love the convenience of being able to shop on my phone and schedule a same day pick up! The app has some glitches/limitations though. There's lots in the store that doesn't show up on the app, no matter how specific you are with your search. Also the app freezes up during what I assume are high use times, like weekends and week nights (between 6am & 8am you can breeze through). Overall it's a very useful app.

App is slow and difficult to find things. Would like to leave feedback, but the button doesn't work; just leaves you on a gray screen. The clip coupon indicator on an item in the weekly ad is handy, except for the fact that you can't see what the item is because the scissors icon covers half of the item pictured. But because of the first issue, I can't leave information about this issue. Please fix these things, and work on improving the app overall.

Has toggle for choosing or declining substitutions but the toggle doesn't work so you can't choose to substitute items (same issue on the website). Frequently the app and website say they are "undergoing maintenance". Seems like the app and website have been plagued with bugs and issues for quite a while. It didn't used to be this bad. App also flakes out and doesn't accurately report when you've arrived at the store to pick up your order.

On the bright side, scrolling on the new app is much smoother than the old one. But there are a lot of usability issues introduced. When browsing coupons, clicking show more at the bottom moves you to the bottom of the newly loaded coupons, so you have to scroll backwards to see the ones that just loaded (why not just load them all to begin with?). On the shopping list screen, it takes multiple clicks to add items to a list, and many items cannot be added to a list at all, as best I can tell.

it's slow like trying to get windows Vista opening an app. if I set a 5yo at this we would have a much better interface then program by numbers mix and match app design. other then that it only makes you want to swallow back that vomit you chocked up. Thanks for this vraptastic experience. I really hope to get extra xp on my health bar, it's only fair for putting me through the ringer using the app. but really not the worst so you got that going for you. Later.

If I could give it no stars I would. This app is a pain in the butt, I keep turning off the substitution options because the things they offer to send as substitutions are not what I want at all. And it just keeps turning them back on. Also just really annoying that I can't get organic fruit for delivery anymore, very limited options, super annoying!

Difficult to use, glitchy and frustrating. I found this app to be extremely annoying. The search is the worst. Everything BUT the item your searching for comes up and things not even related to the search. It glitches out constantly so when you finally do find something you've been looking for 20 minutes to find it glitches you out and you have to start all over again. The time you choose for delivery or pick up ends up resetting because it takes FOREVER to look for things. No more for me

I have been using this app for over 10 years. The biggest problem is the longer you shop the slower the app gets until it eventually freezes. Lately there have been issues with sale prices reverting back to regular prices before they expire. Customer service is hit or miss when there is an issue. Some reps are clueless and others are great. They're always pleasant. Sometimes they don't answer or even acknowledge emails, so you have to call. The drivers are terrific without exception.

Hard to use, confusing. It takes me over an hour to place an order, and you loose your spot while trying to navigate the app. It's the only grocery store around sadly, I have to use it. Hands down the most frustrating app I've ever used. The screen is immediately confusing right from the home page, there's a lot of pictures of different items but the list is hidden between pictures of people and kids playing or eating features items. I'd rather just see a picture of the actual item.

Love the retro look, but there is bug that is causing the coupon filters to show only limited categories, then after apply some filters it then shows other ones to choose. It seems that coupons are not loading. Bug 2 is causing some clipped coupons from saving it goes though the clipping process then not show in your clipped tab. Bug 3 there is an issue where after you clip a coupon n go back after navigating away from the main list it will apper unclipped and will allow you to clip them again.

The new version of this app fails to truly achieve anything. The new coupon system is so incredibly poor. It allows you to clip coupons but then fails to log any of them. I went back several times clipping 30+ coupons, and the system failed to save them every time. Please address this problem.

This redesign of the app is a disaster! It is choppy, coupon descriptions are cut off so it's impossible to see what the coupon is good for. Rewards is totally messed up. I had 40¢/gal in gas rewards & now it shows I only have 4¢/gal !! Navigating this app is now a nightmare! Previous app had a few issues but it was relatively easy to navigate & use, why mess with it?

the update has made the app worse. when you click on a coupon to see more details it only shows what's available online which sometimes is nothing. I'm not shopping online so what's available doesn't matter. I would like to know what it applies to in the store. also keeps freezing when trying to look at coupons. old version way better working

The best digital coupons won't stay clipped. I have 11 digital coupons clipped and just clipped one so I know I am doing it correctly. However, when I tried to clip thr coupons for some of the best deals it will say clipped at first, but when I check my clipped coupons it is not there. This makes it impossible to get the best advertised deals. When I tried using the help and chat option it tells me to do exactly what I am already doing but nothing on what to do if the app isn't working

Recent app changes are HORRIBLE!! Functionality + user friendliness have been completely neutered. Coupons repeat + don't track as being 'clipped' once you change screens, the 'search filter' has like 4 options for very limited types of products, and it's just visually an unappealing mess. Fire everyone associated with these changes. They suck at their job.

With the new update to the app it doesn't allow you see all of the coupon unless you click on it and then when you go back to the offers you have to start over somewhere in the middle of where you left off. Also gives you less details and options for like items. Took me an hour to just go thru each coupon because it's hard to be specific.

The previous version had NO issues and no reason to be 'new and improved'. Yet a new version where I cannot view clipped coupons or it's not possible to figure out. I lost money this week because I clipped coupons on the older version and then when I went shopping the new version launched and I thought I had to reclip coupons but when i added coupons it would Say I clipped them. Yet no place to see them. After checkout I saw not a single coupon came off!! So the upgrade cost me at least $20.

Waste of time. I spent 30 minutes looking everywhere for where to clip the coupons I wanted. Searched specific item, but no coupon to clip, I even found the item in the advertisement where it said there was a digital coupon. Still nowhere to clip it. I gave up and clipped every single coupon that existed. I still didn't get the 4 discounts I was supposed to get. Want to give feedback through the app, and can't.
