Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication. If you’ve previously had a free trial, payment will be taken immediately. To manage your subscription & auto-renew settings, go to your Account Settings after purchase.

Cancel anytime in settings at least one day before the end of the subscription period for cancellation to take effect at the end of the current subscription period. Deleting the app won't cancel your subscription.

We have used this app nightly for years but will be ending our subscription when this year runs out. The app is now very focused on games and puzzles. New content is not sleep or bedtime related. It has caused conflitwith the kids. Where previously the kids could choose the story they wanted to sleep to, not it is me guiding them to which spots and explaining how we doing play games at bedtime. New stories are few and far between, it's all coloring pages and puzzles.

Love the stories and song but the app for some reason only plays half a song and then it cuts and stops playing? Never did this before.

We love the app, it's great for getting our kid to sleep. BUT it often won't connect to the server or whatever so we're without. Really messes with bedtime 🙁

My child (5) struggles with going to aleep/staying asleep, and calming down. Moshi has quickly become a part of our daily routines. Before bed every night, for a quick calming moment when needed, & for relaxation anytime. Relaxes me too It! It has made sleeping simple and positive every night, and quickly became essential. Great app, & Easy to use. Highly Recommend.

So my Subscription automatically renewed without letting me know. And the holy c*** has the price gone up. Had I known it would be 60 it would have been a no! I don't know maybe i'm just cheap but I think that's ridiculous. I'm kind of mad that there was no warning just thank you for paying. A little bit on the sleazy side...

It was sooo good for maybe 2 years, untill they recently locked the song "Goldie" or summin, so I started to use the song "Tuco". It literally lasted 3 days... Please fix this people love Goldiee (like me). Thank you.

We have been using the free content for a couple of years now because the subscription price is not affordable for us. We have 2 neurodivergent kiddos who thrive on routine. The same content we have had access to is now behind the pay wall and not accessible with no warning. While the free content has been great we are going to have to start looking elsewhere for free content since they have decided to be money hungry. This is old content not new. Thanks for breaking a kids heart.

The content is fantastic but we cast the nighttime sounds through Google home. The phone that does this well for a while but it always quits after a bit. Maybe a memory thing? When this happens the play controls in the notification bar is stuck and won't respond. You have to open the app again, start playing something, then quit then. Fix this bug please.

They say you have a 7 day free trial and then $39 after that. They say you can cancel anytime before that to avoid the charge. I tried to cancel 2 days into my free trial and they said it would cancel after my first payment. That's a scam. I have screen shots of when I was signing up and their wording saying you wouldnt be charged and of when I cancelled saying I still would be. All I'm saying is I better not be charged. I cancelled well in advance.

The idea of this app is amazing! The only problem is my kids were xreeped out by the narrator's voice. They said it was creepy......thus rendering the app useless to us. My suggestion is to make it so there is more than one choice of narrator for the stories, so if the kids dont like one there is another option.

The app is a great concept, but sadly not effective for all toddlers. The first night I downloaded the app, my 2 year old son was passed out within 20 mins, which was great! It was a huge improvement from his normal sleep pattern. I tried it again two nights in a row following the first, and it did nothing for him. He would lay next to me for about 10 mins to listen to a story, and then he'd be bouncing around, completely uninterested. All in all, not worth the price to subscribe.

Amazing! We use Moshi every night as a part of our bedtime routine with our 4-year-old. We literally say to each other every night that this is the best app we have ever purchased. It it invaluable and worth so much more than the subscription. There are so many ways to use this app - music, stories, relaxation, meditation, sounds. Moshi has helped us get through this past year in so many ways. They are constantly adding new content, and we love the depth and variety of their creativity!! Thanks!

To be clear, this is a very nice app. It has beautiful illustrations, the stories and songs are all relaxing, and not a trace of ads. However, the price is just too much for me and it isn't worth it. I'd rather have a bunch of stick figures and no random celebrity guests. I'm also not certain of effectiveness - I do think it helps with falling asleep at first, but not all the time. I think we're fine with just the 1 free story. That said, anyone should give it a try and decide for themselves.

Been using for a couple of days with the free trial and it has truly helped my hyperactive 2 year old son to calm down and settle during naptimes. All the sounds, stories, and music are soothing and have cute illustrations that move very slowly across the screen. It's very calming for him to watch and listen and helps him transition into rest much quicker.

Amazing! We use this app at the child care center I work at and it works like a charm on almost every child. There are tons of different sounds and stories to choose from that provide a relaxing atmosphere. Each one of our classrooms use this app for nap time and almost each child falls asleep to this. I am expecting my first little one and will definitely be using this app for sleepy time!

I love this app. I agree that the sound can get a bit loud with the singing portions though. I'm having a hard time with the new update / format. I LOVED having the stories separated by narrator as my daughter really only prefers one specific girl. Now I feel like I can only find six or so of hers 😭. I need a tutorial 🤣. It's not been magic for bedtime but it definitely helps decrease the call outs, and my 5yr old likes it. Thanks!

I have two toddlers, a 2 year old and a 4 year old. They fight sleep continuously and naptime and bedtime is a constant battle. THIS APP THO. They both ask for the stories and by the end of sleepy paws (15 minutes) they are both snoring. Seriously. This app is fantastic. The first time I played it, I was rocking my 2 year old and I could feel her relax her body. Shoot, I want to listen to it for my own bedtime. 😂

I downloaded this 4 years ago for my son who's austic, and every aspect of it was amazing. It helped to calm and soothe him as well as lull him to sleep. Not to mention, it also lulled me right to sleep. The only reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars, is that, after the free trial, I purchased an entire year membership, and was extremely disappointed to find that after the year was up, everything I had saved to playlists was deleted/inaccessible unless I renewed. For that reason, I didn't renew
