Doesn't filter out items when trying to narrow down the coupons in the filter section. The app is glitchy.

I think when you buy over a certain amount of groceries that they should waive the delivery fee but they don't. Other places do after ordering only 35.00 worth. They should have some kind of delivery program where you pay so much a month to get it free or pay by the year.

I use the app frequently, but lately it hangs during some searches and you can't quit the search. I end up closing and reopening to get the app working again. This happens multiple times during a shopping session.

Your site states that you can opt to pay with Zip, but it does not work. You took the PayPal later in 4 away, so I might have to go elsewhere. The new download keeps stating "error". Why is this so difficult lately. I would have given the rating a 5, but you need to fix the app first & bring back other options to pay.

The app continually stops functioning. I shouldn't have to search an item, switch tabs, return to the home screen and search AGAIN to find an item once. If you're going to be the priciest groceries in the area, pay your IT people.

App does not display member bar code. Cannot take advantage of discounts showing on price tags in store as a result. App locks up when in use. Overall a piece of digital junk. Also, Giant Eagle in store WiFi is needed to move the selected discount items from your phone to the checkout computer. Giant Eagle WiFi is problematic at best working sporadically or not at all. The lack of WiFi cripples the ability to clip coupons in the store. Get a clue GE. Fix your technology.

A couple shortcomings, but a pretty well-done app. Edit: "Coupons" functionally needs work. One cannot "unclip" a coupon, and at the moment, just viewing the details of a coupon clips it … so it's easy to end up with unwanted coupons cluttering up the app.

App used to constantly make you log in to see your cart. Now with the new update it deletes your entire cart if you take too long. Have had it happen multiple times now over the last couple of days. Makes it very frustrating to try to plan ahead only to have your entire cart wiped out. Very frustrating to place a grocery order now.

Orders are accurate and pickup is easy. Delivery charge is rather high at nearly $10.

It will not let me use my debit card anymore, although it used to. Contacted my bank and they said everything is hunky dory on their end.

Doesn't show all products, only the expensive ones (I searched cat cans and it only showed fancy feast). won't allow "low to high" when searching. Takes several times just for the app to show me my perk points and half the time it doesn't work. Site works on a computer fine, it's just this app doesn't work and no it's not my phone that's the issue cause it doesn't work on my husband's phone either.

Would really like for items to be organized by shelf location like the Kroger app. I know the Kroger app is probably glitchy because of this feature, but the trade off is worth it.

The online shopping is so easy and convenient! I typed my list out and then was able to shop directly from the list. The items even showed the deals I could get with coupons and you can easily clip the coupons right from the app!

As a user, I want to add items to a previously purchased future pickup by selecting items and then tapping the button to save to future mmddyyyy order. If I choose to add to future order, the app will automatically apply previously established payment method. Note: this is what walmart does. This approach reduces purchase friction from a ux perspective and is way less annoying. I'm more likely to add way more than I planned if it's a 1 button press vs me having to go get my code

It's highly annoying to constantly be signed out by this app. And now that I need it, it refuses to sign me in. So I'm unable to clip these annoying digital coupons that should be there by default when I use my account at check out. Seriously considering just using a different store entirely, it's not like the prices here are all that great.

Cool app, good idea, BUT! The search engine really needs to be accurate with the selected store's inventory. The search engine needs alot of work bringing up items that I'm actually asking for rather than randomly bringing up just one when there are multiple variations of the same product to choose from.
