No way to add coupons that are mailed to me as well as my member cash back checks. It is hard to search for plant based and other vegan foods. I wish this was a category to shop from. The search bar requires you to erase the previous search before entering next one instead of auto erasing like most sites. These things add up when shopping for many items off a list.

It's a decent app. It allows you to put everything or select items from your prior purchases to put in your cart. I just wish the search results would sort based on my prior selections. Like when I enter peanut butter, the first item on the search results should be the brand I purchased last time.

Good except for search option should be wider. You must have exactly what Raleys had entered into their system to find anything. Also a frequently purchased option would be great. Recently unable to remove items from cart. The remove button is under the picture of the next item on the list. When you try to press it the next product comes up instead.

Very frustrating trying to use the app.!!! many times while looking up certain products, the wrong items would either show or not be shown at all. trying to complete order for delivery was terrible!!!!! it several times for me to complete the checkout process. NOT GOOD AT ALL!!!

The only reason I'm only giving 3 stars is because of the cost. I love Raleys quality of food.. produce, meats, deli items etc... When I shop in person, their customer service is the best! If you spend over $100.00 on the delivery App then the service fee is waived. However, if you only need a few items... for example my order total was $52.00 but with tax, service fee, delivery charge etc... my total was over $70.00!! That's quite a jump and doesn't include the tip!! Otherwise it would be ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The Raley's app isn't as easy and user friendly as the Safeway app. Especially when it comes to being able to add notes and substitutions. You cannot do it in the cart section any longer. You have to go to a drop down menu then to subs, and then you have to scroll through every damn thing you've ever ordered! You cannot look up an item in that section even though it looks like you can. I may start going way out of my way to go across town to the Safeway. They have a better deli/bakery anyway.

This app pastes from your clipboard every time you open it (when loading the splash/intro screen) and that's a major invasion of privacy. No other apps I use do this. That aside, the app is pretty good and I appreciate that it's up to date with what's on stock at grocery stores nearby. I'd give it a 4 star rating without the original issue.

This app has changed the way I shop. It saves me time and money because I'm not wandering through the store and grabbing things I don't need. No more impulsive buys! I've always been happy with the produce the shopper selects for me, and if something I order is out of stock, they call and suggest substitutions. I love that I can see what items I've purchased before. The only thing it doesn't keep track of is the WEIGHT of things I've purchased, which would be helpful for meats and produce. But other than that minor thing, I have zero complaints.

Very good, well organized and efficient. Wish the search function was a bit easier (eg page options so you don't have to go back through all of them, also nice if you're text from the last search was deleted when you start the next one) but overall very good. Love having options to reorder same things from previous orders.

Great to have an app, but the search function only sort of works. Searching for "chocolate bar" doesn't fetch the full list of products and includes a number of non-related products. If you want to see what kinds of chocolate bars Raleys carries, you have to search for each brand specifically. (Theo's, for example, doesn't appear in the "chocolate bar" search, despite having "chocolate bar" in the item name). The same goes for milk, making it impossible to price compare 1/2 gallon milk.

The app is great, works well, etc, but I really wish I could add forgotten items to my order after I submit it. Also, a quick link to add a calendar event to my calendar, or a notification when my order is ready would be helpful to remember pick up times. I like that I can quickly search items previously purchased to add my favorites to my cart, I just wish it wouldn't repeat items so much in that search making it a pain to thumb through. It would be great if my rewards could apply online too.

I've been using it for over a year now and love it. Partly love it because I love my Raley's and their team, but having a good user friendly app is very helpful too. I love the improvements that have been made when picking out meats, fruit, etc by item/ weight. I can order a pick up or delivery, search other stores close by for their products if I need to pick up somewhere else. Even if I don't want to order, I can put a list together and have it ready when I can make it in store.

Edit: same issues below, now it's a dozen "something went wrong" pop-ups. Ugh 😩. C L U N K Y I wish it had better shopping lists so I can have favorites and see how much is already in the cart. I also hate having to relogin again and reload the app multiple times a session. The save for later list click boxes are too close to the item button, so I'm often having to go back from the item to my list. I love Raley's. This app is infuriating. Happy to talk about it if anyone wants.

This app is extremely slow. Takes forever just to open up and I have a relatively recent phone. Even though I have the "keep me logged in" box checked I have to enter my user ID and password every damn time. I haven't even found if there's anything useful in this app because it's painfully slow and always prompting y to to log in. I have the password manager, LastPass, and LastPass can't or won't fill in the userid and password. Super annoying On an Android phone. Probably going to delete it.

Pretty great for easy shopping and pickup delivery options. My only complaint is that to remove a credit or debit card from the account you have to call app support which is not readily available through the app or online. I had to use google to find the number. It would be great if given the opportunity to also set a default card.

Recent improvements in checkout make this a much better experience (for some reason, I always had to jump to their full site to complete checkout; must've been a bug they fixed). Reordering prior items or pulling from a saved list is simple with the Raley's interface. I do wish there were were more info on the products; I always have to read laterally (Google, Amazon, etc.) to find anything beyond basic ingredients and find that inconvenient/sometimes end up buying elsewhere.

Buggy with saving personal information, took a lot of work to recover my email login. Changed my phone number twice and saved, not sure if it took it tho. After initial issues getting the app set up, I'm very happy with the functionality of the app. The items can be searched for and added to the cart easily enough and the personal shoppers at the store take as much care shopping for my groceries as I would.

The app is super convenient and helpful. My biggest complaint is not being able to apply any of the physical coupons that Raley's sends in the mail. If there is a way to do this, I haven't been able to find it. Also, I haven't seen a feature that will allow notes for your address that would help the driver find/access your delivery location. A lot of drivers have expressed that it would be helpful.
