Edit. For weeks now- Won't load, incredibly slow, puts randon items in cart, says, "Cart is empty" but shows five items in cart, can't checkout... Fix your app. It's ridiculous that Albertsons Companies can't make a decent app.

The Market Street app fails continuously!!! ESPECIALLY TODAY JUNE 23, 2023. IT WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO CLIP DEALS AND SENDS 5 DIFFERENT MESSAGES WITH DIFFERENT REASONS. GRADE F- TERRIBLE APPLICATION.

Worst grocery app o the planet. Have you actually attempted to use the app and view the weekly ads? Its a horrible experience trying to read the items and zoom in. The app goes bonkers and scrolls all over. Take a note from other apps... walmart, tom thumb, kroger as they don't have the issue that this app has. Quit protecting the app developers and actually use the product. You'll find your app developers are horrible.

Open app, select guest, hit back button... App locks up. Not impressed. In response to your reply: I provided the repro steps already. Do some work, put in some effort, and fix it. This is junior developer level work. Again, unimpressed by your reply.

App is glitching so badly between the biometric log-in screen and the regular log-in screen I can not even log in. When I am able to log in it gets stuck on the loading screen and never loads the content.

I love this app, I save money get free items, coupons. But sometimes it won't load up at home, but I get to the store it's good to go.. I have had this app for over 6, 7, years now. Once you learn it it's a good app. I don't get bomb barted with emails and that's a big plus in my book. Thanks Market Street, Coppell denton tap

Easily the worst grocery rewards app I've ever used. Everything is agonizingly slow, rewards don't load half the time, and when they do, half the time I can't redeem them. Why can't United/ Market Street just use the app developed by their corporate overlords at Albertsons? I mean, it's not great, but it's better than this barely usable thing.

This app never opens on my phone. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled a few times, but it never advances past the sign in screen. I know my log in and password are correct because I can log in on my laptop with no issues.

Don't want to be harsh but this app is terrible. Images are blurry. Cannot add to cart in the app, only make a list then transfer to cart. Limited selection, about 1/3 of store items, Shopper fee when Walmart/Target have no such fee. How to favorite an item for easy reordering?

Enjoy shopping at United but this app is one of the worst. Slow to load and won't let me log in, have to reset password. It works for a while and have to reset it again. I know it's the correct password. I use a password manager app and I know it's correct. You have to do better. Tired of dealing with it, so I'm going to uninstall it.
Minding Mine
This app is useless, glitchy and has a narrow search engine. It's truly not worth the time invested searching for things. It's so challenging trying to find simple items. I just gave up and got what I needed with Instacart/Amazon Fresh I hoped for a more sophisticated app but wow. The 2.9 star rating is generous 🙄

I really never leave a review for grocery Stores but I HATE that Market Street, -When i log in and when i go back onto the app. It asks me to put it my information. BUT what gets me it AlWAYS says WRONG password. So i have to reset it everytime. It always say wrong password and no its not becuase i take a screenshot and write it down. Please fix this.and also when i clip a coupon it never stays clipped. So i have to be in line longer for a manager to fix amd override it.

Horrible app. Not user friendly. Difficult to navigate. When searching for items only a few appear..example blue bell ice cream like only 2 flavors appear. Definitely other flavors available but don't appear. Don't like this app at all. Will uninstall and stay with Walmart and HEB.

No longer will let me shop and put things into my cart, it just adds everthing to a list...not helpful. I want to be able to add things to the cart so I can submit a curbside order, now I have to search for everthing twice. Old app worked better, guess I may have to switch to HEB

Coupons I clip keep disappearing at checkout! These are coupons advertised in the weekly add, which I then clip, and at the store they are just gone. Please fix this, because it is very annoying to know I clipped something and then I end up paying more than expected and the workers at the store can't do anything about it.

I don't understand how to redeem rewards on this app. I have two rewards selected refresh water 24 pack and all it does it add it to my shopping list. I was still charged for the water during checkout. I prefer Tom Thumbs clipping feature for rewards. E: That doesn't do me any good using self checkout then.

Really terrible app. It's not user friendly. It makes online shopping take forever. The products in the store are not accurately represented in the app especially in the produce and deli sections. I often get fed up with this app and order walmart instead. I don't want to but it's just that much easier.

I just downloaded the app, tried to sign up, and it doesn't work. Considering how much things have changed due to this pandemic, if you are going to offer an app like this, at least make sure it works FIRST! Doing grocery shopping for elderly whom can't go out into the stores, these apps would be great for them, if only it worked.
