There was nothing wrong with the old app unless you wanted ... Prices high to low , or low to high . But this new update is worthless ! Locks me out . I've changed new passwords three times . Doesn't show items looking for . What are we paying for ?

It's a scam. They want $23/month or $199/year to give the info you want. And that info is weak. Complete joke and waste of time. I have been a seller on ebay for 15 years and thought I'd give Worthpoint a shot. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. There are other options that are much better and FREE.

The image search feature doesn't work, rendering the app useless to me. Also, app results and online results differ. The online version provided more results than the app. I immediately canceled my subscription. Please refund my money as soon as possible.

Typing into the search line is hopeless. The app randomly tells me I can't see the price because I don't have a subscription even though I'm logged in with a subscription. You need to do more beta testing before releasing an app that could potentially frustrate thousands of users. Worthpoint, if you know what is good for your business, put 10 people on fixing it today and you could be releasing a usable app within a week.

Downloaded the app to check out a single item, found a simalr one but was unable to view it as you have to sign in. You cannot create an acct in the app you have to go to their website where you find out you can not use the site without a paid membership. App is free but they dont tell you it has to have membershio to use, it does say it on their website but i wouldn't have know that by just installing app. Useless without paying 24 a month or 200 bucks a year.

Pros- can find alot of items in one place that would save you time from searching. Can find alot of hard to find itmes on here Good if you only need basic info, but the Cons,= If you want to see any prices, the value, or how much a item sold for, etc , you have to pay. Which stinks, But I guess they have to be paid like everyone else too- . For now, Back to Google search for me . If you use Google lens, WP is usually the site's that show 1st . (You'll see what I mean!). So yea I like WP

Still waiting for that assistance, after emailing twice. Appreciate you saying that you're "here to help," but haven't received any help or communication besides. Horrible! I signed up, and the only thing that worked was them taking my payment. I emailed for help, because it's not giving me ANY INFORMATION ON PRICING. Telling me to subscribe to see this. Nobody has emailed me back. Will happily update if anyone from WorthPoint contacts me, and is able to do anything besides take my money.

This app. is terrible. I am in trial contemplating upgrading and when I look up items on the app. it does not show any prices. When I click a listing it says "Upgrade to see prices" and that message QUICKLY disappears. Tried this on both of my phones.

I had a subscription for about a year. Then it had an update. That was the beginning of the end. At first I could not scroll down the page with out it crashing. I canceled the subscription. After a few weeks someone told me it had been fixed. I resubscribed and it was fine for a couple weeks. Then it would not remember my password. I had to make a new password everytime I logged in. I even wrote down the password so It wasn't me. Now it won't let me make a new password. I'm done. Goodbye

There was an update. Now this is a HORRIBLE app. Will not let you stay singed in. There are glitches in the search results. Worthpoint has always had a terrible 😔 search that can't be refined. At least this has been my experience.

Awful since the latest update. Display problems, backspace doesn't work properly, type in one field and text moves to another. I want the old version back. At least that worked! Thinking of cancelling my subscription if this doesn't improve.

App and service don't offer a robust enough search engine. Simple keyword searches many times return all kinds of items not related to your search. No way to filter or be more specific. For example, search for Old Raby. It's an old hunt club. Searching for this returns everything from Rabies to Rabbis. In any other search engine, one could tighten this up by adding quotes around the search terms, but this search engine doesn't do that. It just returns the same results.

Why did Worthpoint force us to download and use the new app??? The old one worked fine. Now you have to wait and hope that they'll resolve the issues in a timely manner. Old app was much better. This one is very glitchy. I recommend using Live Auctioneers (it's free!), until they get the kinks worked out on this app.

OMG, Please fix the update. I have no issues with the service. It has worked well for me. The search has never been intelligent, you have to tweak your wording and don't make any spelling errors, it won't guess at what you're typing. I've never had an issue with those shortcomings. I'm in it for the pricing feature. But it's crashing a lot now. And when I open this, I'm sourcing and I don't need to see the sales pitch first thing every time. I'm already here, lovelies!

Doesn't work following most recent update. I've been paying for the subscription and using the app for a few years, however, after the most recent update I am no longer able to use the app. It will show me a few pages of semi relevant listings, then go to "Something went wrong. Please try again". I try different searches, same thing. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, logged out and back in with no change I should not have to use my computer to comp things Fix it or I'm canceling my subscription.

Was forced to update the app and now I can't filter my search results. Why have an update when your update doesn't fix anything. People have been having issues with the app ever since December. You would think a fairly large company would be on top of this kind of thing. I bet you are seeing a huge loss in subscriptions. There is a way to fix that. Just saying. Hire a tech person who knows what they are doing and get it fixed.

Edit: once again, operator error could very well be an issue here. Hrs later I tried I clicked around and finally found the "cancel" button & PRESTO! Done. oops I mistakenly thought this was an app to show the value of an item. It only shows what it sold for on eBay etc. I TRIED TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT AND IT BOUNCES ME BACK FROM THE APP TO THE WEB REFUSING TO LET ME CANCEL! Website claims 7 days or 7 look up free trial. I looked up 2 items in the first 30 minutes and am unable to cancel.
