My 2nd review 7 days after the big update. Admin claimed they have fixed the app and "is now working correctly". They asked to revisit my review. App still not working. Every screen is slow loading. Unable to add any tasks (making the app useless). All my tasks are still missing. Repeatedly getting error messages. Reinstalling does not fix issues.

The app before was perfect even though it had a quite old graphic, the new app instead has a whole lot of bugs, eg the notifications are not working anymore. I hope it is due to the fact that it is in the early release period and that everything will be fixed.

I used to love this app, it was the better option available to track vaccines, vet visits and grooming. The new version brought a new UI that is not very intuitive and quite messy. I am trying to add a new task and the data is not being saved. I am lucky that I didn't pay for the subscription, which is very expensive, because it is not worth. Even the free version is not worth anymore. I will look for a new app.

Sorry, but Revising my rating to 1 though should be 0. Upgraded app this week (Oct 2023) has been a disaster. Login crashes, data missing, readability is like a continuous ledger without easy reference to past cycles, counts, types etc. Such drastic changes to interface indicate very limited understanding of user interfacing feedback from the last half decade.

It was a clunky but free app with too much advertisement up until update this weekend. New version replaced ads everywhere with requests to give them money everywhere. And they want €70/year for simple data logging. Also new app is very buggy and many features are broken not to mention basic grammar errors. Export data doesn't work, charts are broken and so on... Avoid using it, use dog log instead.

Was an OK app before (maybe 3 stars) but since update yesterday I can even open. I had a lot of data about Archie's meds and vet appts stored on there. I hope it's not all gone without warning! Update following your response: thank you. I am now able to open it and some of the info is there. However, when I click tasks I keep getting an error message and can't see meds, vaccinations, etc

I liked the old version of the app and even though the lifetime subscription was expensive, I decided to pay for it because it reallly helped me to keep my dog things up to date. Now they launched the new app and it is really bad. Most of my tasks from the old app disappeared. I try to create new ones, first it's not intuitive, second you cannot chose you want for exemple a task every 3 months and lastly sometimes you save it and you canmot see it anywhere. I tried to complain but got any answer

Can now log in after days of fighting with this app but am now only allowed "1 pet" unless I pay, im a non profit, self funded rescue, I dont have almost £70 to pay out on this! There was no warning, only an email assuring us we would not lose our data when a new version came out. No mention of it now costing a fortune! 70 animals extremely important data all lost. Thanks.

I used this app a lot, but since the latest interface update it's been bad. Loading time is extremely long. My data from old version is all over the place. The weight chart doesn't reflect the actual data. The appointment schedule messed up. New version is bad, please fix.

The updated app has just as many issues as the last one, AND they made people pay for it. Doesn't do normal reminders...at least the old one did that. And they haven't got back to me with my issue with pet age being incorrect. Every time I touch it there's another issue. Now I'm stuck with it but if you are looking, I wouldn't bother with this app.

The app now requires upgrading to a paid subscription for €6.99 a month. I tracked 3 of my pets on this app. Now, I'm being forced to subscribe OR choose 1 of them to continue with the app and delete the rest of the data. The app doesn't even allow for exporting the data nor did the developers warn that this is what's going to happen. EDIT: Can't even log in now without an error. EDIT2: Already emailed their support email. They replied but still have NOT received my exported data.

Login updates resolved with the lastest update but the transition has lost so many features it's not worth using this app anymore. Upcoming tasks are broken listing tasks a year in the future. Food tracking is missing. Incident notes are missing. Incident records subcategory filtering doesn't show incident records. Can't view attached documents in app. The list goes on.

Used to be an okay app, but the October update turned it into a buggy mess. I don't know how they expect anyone to pay for it, if this is the teaser you're getting. Horrible business practices (and the fact that you can only get your data by emailing support while the in-app "Request data" feature shows up as premium is really something). Everyone who paid for the premium version before they got a chance to see the updated version should honestly be refunded.

All i wanted to track was a vaccine, vet visits and a grooming track. The old version originally promised it for free - the reason I went for this product. The upgrade totally messed up all my created data for the last year or so. Now all my grooming, deworming reminders data seem lost and you expect me to pay for setting it up again and pay monthly payment? No thank you!

Please fix this app asap. I can at least access it now, but every page takes ages to load (and some don't load at all or just hang or crash). Much of my data on flea treatments, worming, food purchases, etc has disappeared for my 3 pets. I'm also getting no alerts for any maintenance for my pets. I'm having to keep a separate record of flea treatments, worming, etc. It also seems to be storing all data on my phone rather than in the cloud, with no option to synchronize.

Edit: the updated app is a lesson on how not to upgrade and monetize. Very buggy, and way overpriced. I'll be moving away from this app with the new €55 one-time payment. It's too expensive for what it does. The UI of the app is cluttered, unattractive and unintuitive. That said, there are probably more features than any other app out there, IF you actually need them. I want to track weight, vet visits, vaccinations and grooming schedule in a simple user interface. For €55, this isn't it.

I really like this app now, especially after the last update. Some colors were added and it looks nice. Maneuvering around the app was a little difficult to figure out at first, but now I'm a master at it. The app is very thorough and excellent with time schedules and record keeping. I also like the fact the app doesn't consume too much battery power, nor does it slow down the phone.There's always room for improvement, but this is a great app to have if you need to keep track of your fur-babies health.

Very helpful for keeping records and etc for about my dog, and removes a lot of anxiety about me possibly forgetting or losing something important. I especially really love the gallery feature-- if you guys ever add an option to uplaod multiple images at a time save images from the gallery, and/or download an entire gallery I would be ecstatic but other than that. I really love this app for helping me keep things organize and saving my poor phone from hundreds of low-quality chihuahua pictures.
