I needed this for medical reasons. It's really helpful for being more mindful about eating. There's no pressure in gaining/losing weight. It's more about being an aid to be in control, as well as being realistic with food goals, whatever the journey. I look forward to new features. I also think purchasing is worth it - I don't say that about many things

Perhaps a quality of life feature to add would be a way to collapse the food groups, like the feature they have in the Daylio app (a diary app, which is also amazing). Just a one-tap, open and close feature. Also, would love an option to save "Common Meals" so you don't have to go through the whole list every time for the same meal and select each individual food item. Some Nutrilio Widgets would be cute too so you can log your meal from your Home Screen while you're eating. Thank you.

Aside from the notifications to drink water this app is absolutely and unequivocally worth nothing. Logging food does nothing, it doesn't count calories, or nutrition info such as protein... which is why I downloaded it. Just now it advised me to FAST. LOL yes, unless I need God's miracles I will not be fasting, but yes tell me how my goal of gaining weight can be sped up by fasting.

I like that it doesn't need you to track anything specific like calories or whatever. I find it's good for learning "Intuitive Eating" and building more honesty and trust with yourself and a better relationship with food. If you're into that sort of thing.

I like the simplicity of this app and the ability to track things against your eating habits. I'd love it if it synced calories and other things to Google's health connect, and link up the data with their other apps especially daylio... then I'd definitely give it 5 stars.

This app is perfect for what I need! I'm in OA and my sponsor suggested I track my food. I didn't want to count calories or deal with serving sizes on my food plan. This simple tracker does exactly what I need. I love that you can track the reasons you eat, how healthy it is, and dozens of other things (including custom categories and scales, even though I can't think of anything they missed out!)

Habitics apps are the only ones I've paid money for! Great for being mindful about what you eat without having to obsess with calories and the likes. I do think it would be nice to be able to set some custom goals (for example, I'd like to set a goal for no more than X unhealthy/junk food meals a week, but I haven't found a way to do it yet. I use the healthy eating goal but that only allows me to set a goal for healthy meals, which is great but not what I am looking for). Otherwise great app!

The option to mark duration of fastinng is an awesome functionality, great innovation! Update: what can be improved? Snacks should have an editable time, because night snacks can happen just after midnight and just before midnight. They lack time and can't be distinguished later on if 2 such snacks happen in the same day but 20-23h apart. UX: Earlier there was an option to specify symptoms with the meal, instead of only in a separate block. Do separate block + (optional) input from food entry.

This is one of the best apps I've found for tracking what I eat during the day. I'm able to include everything that I eat and it's very easy to add and organize everything. I think a useful feature would be having the ability to search for an item. For example, I have maybe 60 different food ingredients. It can be a little cumbersome to find each and every ingredient. If you were able to search for an item, it would be much quicker to make entries.

Nice start, but not sure if I'll choose to pay the asking price for it at this point, while it's still being built (and I'm yet another person who isn't into the subscription model, BTW.) Two suggestions: 1) Sometimes I enter a meal before the notification hits my phone. Those notifications should be skipped. 2) I didn't eat breakfast this morning--there should be a feature to allow indicating that a meal was missed.

This app has a good start but needs polishing. States itself a calorie counter but doesn't have that feature (unless its locked behind paywall). Can't alphabetize the food you add so it becomes RLY tedious to use. Or, you make general buttons like "restaurant" or "leftovers" that end up being unhelpful. app is rly aggressive about asking for payment in the first 2 wks-before it's providing real benefits. I love Daylio and thought this would be an instant hit, but I'm not seeing the point.

I track food for GI issues and this isnt the app for that. I need to enter individual food items that may be in the same category but have different ingredients that affect me. I also track food to manage an eating disorder and it's not worth it to me to use an app that prompts me to input my weight when I hit the + to add an entry. It's easy to look past but still not worth it. I'm sure the app is good for other uses, just not IBS tracking or ppl who don't want to see a weight button every day.

Finally! I found a nice, basic food journal app that doesn't make me estimate calories. I just want to keep track of what I eat, not count calories, as this is often effective enough to make me make better food choices. I also love how customizable this is - you can track food, activity, mood, even how often you exercise specific muscle groups and sypmtoms if you are trying to determine problem foods. You can truly fit it to your personal needs. This is exactly the app I've been looking for!

I really love using this app to track basics in what I eat and take throughout the day. I love how customizable each thing you can track is. I can add categories and subcategories of food and add pictures of what I ate for better visualization. I did pay for the lifetime purchase so I can't say what it offers for free as much, but I'd say premium is worth it!

This app has been very convenient. It has a lot of options yet keeps things simplistic. A lot of other apps get far too specific with calorie counts. That always overwhelmed me! So I love the simplisticness of this app. I also like the water reminders that make sure I stay hydrated! I wish was there was a separate note section for the day not linked to meals. That way I could keep track of medicines, etc. I just make all my notes at breakfast for now.
