Cannot even SEE the login screen. It shows only a black screen. Uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared data, cleared cache.... useless.

I want this app to function more like the other grocery store apps, where I can browse what items you sell and coupons. Even better if I can make a shopping list in the app. Better still if I can order my groceries for pick up or delivery through the app. It's very minimally useful as is. Could be so much more.

You can see what's on sale but there's no search function or inventory. You can make a grocery list but can't tie it to the items in stock and see what your total will be before you even get to the store. It's pretty useless. But I like that the items in your shopping list go to another finished category so you don't have to scroll through.

What happened to the sales page? As of this week all I get is a blank 'oh snap' page instead. Is there a fix for this?

Improving, app looks great with the changes over the past year. The most important feature in an app for a retail store IMO is the ability to get me to the exact aisle and shelf to find the product I want. I know you want me to wander around and find unexpected stuff, but I'd have more time to do that if I didn't spend 45 minutes searching around the store for the items on my list. Home Depot and Lowes have had this tech nailed for 5 or 6 years. Hire new engineers if they can't get this right.

The screen glitches and keeps showing me a different Whole Foods location. When I put in my store it keeps glitching and going to another store.

The home screen is extremely bright and very painful. The rest of the app is fine but I am sick of being blinded every time I open this app. PLEASE fix this ASAP.

Immediately installed. I'm sick and wanted to order soup since delivery options in my area are just about non-existent for something vegetarian/vegan. The Whole Foods website made it seem like you can order hot food, but needed the app to do so. Clicking on "order" in the app sends you to the Amazon app, which I had already tried unsuccessfully. It seems like the only benefit to this app is if you want to see what's on sale.

Today I was making a delivery order for my mother which I have done many many times. This time it won't let me get past the substitute page. Keeps looping back over and over.

I'm unable to add items to the shop list. When I click add to the list, the button highlights in green then un-highlights without adding the item to the list.

Get cell service in your stores So I don't have to join your open network Wi-Fi to scan my Amazon prime barcode. It's real lame to make your customers open themselves up to identity theft just to show that they're members. I've linked my phone number to my account numerous times and can never use my phone number in the store as it says it's not recognized. I've been an Amazon prime member for 10 years with the same phone number. The wealthiest business owner in the world should be able to afford

App is not intuitive. Products are hard to find and it keeps sending me to Amazon. Just want to order some things to pick up at the store. I will stick with going there in person.

Since the recent update, there is this new inserted page to choose whether you are ordering groceries or catering. It is very glitchy and unresponsive to touch. It delays or makes impossible a smooth transition to order groceries.

The app works well enough for scanning your Prime membership at checkout, but that's about it. I have yet to be able to access the "products" tab and am always routed to a message to retry and I have no internet connection. The "sales" tab works about 50% of the time, giving me the same retry message when not working.

Defaults to the barcode scan page when opening the app, which is fine except that page forces my screen to maximum brightness, which is horrible when I am not in the store and I just want to browse the app. I don't see any setting to turn this off.
