I've used this app for years and have loved it. However, like many others have said in recent reviews, it no longer opens. I have even tried to uninstall and reinstall, with no success. You would think, given the number of complaints with the same issue, that they would work on a fix as it's clearly not an isolated incident....but no resolution yet!?!?

everything runs well and is easy to use. coupons, sales ads, rewards are all in one place. love the wallet feature. I am not a big fan of the shopping list feature, I wish there was a way to download it to your phone since this app does not work at my local food lion (no free wifi and a dead zone for cell service)

Your standard grocery store app. Allowing you to view your stores specials, load coupons, plan your trip and keep track of your personal store account. However, while it includes most of the same that the standard grocery store app does, this one could use some work still yet. It's glitchy and slow, requiring it to reload over and over again. It often times will not show my account coupons, earnings etc even though I am logged in. Often the search option doesn't work either.

I am not getting all my credit for Shop & Earn items so I am missing out on rebate credit. When I add a coupon, it gets covered up and there is no way to look at a list of just my selected active unexpired coupons. For some coupons if I add them to my shopping list they are entered as just "Food Lion" so I don't know what they are for. It is helpful to see what is on sale, and I like Shop & Earn when it works.

Not working anymore. At home it works fine on my wifi, but the whole point is using at the store. Won't work at all in the store, not even when I turn off wifi and switch to data only. Had to screen shot my account barcode at home! Android phones seem to be having the problem with the app, I know few iPhone users that are having no problems. And I don't have time in my busy schedule to call tech support, just find the problem and put out a patch please! Update... Now seems to be working fine

Doesn't work properly I'm having similar issues as others. I'm unable to view previous orders. It won't load at all and gets stuck trying to load over and over. The only option is to close the app. I had an item missing from my order but was unable to view my order or put in the claim on the app. I ended up having to call customer service. The app was useless 😑

I like my local Food Lion, but this app is horrible. It's handy if you don't have your physical MVP card and for the list feature. But, don't bother trying to look up any products, they won't load. If you open the flier it defaults to the list view where descriptions are cut off and so abbreviated you have no clue what the actual item is. Very difficult to navigate. They need to hire a different app designer. I often go to Harris Teeter because with their app it's easier to see what they have.

I'm not sure what has happened, but lately, its a nightmare. You have to go to the app then select Food Lion To Go, which takes you somewhere else. This is where my problem lays. It just keeps trying to open where it took me & can't. Most of the time, after 30 minutes of trying to get it to actually open, I have to close & try later, & it still no longer just opens, it spins & freaks out. Its never been so difficult to get groceries. If it doesn't get fixed soon, I'll have to shop elsewhere.

It's pointless to download an app like this if you can't use it. As one other reviewer pointed out, this app is meant to be used while in the store and if you can't get it to login while you're away from your home or office Wi-Fi then it's unusable. I tried the obvious fixes such as uninstalling, reinstalling, & restarting my phone with no success. I'm uninstalling it and will check back periodically to see if the reviews have gotten any more positive before I reinstall and try to use it again.

It's been Over a year and I have Not been able to login via the app. I enjoyed it for the longest time, but then something happened and I couldn't login. Spoke with a representative to resolve the issue, but no feedback since. I've been reduced to using the website, which lags and stalls, terribly inconvenient when I'm out shopping. Fix this issue ASAP!!

I like apps for stores, but this isn't really worth the download. I mainly use them to see if the produce I want is in stock, and use the barcode scanner to see the prices of specific items. This app gives me neither of those. When searching an item, it simply gives me the name of the product, and what is supposed to be a picture of said product. No price, no stock list, nothing. The same goes for using the bar scanner. Updating and clearing cache is absolutely useless.

App no longer works unless you are on wifi. Will not work on Android phone on data. I found that if I log onto wifi in the store it will work. However, not in parking lot when you are out of range. Very frustrating. This has been the case for about a month. It use to work fine. From the other reviews, looks like calling 800 number is fruitless!

Major UI issues here. All major personal configuration had to be done on the website instead of the app, attempting to pull up the shopping list crashes the app, can't check coupons or weekly ad, can't set home store, etc. Swing and a miss, guys. Just pull the whole thing down if you can't be bothered to make a working piece of software. You haven't even published an update in like 4 months! Lazy.

Something is wrong with the app. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and still problems. Screen jumps around. If you want to add items, you have to go back in through email rather than app. You can no longer see last order on to go screen to add or let store know you're there. Also recently you often cannot find items listed in sale paper on the ordering/search page. It has become a nightmare.

This app has been great and very helpful. Recently two glitches make it function poorly. 1. It is difficult to modify an order that has been submitted. I typically modify, load items, but at checkout a. New cart is formed. 2. When I arrive at the store the links and buttons in the app and texts lead to errors. I cannot notify the store of my arrival via the app. I have to call the store.

Right now, you can choose to browse without logging in, which i love. However, if you choose not to log in/sign up and you refuse to allow it to use your location (even though there is a zip code locator search option), it will keep popping up an error that overtakes your ability to basically use the app unless you consent to give it your location by turning it on and agreeing. I already only had like 2 options out of like 10 available by not logging in and blocking location. I've uninstalled.

The app has not worked since March 2020 when it was updated. It crashes every time I try to open it. Why don't you fix this. When something works leave it alone. I have reinstalled this numerous times with the same result. I can log-in online but can't use the app in the store. Foodlion has stopped carrying many popular items over the past year and the constant remodeling of the shelves every week. With no app and no savings or selection there isn't a choice but to go to a different grocer. The terrible experience is the #1 topic among my friends.

Awful app... Resolutions barely allow you to see or click on the search function. Once you finally get there, the item descriptions are terrible, there are no pictures or details and clicking the item link does nothing. Now that you have no idea what you've actually populated with your search, there's no shopping cart to add it to, just a list that contains everything you add. So you either have to remove items you're not purchasing this particular trip from the list, or you have to search for items and create a new list every visit. HORRIBLE app. Wish I could give it a negative rating. Don't waste your time or frustration. This is the 3rd time I've installed it over the last 6-8 months, hoping it would get worked on and be improved. 3rd time I've also immediately uninstalled.
