Clever, engaging, but also deeply annoying. There is no way to avoid ads. You can reduce them a bit, but many rewards are ad-based even for paid subscribers. It syncs well with my smart watch, and the character classes are fun. Overall, this one is maybe the best of the bad exercise-game options out there...

So far I love the concept! I'm really into RPGs and I've been looking for a way to increase my step count. This game really makes me want to walk because I am a visual person so seeing me reach my goals within a game is a major bonus. I also like that there are motivational rewards. Because of this game, I've reached 10,000 + steps. Also, I really like the story, it really ties into health and fitness 🤩

The idea of the app is really good but execution leaves much to be desired. Really requires steps to level up character but that needs the app to be open in the background all the time or it won't count steps. I had to keep opening the app every couple hours because my phone would shut it down. When it does count steps, it grossly overcounts, 10 real steps will be picked up as 20+ steps but that could be my phone's problem. You really would require a fitbit to properly use this app at the moment.

The core gameplay loop is walk to earn tokens used to fuel/upgrade/etc. your fighters along a turn-based RPG set up in numerous stages. Unfortunately, the stages are extremely repetitive and it even includes an "auto" mode, so the game can essentially "play itself" during these battles. The game has longer load times than similar apps (ex: Wokamon). It requires Google Play Games (other apps don't). It has a variety of subscriptions, ads, and other things to purchase. Try a different app

My worst experience with this game is a bug that does not reward me for steps taken. I took over 2,000 steps and opened the app, watched a video for a 20% reward multiplier, and after the ad video is over I receive zero reward for all the steps. The bug happens continuously and it makes me feel like I exercised for nothing. I am now more encouraged to not move.

My main problem is the lack of originality in portions of the app. It's okay so far, but it honestly feels like it stole some mechanics and designs (coin design, battle design, and hero layout) from AFK arena and other games like it. It just feels a little too familiar. In and of itself, it's an okay app. Just wish it was more original!

Update: I finally got in, but I've lost 1500 steps. Now I've discovered it won't count my steps anymore. Sadly. uninstalling. Original review: I installed this app two days ago and up until an hour ago I was really enjoying it. I minimized the app to eat dinner, and when I pulled my phone back out, I got an internet connection error. I have restarted my phone, reinstalled the app, and tried opening it on data instead. Nothing worked and I still can not get past the loading screen.

While it has interesting concept and has lots of potential, it cannot be recommended due to multiple issues. Poor step tracking, inconsistent progress saving, lack of QoL features as well as devs on multiple occasions have shown that they will not fix these issues. I have been using this app for nearly three years now and constant messups from devs had finally made me to quit this once and for all.

It's a nice way to incentivize your steps, but steps are a minor part of the rpg side (it lvls your heroes), but is minor to the other aspects of the game. Also the combat is horrible, hero skills are horrible, class system is horrible and unbalanced. It's like they thought of a good idea and then stopped halfway through. Leaves much to be desired. Wish there was a much more polished game like this out there.

It's ok, haven't been playing it that long, and I'd rather "report an issue" or give feedback rather than write a review but don't have that option so: conspicuously the one day I got WAY more steps in than any other since I started playing, it recorded zero data. I am chronically ill. I often go a long time without leaving my apartment. Especially with what's going on rn. But I ran errands Sunday and... Nothing. No data. Even though it should have gotten me a TON of steps. Very frustrating.

I didn't have to move at all after playing a while and felt like I was wasting my time playing a bad rpg. Way too much reading, not enough movement and repetitive music with a thoughtless battle system. Update: In reponse to the developer's reply, I don't find this game fun and I'm already physically active, but this game made me move less. I feel like trying to say otherwise could jeopardize people's health if they're looking for motivation to move.

Great idea. Great graphics. Great UI but quite chaotic. Gameplay could be improved, there's no real RPG vibe in the combat system. I like the level up by walking idea, but I feel it's purely sold on that gimmick of walking for rewards with very little gameplay in between. It also has issues counting steps, I had it linked to Google Fit, it stopped working. Then switching to the in game pedometer it only works when you open the game before you walk...

Amazing game only downside is the pop ups for "discounted gems!" Which can kill the vibe sometimes. Other than that amazing game I LOVE it

Loved it! ....at least until it refused to sync with google fit and the FAQ told me to rest the game data. Assuming there was a way to restore my account from being synced with Play, I went ahead and did just that. Nope. Automatically starts you over with the tutorial and forces you to make a new account. Sorry, but I'll pass on starting over.

Cute concept, but the fighting system is the most poorly designed I have ever seen. Either give players the ability to actually fight and choose their attacks/targets, or get rid of the fights altogether. Right now it's just a boring, mindless drain on the battery. Also, the arena is clearly overrun with bots. Overall my motivation to use this game has decreased significantly after the first week.
Zombie Master
I work in a nursing home, and getting to not only see how many steps I've taken that day but also see how much currency I've made is amazing. Highly recommend this app if you have a busy job like mine.
Amanda Hugnkiss
I don't want to give you access to my photos or videos (among many other permissions) before I've even tried the app...this should be optional.

Fun game, but the recent update has resulted in many crashes and I got tired of losing progress. I definitely would not recommend this game without an external fitness tracker (you'll be playing on the equivalent to Hard Mode). Edit: Thank-you for your reply, but it shows that you are not looking at your own bug forum. Issues similar to my own have been reported by another player, but have not been replied to.
