I had great success a while back with the Weight Watchers 'Points Plan'. I lost my MOJO when 'Points Plus' came in & many things changed point values. I'm back & having success, but not fully on the app becuz I'm not able to use the points plan. I'm currently using a different app to track my meals (points plan) & only tracking my actual weight on the WW app. It would be helpful to have the option to use an older system that is a better fit for me - points vs points plus.

What can I say? I stick to my points, I scan all the time and I've been about to lose 40+ pounds in 115 days. Great community but you still have to double check some recipes people have imputed to make sure they're accurate. The most important thing is to be honest with yourself when tracking. I wish the awards and incentives were automatic and not something you have to click on but that's a superficial thing. Weight loss is a very personal journey so it's hard for any app to be perfect.

There's a learning curve for sure because the interface isn't very intuitive, especially re: how to track food. But once you get that figured out, it's a good and useful app. I especially like that it pairs with Fitbit so I don't have to manually add my activity. Two years on, still using and enjoying the app.

Unfortunately, I never know when they are down, and I am very dependent upon it working. I need it to track my meals and often to shop for groceries as I seem to need to scan products due to the current supply chain. I always have to substitute products that are new to me. I miss the ability to enter the ingredients to calculate points without a scanner. Please consider adding the calculator back in! Not the current scanner method.

I love lots of things about the WW system and app. It is easy to enter food and nice to be able to update/edit changes such as switching meals and altering amounts. I love being able to track exercise and being able to decide whether left over points get rolled over to the next day or not. I have two suggestions: 1. It would be less cumbersome to have a quicker area to enter sleep ( I would prefer to have ten min blocks.) 2. I would love have a mini Notes area to use to enter sick or travel days

I love the recipes feature and the barcode scanner for foods especially. The barcode feature and nutrition label scanner alone is worth using the app for. However, there is room for improvement for the rest of the app-- it is difficult to navigate and not very intuitive. Some things are frustrating, most notably: logging activity is so glitchy that I can't use the weekly goal features for logging activity at all.

Overall, I like the features of the app and everything I can track. I also really like the scanning feature to see the point value for foods, especially while shopping. However, since I started again about a week and a half ago, the app has had issues loading almost every day which makes it hard to track and stick to the plan.

This is my third or fourth go around with this app/WW. I still don't understand why there is a feature to remind you to weigh in weekly, but not one to track food. Especially early on, it's hard to remember to do it as you go. Also, having a feature to allow family sharing of tracked meals would be amazing and make it so much easier to track. When we eat the same thing but have to spend 10 min each searching for three same food ingredients, it's just a waste of time.

The app, overall, is great! User-friendly, etc. But...every so often it doesn't operate correctly. For example, I try to key in lunch, but it records under breakfast. There is no easy way to "cut & paste" or something like that to move your meal from the wrong meal to the correct meal. Sometimes the app & WW scale doesn't read so I have to key in my weight manually. The app is good, but could be just a little better

I love the app! It makes tracking so easy. I just wish that when you enter the name of a restaurant, the app would list menu items together within a certain point value range. Ex. If I am budgeting 10 points for a meal, I could scroll to everything on the menu that has a point value of 10 or less. They way it is now, you have to look at all the menu offerings; their point values are very disorderly, and it can take a while to scroll to your main dish, then to the 1st side, then the 2nd.

I love that there are recipes with the nutrition info, and a "what's in your fridge" option that makes cooking from scratch way easier. I love that the program itself let's you enter activity to earn points, and that zero point foods list is thorough. This is the least intimidating weight loss program I've ever tried, and I feel like I'm not only never hungry, but I'm eating less, and eating healthier without as much stress! I can still eat foods I love without having to give them up forever!

Missing many common activities and no way to add your own. Hard to find your recipes at times. Poor navigation. Won't link with Samsung smart watches. Requires multiple taps to get into data entry mode. Geared toward Apple even though 70% of users worldwide are in Android. In need of a major upgrade. Has not improved in 4 years.

WW is easy to use and is very resourceful. The app works well for me and I personally haven't experienced any glitches. As for the program, if you follow it, it works. You have to change your lifestyle, learn portion control, and move your body more to see results. Having the WW app alone isn't a magic wand. It's a tool to help improve yourself.

No complaints about the app, but I found the program itself discouraging. If you ever go over budget with your points, that's it. You're screwed for the week. So I found myself lying to the app all the time, which goes to show it wasn't working. I got Noom about a month ago and it's way better for me. It actually addresses your thinking and relationship to food. It has a calorie counter, but if you go over budget you can see it, but it doesn't leave me feeling discouraged.

It's been a good month. This app is really helpful in making better choices. I do it privately with a couple family members so there's less pressure. I have fallen off my plan a couple days but I'm still losing. 16 pounds in the first month. I love the recipes and restaurant options. It shocks me to see some of the meals I used to eat!!! It really is educational and helps with organization.

It's very easy for me to track my eating. I do wish, however, that the app would work to capitalize when starting a new sentence, etc.; i.e., grammatical things that make sense. This suggestion box is doing it . . . hard to understand why the app does not. It makes adding recipes a bit cumbersome.

They made a recent update to the app and now you have to click to a different page to see if you have blue dot days. It used to be you could see if your day was blue from the home screen, where you track your food. Very disappointed that they buried it behind more clicks and taps, where as it used to be on one page.

Have spent the past 3 days trying to create a weekly plan and when I go to save it I ALWAYS get a message something went wrong and it erases the weekly menu I just spent 40 minutes creating come on!!! How can I even be successful at this if I dont have my meals & snacks thought out! This should operate much better beyond just being able to track points.
