when the price for these orders are now close to $250. UNBELIEVABLE. I don't know what happened to the company, but this is absolutely ridiculous.

Sadly all of the comments were true, while I didn't have the load problem some people suggested the things on this app are more expensive then the website, $79.99 compared to $50.39 on the web. So in that regard I would recommend the website then this app, shame because I like the website and how cheap it is, it's just a bother when you need to click so many bottons to get on one page...

Ive been ordering from this site since the late 90's BUT,I have a Major Update; On December 31st, I tried to place an order and kept getting redirected because my address was ineligible for shipping. Then, on March 22, 2023, I tried placing another order but it was on me this time because I thought I could just have it shipped as a gift to the receivers address but it's not possible. Therefore, I'm paying double shipping for it. Why can't we have the option to send it as a gift straight to them?

The app has so many bugs. Even when you log in it wont save your coupon. I cant ever track my order. I cant ever go from category to category. It takes me hours to order. I've been searching other sites to get the same fragrances at the same price so I dont have to deal.

App is as slow as pouring molasses in a snowstorm in February!! My meaning is, it just sits there and does nothing! I've been waiting for over 5 minutes to to get to another page in your app and it forgot to remind itself where it was asked to go! When the app was working, barely, half of the fragrances I wanted to order were out of stock and many item are always out of stock! On more positive note, your prices just cannot be beat anywhere!! Take the good with disappointments!

I absolutely love this company and the website, but several days and several attempts per day, the app does not work! I get the intro screen... white background, purple perfume bottle, etc. Then, the screen goes completely white and that's it. Can't request tech support because the app won't load for me to get to a help screen. Maybe this will get me some help???

Didn't keep it installed long. I have no problem with the website. I love fragrancenet, good deals and lots of variety. But I couldn't do anything with the app. It kept freezing and for some reason the website is different. When I searched for my favorite brand on the app only 2 items popped up. On the website most of the scents are there. Seems kind of odd. Either way I don't see the point in having this app when the website works so much better. I only gave 3 stars because I like fragrancenet.

This isn't about the app so much itself, just about the service. I prepaid for an entire year for purple luxe (a fragrance subscription) and decided to cancel with three months remaining. It very CLEARLY states on their website that if your prepaid for your entire subscription, you'll be refunded the prorated amount of the subscription you have not received within 5-7 business days. I did not receive a refund after cancelling. Customer service gave the run around. TERRIBLE service!!!!
