This app has so much potential but it hasn't reached it. I'm a big fan of grocery pick up but the search freezes or doesn't work correctly very frequently. It doesn't have the items specific to my store such as locally roasted coffees. And after I pick up my orders I have to restart my phone to get the notification about my order to finally go away. Also I would love an option to scan in paper coupons for my orders directly from my phone.

Great when it has useful results (not often enough). I expect a grocery store app to be able to know the difference between a product and an ingredient. Searching for flour or olives should not insist on showing every thing with flour or olive oil in it. I end up having to look through hundreds of results. It crashes when I try to get it to sort alphabetically.

Horrid, stop trying to force delivery by restricting purchase options to in store or delivery. If I want to do pick up I should have full access to the same range of products. They're website does the same thing. NEW What did you do to the search feature in the latest update??? Input one character and the keyboard goes away, and you have to bring it back up. NO, thank you!!!

Latest version of the app makes using the list a huge pain. It duplicates items and it keeps defaulting to a view that doesn't show the aisle the item is in. I spend more time trying to update and correct and add or remove items on the list than actually using it as a shopping list. Very frustrating. It was working perfectly before the latest changes.

Do not like the switch to my store then have to get out and switch to main online store. Not easy to navigate. Hard to find what I want easy. On a scale of 1 to 10 I rate it a 2. Can be much better organized. To many duplicates of items. Or not easy to find links. I rarely use it but for my points card. App needs a serious overhaul.

I like this app when it is functioning, but for several months I am finding that most of the time I want to use it there are connection issues that make selecting coupons impossible. Absence of Net Neutrality, systemic network issues, or the app in general? I'm not sure of the root cause, but I miss the consistency that was once there.

Very useful but frequently buggy. And why does it prompt me for my password randomly, like when I'm not initiating a transaction? Also wish that it showed the price per unit on the product list. In this time where most of us have to watch our budgets closely, that feature would be a big help. Another grocer offers that and it's why I often shop there instead when I'm pressed for time (and can't do the calculations).

It's not like the old app where I could easily navigate to various types of digital coupons. In fact, I don't even know if I've clipped a coupon because it disappears if you click on it and there is nowhere that it shows already clipped coupons. I've used many apps for grocery shopping and this is the only one that does not show clipped coupons.

It's so glitchy. It keeps shutting down or pop up a message saying the app stopped working. Now I can't get it to open my shopping list. I've been using this app for two years and it's been glitchy the whole time. Strange because I never had this much trouble with the QFC or Kroger app and they're basically all the same. So glad I'll be moving to a place that doesn't have Fred Meyers. Edit: I uninstall and reinstall every time I use the app now. Still doesn't fix the issue.

Attempted to create an account twice, only to have the app crash twice, locking both email addresses that I can use. I will change this rating when and if I get support to unlock it. Edit: I got support, useless support. Using a 3rd account, I tried to place a pickup order. They refuse to acknowledge the existence of a store very close to my home that I am 100% sure is hosting grocery pickup. They could not fix it within a reasonable amount of time.

My go to grocery shopping app! However, in recent updates the UPC scanning feature no longer works. I've verified my phone settings and the FM app settings. It was very convenient and quick - please fix this bug. I miss the store aisles location of products. Our local Fred Meyer recently went through a reset, and more than ever that feature is helpful!

New version 56.1 won't allow Android users to type in the search bar. The keyboard tries to open each time you touch the search field but gets immediately shut down. Barcode scan feature was added and app is totally useless now. Had to use website to be able to add items. If you don't have auto-updates, make sure this version doesn't get installed. In general, very much dislike that random in-stock items get restricted to delivery only. If they have it, pickup should always be an option too.

The last update was horrible. I can no longer easily find what I'm looking for. Some times ads show up, some times not. I have tried to filter and sort coupons and it doesnt work. Forcing me to scroll through all of them. I would love to see an option were if click list coupons arent selected it doesnt still put them in. Because they are subcategories, it still lists them. Please fix it!

This app used to be awesome, but in the past couple months it's slowed to a crawl. It takes 3 times longer to open now, it will often hang and my phone will ask if I want to force close or wait. Normal app usage has also slowed down significantly when trying to view ads or access the coupons. The newer updates make it look nice and pretty but it makes it harder to navigate and find the links and everything is slower now. The Safeway app is so much faster in comparison and is easier to navigate.

Bugs in latest update?? I've used this app for years to load coupons and specials, as well as orders to pick up at the store. As of this week, unable to open app on my Samsung Galaxy. It flashes through three or four screens including an error message that my credentials aren't valid and I need to login. But it never stays on one screen. Had to close. Unable to use What's up?

The app works well when it isn't crashing! Very easy to use for grocery delivery and coupon loading. Unfortunately the app crashes a lot and I end up having to uninstall and reinstall. Update 7/24/22....the last update really messed this app up. I use the list feature every week to shop the store. Now when you check off an item, every time it bumps you back to the top of the list. It wastes sooo much time while making the list and shopping in store. Please fix!

App continually crashes and has to be reopened. Items don't load into cart, don't update with the correct amount, or won't delete with multiple attempts. Issues with opening individual products and then being taken back to the top of a long scroll list instead of where the last item I viewed was in the list. A lot of items aren't available for pick-up or delivery, so I still have to go into the store to get a complete grocery order.

The grocery pick up feature could be more user friendly. I would like to be able to sort my search results by price. The sorting options available are completely useless to me. I was not notified in the app about but which items would be substituted and I can't check in on the app when I'm ready for pick up. I had to call the number which took a long time for someone to answer.
