I've increased my Stars from 1 to 3 with this supposedly improved app design. I was able to get the pages to load correctly after they were initially enlarged off the screen. It actually works well now loading coupons and searching. I don't use the shopping list that others have commented isn't working well. The details about the items are useless, almost, because they don't give the amounts, like gallons. The pictures don't always load and pinching out doesn't enlarge them to see the amount.

Very useful, I use it all the time for my shopping list. Sometimes items I know are in store don't show up but it's easy enough to add a note when that happens. However I do wish it would list the aisles when I print it; currently shows them in order but doesn't separate the aisles. Also wish I could change the order, for example moving the produce before aisle 1 since that's the way I shop in store.

New update is not better, just different. It takes more taps to do the same thing. Some functions are gone. Can no longer sort items by unit price. THIS IS A MUST WHEN SHOPPING. Larger top & bottom banners/notices now show less items at a time. Not a fan of the new app. Please bring back your previous version. Update: Noticed 'sort by aisle' option is gone. When viewing results it only shows 10 at a time, then have to load next 10. I may just go back to old fashion lists!

The latest update ruined the digital coupons. This was really the main feature I used and it is unusable now because the description of which items, what size, and how many to buy to get the discount has been eliminated. Just says save x $ on "X" product and that's it. So you have no idea if you will not get the discount applied at the register because you needed to buy a certain size or quantity. So it is now a useless feature. Great job development team on overlooking such an obvious thing.

IF this app actually worked, it would be awesome. But it does not. At least it does not on my galaxy S10. Everything takes an average of 20 seconds to load; that is IF it loads at all. You may be thinking, "20 seconds is not that long." But try counting out out 20 seconds. Congrats, you ave just selected the option to view the circular. Another 20 will get you to first page. And I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

When setting up a shopping list you can't add notes to put items on that don't appear in the app. Serious downgrade from the previous version making it almost pointless to use the shopping list feature. In addition app won't let me add digital coupons. What's the point? Worst update to an app I have ever seen. Wish I could give negative stars. In addition you can no longer sort yot shopping list by aisle when shopping in the store.

Excellent shopping app. I love the ability to switch easily between putting items into a shopping list or a shopping cart. Lets you look at both the current week's or next week's flyer and shop from the appropriate one. You can either select from the flyer, and click on the item, or from a list of items. Also, it's easy to search for something. Well-made app.

Add a button to load all digital coupons at once because it is a buggy app and very slow to add even one coupon if you get lucky for it to accept it. Or make the digital coupon get clipped automatically if you put the item in the cart would be even better. Hard to make changes without making an error come up. Dealing with it because we need to. I cannot add coupons or pay in the app. It always gives an error message so I have to pay at pickup.

Can find most items, but some things are hard to find or not in the app at all. Very limited product information... for example: I went to order Bubba Burgers for the 1st time, I can't even see how many burgers are in the box. Using the app is easy enough. Some categories like frozen dinners and frozen entrees could be consolidated to make browsing easier.

Was so glad the new version finally came out, but it's still pretty horrible. Any time you try to add items to your list through the weekly flyer, it just tells you "We were not able to load products". Then when you try to use the search feature, it only shows a few products (odds are, not the ones you're actually looking for). They either chinced out or got totally ripped off.

Horrible app. not sure what happen in the past 3 weeks but I do know that I am no longer able to see a photo of the coupons that I want to download or have loaded on my card. I have a Samsung galaxy 9s and never had a problem before. Updated the app and bomb no pictures. I uninstalled and re-i stalled the app. No change. I even installed the app on a galaxy 8s and it appears to work perfectly. Such a bummer!!

App needs improvement. It could be more user friendly, pickup times and delivery times should be locked to a person for a predetermined amount of time. I went to put in my payment info and took maybe 2 minutes but the timeslot became sold out in the process. The issue with this is that it just stated payment failed, not that the time slot became sold out. Overall it's not bad but it's definitely not good.

Bad update. No ability to sort by unit price is my biggest complaint (can't do that on the website either)...sorting by total price is almost useless when it comes to groceries. I'm a senior citizen mostly confined to home, and I counted on Shoprite delivery of groceries. But I'll have to go back to Stop & Shop's app, even though they're more expensive, because I can still sort by unit price. Sad. (And it's slow as molasses, too!)

I miss the old app. You aren't able to switch lists from in store shopping to pick up. The lists don't transfer from site to store either. Also, when viewing the circular, I'm not always able to add things to my list from it. For example if it is a sale item with more than one product you can't click on the picture to add it. Missing how convenient the old app was.

It is incredibly frustrating because every time I open the App to shop, the first thing I HAVE to do is reserve a time slot for delivery...which is fine...but then, I start shopping, go back and forth trying to use my digital coupons, I look st the sale paper, etc...and just when I'm going to checkout, I lose my reserved spot!! It's a pain in the a**!! Not enough time!! Yes, the App is NOT always clear. I had enough for a free ham but they wouldn't give it to me cause i didn't have a reciept

I mostly use the digital coupon part of the app. I liked it better when it was automatic. If you had a shoprite card, you got the sale price. I understand the coupon as an advertising and marketing tool ,any time we can save it's good. The problem that I have is sometimes there will be an unfamiliar product for sale, which looks interesting so I click on it and there is only a picture, and maybe a count, weight and a sale price . No description , just a picture without any information.

The convience of shopping at home through this app with a large family, as two parents who work fulltime is a blessing! The app is designed very well and is organized well. However, it needs work! When placing orders it can be slow to catch up. It can drag at times causing much time to be wasted. When tapping to delete an item the app may still operate in the background; scrolling, and inadvertedly delete the wrong product which is frustrating. This can cause a reserved time slot to be lost.

while the new update is more atheistically pleasing, there are so many bugs. first, nothing loads and if it does, it takes forever. second, when you add something to the shopping list, the price doesn't register. everything is $0.00. and lastly! the shopping list doesn't save once you exit the app. i have to use another app to create my list. it defeats the purpose. bring back the old app! or fix all of these bugs.
