The shopping list is broken!!!!!! There is no way to put items on your list when you are in the shop in store part of the app. If I want to shop in store it is next to impossible, if you click on an item in the weekly ad you can't place in list or cart for pickup/delivery, it is as if it is disconnected. Switching between shop in store, pickup and delivery is difficult, not at all intuitive. This could not have been tested before it was released.

The new app has a lot of problems, I continually get pop-up errors when trying to select my store. I've had the login screen spin for over 30 minutes while trying to login, and once you get through all that it's much more difficult to navigate and find the coupons compared to how it used to work. Overall these latest updates seemed to take a mediocre app and make it even less desirable.

It is infuriating! Nobody wants to spend time before they go to the store shopping for coupons only to get to the store and have to ensure that the coupons are all clipped correctly and then make sure they show up when scanned. It is the most enormous waste of time in my life! It actually causes me anxiety just to go to Albertsons each week because of the stress of trying to make sure everything works out right and then I often lose my Reward Points before my final trip of the month!

Initially I loved the app, but recently it has been failing me miserably. Each time it's updated, it seems to lose functionality or make it necessary to perform some additional operation to actually make the discounts work. Savings that are advertised can't be found in the app, or the list or basket won't work. I'm now finding it just too much trouble to use.

love the app the only thing that stops me from giving it 5 stars is how it's set up to redeem the discounts and sale prices. if you don't clip the coupons and put on your list you don't get it. how many people possibly don't do the last step of having on the list. would be much easier if all you had to do was clip the coupons. seems redundant to have to do twice a. besides that I love it! items you buy section is the best!

I have tried to "clip" Just 4U deals 3 times, each time thinking it was done. When I went to Albertsons, nothing would work - NOTHING - THREE TIMES. There are too many steps; sign on, go to Just 4U, click again to pick the item, then click again to "check it". Then, when you go back to the list, it starts at the top again and you have to scroll down to where you left off. I like to use the list view, but it will default back to the boxes. I cut the coupons out of the paper, just in case. That's what the store used. Enough is enough.

Garbage app. This app is remarkably slow, useless and inaccurate. It crashes nearly every time I use it and it's usually wrong when it says something is available. Furthermore, you used to be able to select "no substitutions" on all items if you preferred. Now, you have to literally dig through options to find "apply to all". And I've even had it just *disappear* clipped deals when I go to use them. Thanks for robbing me of rewards!!

The deal finding search option is very comprehensive and easy to use, and the List section is great and very easy to use. It's difficult sometimes to switch back between the deals and the list, but I do love that you can just use your phone number to pull up the coupons you find instead of having to dig up barcodes. All in all it's a very useful and well-designed app.

More COMPLICATED than it needs to be. I hate this new update. With anything new there has to be a learning curve, but this is insane. I just want to "clip" coupons and go. On top of a difficult to navigate app, not only do you have to enter your phone number on the key pad but you also have to scan the QR code in the app to apply your clipped rewards. We don't need complicated when it comes to groceries.

You had a great opportunity to improve the cumbersome app when you rolled out the "new improved" version, and you completely missed the mark. It is completely ridiculous to have to click multiple locations in the app to apply a coupon. It's more ridiculous when it doesn't work at the checkout. I am frustrated enough with the experience I've had the last few visits to the store that I will be moving more of my visits to your competition a couple of blocks further up the road.

ZERO STARS!! 😡 For the past month this app hasn't been working. The ad I receive in the mail and the ad for my local store on the app never match. When it comes to digital coupons only, it defeats the purpose because not a single thing from the ad is offered. The scan a barcode option never works. It gets an error and when it does work it never gets added to your shopping cart. Items that do get added, when entering your number at checkout, they never get deducted off your total. They had to manually enter the discount and on this recent purchase I got charged $5 more than I should have. Uninstall didn't even work. Please fix this so I'm charged correctly next time. 🔴UPDATE 10.17: The app put all my products in the cart queue but I had to scan every barcode because the ad on the app still didn't have this week's deals. I had to go to customer service so they could refund me the money. Please fix this! It's getting super annoying having to get my money refunded to me because it doesn't take off at checkout. If it messes up on the next round, I won't be shopping at Albertsons any longer. These digital coupons are a joke, especially since they don't work

Really dislike this new update. I used to look forward to checking the app for weekly coupons and ads. This new app is so convoluted and confusing to find anything. Every time I open the app it leads me through a tutorial to start an order, categories for coupons are confusing, and takes forever to get to my list and rewards. I loved the old app and saw nothing wrong with it. All started going downhill when they removed the feature to select an item from the weekly ad to add to your list.

Updated version is terrible. Can't view the ad & add items to your cart like before. When you search those said deals from the ad, they don't show up in the categories. I wanted to look through the dairy & had to click on each individual thing. I liked looking at them in one long list & it was much faster before. Everytime I open the app it makes me select my store. While trying to make it better, y'all screwed it up. You should change it back

Overall its definitely worth it using, as opposed to not. There are plenty of digital coupons available that are great deals , plus the occasional free item. Most importantly though is they're paperless. I feel like the rewards you earn are a good value as well. One thing stand's out to me that could be improved though. The search bar in my opinion is very close to being pointless. It never seems bring up any product's you are looking for. Even if you put in the exact title.

App developers, take a look at other competitor apps. Their's are so much more user friendly. For example, if I type in an advertised item...it actually appears in results. I have to jump through hoops just to find a clip or click coupon on the app. I find it's easier to cut the coupon out of the weekly ad. Makes the app pointless and useless.

In the past, I was able to scan the barcode of the items I wanted to purchase, and the app would automatically add any coupons. Since the improvements, I no longer have the "scan" option. I've also had issues recently with "Just for me" items that didn't show up on my app and because there was no barcode to scan, I had to pay full price for the item and then have customer service refund me the difference.

This used to be a great 'easy to use' app. They remodeled how you can look at the "big book of savings" and now it will take 3-4 times longer to clip coupons. The link to click back and forth between coupons is blocked/covered by the magnifying glass. You have to click at the top of the page and scroll to go to an entirely different page to look at coupons from the same "big book of savings". That seems to defeat the purpose of the name.

New update is very confusing and not easy to use. Old version was not perfect, but this one is a dud. Edit. New app pushes you toward delivery or pickup. No longer a simple way to make a shopping list. You search for something it goes to your cart, nor your list, even though I checked that I was shopping in store. Old app you could browse the weekly ad and click on items to add to your list. No more. Old app, just 4 u coupons easy to find, now you have to really search for them.
