Definitely needed a way to spend more money. Luckily there doesn't seem to be a search function on the app just sort by categories, so I can't find everything. I'm fine keeping those extra dollars in my pocket. Nice deals, shipping takes longer than prime but for the price it's nice.

Terrible customer service. Order something and you may or may not get a notification 10 days later that the item you ordered is out of stock. And when you finalize your purchase and place your order, it even has a screen that says "hang on a second while we process your payment and CHECK OUR INVENTORY". Yeah... That's funny. I'd rather deal with Wish.

AWESOME APP! WOOT has the best deals & discounts on items from Amazon, some of the items have limited quantity which is why it's priced so well. You can find everything from t-shirts to 4k TV's, if you're looking for a gift this is the place to go! You have to be quick on some of the best deals as they get bought quick, plus all sales only last until they are sold out or the time runs out which varies anywhere from 10 days to a month.

Empties my shopping cart randomly. Not like when something sells out, in stock items. Really annoying since there's no search feature (also super annoying) so I have to browse the categories again trying to find my items. Also makes me approve Amazon sign in attempts. When dealing with limited time and quantity items, this means you can lose a deal wasting time approving a log in from the same device always used for Amazon. Lots of improvements needed to make it more user friendly and convenient

Great to find deals on pretty much everything! It may not always have what your looking for, but if you check everyday you may find what your looking for. Sign in with Amazon (parent company) get free standard shipping and easily buy the bargain you found. I do wish it had a specific search bar, but that's probably part of their gimmick. Since who knows what deals you'll find while shopping. Great app and I'll continue to recommend and use.

It's not a great app I really can't stand when I click on something and then hit the back button and get taken to a complete different menu. This makes me not even want to browse through the items. Alot of the used/open/refurbished deals aren't even priced good. Also (new) doesn't mean opened or returned and tested that is technically used.

It is ok. As in just ok. Mediocre. The best thing about the app is the monkey chatter. I love Monty & Mortimer. They should have their own show. The app lacks a Unified Search where a customer could enter the type of product they are looking for and it would search all of Woot and bring back all matches. For example, search for CPAP, and Woot would provide all machines, masks, hoses, filters, cleaning supplies, etc.

This app needs an update. It's keeps saying something went wrong or it never brings up items when you select them. Also it's not easy to navigate or search for particular items. Sometimes it doesn't keep it's place when you press back so now you have to start from the top again. It gets frustrating.

I have purchased a few things from this app and been happy with them all. My issue is with the app, in that, after visiting the site due to a notification regarding a category I am interested in, and after I place something in my cart from that category and wish to continue shopping, I am never returned to the page I just left. I have to search, oh wait, there is no search function in this app that I've found... It's annoying. The app could use updating.

I like Woot! for many reasons. The app needs to be stabilized. Pages loaded slowly or not at all, jumpy transitions from page to page. Update: App is MUCH BETTER! This makes browsing and purchasing easier and much less frustrating. The free shopping for Prime members doesn't hurt either!

This is my first time ever using the Woot! app or indeed ever actually hearing about it (until just recently). And I think that it's great to have yet another outlet where one can find bargain buys on a multitude of different products. However, I think would've been nice to have a few additional features, such as a more robust search engine that included the ability to list the available items by typing in keywords (something similar to the Search bar on Amazon)… but it's still worth it!

woot used to be the place to go for quirky items. But, since it was purchased by Amazon it has turned into an Amazon outlet store. That is not necessarily bad, but it is not the same experience. Woot offs were a great way for them to clear out merchandise that only had a few items left. They still have woot offs but they're just not the same. BOC's were a great deal worth staying up all hours for. I seldom got a BOC but it was worth it when I did. They still have the humor they were noted for.

Love Woot! App is ok...missing much needed search engine. Also would like more sub categories to choose from as current categories encompass a much too wide a range of items. Difficult to know where to look...but gotta say I have found AMAZING deals thru Woot! Only had an issue with one product I ordered out of the 20 + items I've ordered/received in the last few months.

Pretty solid app experience. They say it's faster than doing it on the web but I don't find that to be the case. The biggest issue I have is that when you sign in with your Amazon account you never stay logged in, regardless of if you check the boxes to do so. This really hinders the purchasing experience for hot items.

Overall this is a good app. As far as being notified about deals for that day many times they run a sale on a block of particular items (e.g. Electronics, Household Items, etc.) which seems to start at 2:00 or 3:00 AM ET. By the time I check the app at 6/7 AM most of the more desirable items have sold out. And by the time I get their e-mail about a sale they're having it's very late morning/ mid-afternoon. Purchase, shipping, and delivery experience has been great. Great customer service, too.

App is extremely slow responding to clicks and loading between every screen. When routing to the app through email or web links it rarely loads the item you clicked on, instead it shows something you previously viewed or the start page. when you leave the app and come back though it is rarely in the same spot you left it and it shows the splash screen again even after only a few minutes of being idle.

Looks clean & uncluttered, but it doesn't scroll smooth at all! It's slow and problematic while trying to pinch & zoom item pics. Maybe it needs to be ironed out a bit? It's an Amazon company, all those billions of dollars & they release an app that feels like a 1998 Geocities site (minus the glitter and confusing fonts)! EDIT 5/22 app has a bug that's making my experience using it very frustrating! When I try to enlarge the items picture it automatically refreshes the page!! I'm deleting this.

Some items are a good price, while others seem very over-priced. I hate that there is no search bar and you kind of have to start all over if you look at something, then go back because it takes you out of the category you were in. My absolute worst complaint is that the only way to reach Customer Service is via email. They are supposed to be owned by Amazon, yet Amazon offers chat and phone call in addition to email contact. Its extremely frustrating trying to facilitate a return!
