Minus 1000 *!! WORST APP EVER!! updated, & tried everything, including using the menu in the app description where you're supposed to be able to select the part of the app you want to go to, that however didn't work either! Not one single thing will EVER come up except the advertising page that says their name & their supposed # of users, which is obviously a blatant lie, cause no one would keep this since it doesn't DO anything. PERIOD! I would not take a chance with this, it might be spyware!

I paid the fee for 1 year in August. Now it says I can use the free trial or pay for a membership, which I already did 😡 Not only that, it took this app 4 tries before it properly identified an African Violet!!!

Absolutely useless. I have approximately 40 plants in my house and literally every plant, not all 40, I scan says it's unhealthy and gives me the exact same possible diseases. I use another plant app and it says my plants are healthy, (which they are). You don't get solutions like it shows in the ad they run for the app. Wish I hadn't paid for this because it's totally useless.

All the want is money. Everything seems to be extra, I didn't get to far beyond downloading then try for help with a plant. I am not a florist. I would only need help for a few plants. But to spend additional money everytime as well as a yearly fee, is not for me. If they made it something like, included in yearly fee 2 or 3 consultations seems like a better offer. Not sure if I am the odd ball out, it may just be me. Sorry, not for me, to each their own.

This is a terrible app. I have used other apps like this, and they work way better. This doesn't identify plants correctly, and the diagnosis for sick plants is the same on every plant. I paid for the year subscription, and I'm regretting it. It has potential to be a good app, but it isn't there right now.

Great app overall and I love it so far,although has its issues but I think it can be improved... What I would really prefer is a lifetime subscription if possible ( I saw somewhere that you have lifetime payment for iOS so why not for Android?) .... if this is added then 5 stars from me!

I tried this app for about a month or so. It doesn't recognize even common plants, and its suggestions come across rude/insulting, probably it's meant to be funny, but if I want comedy I'll look for that, I only need plant advice and recognition and this app doesn't do that very well. It's not worth it at all. Wish I could get my money back; the only thing it's good for is giving you reminders and you can do that with a regular calendar app.

Edit to my inital 3 star review, after using the app for a few days. I had to knock it down to 2 stars. I have been comparing it with 2 other apps and Google and it is not accurate. It is not bringing up the correct plants. I even tested it against the plants I know. Along with not listing if a plant is invasive or not. I am looking to get my $$ money back

According to the adverts..this can do everything possible. I bought the pro version (annual subscription) Plant is unwell it could be item 1 or 2 Only then I discovered that if you want the help and advice that was "suggested" you have to pay AGAIN.. Ask the expert. (for £1.99) Or a better deal 3 experts advice for (£3.99) Honestly some people might think it is a bit of a con. I just wish that I was told the truth before buying it, I doubt if I will get another 12 month subscription.

App is really fun and has lots of features, I'm not sure exactly how accurate the identification process is as it recognised my girlfriend as a Cockchafers Larva.

This app could be amazing if only it had any idea what my plants were. It couldn't even identify trees. I tested it on eight different plants and it identified all of them incorrectly. Total waste of money and time. I don't even think I'm going to get a refund even though I canceled it within 5 minutes of activating it.

I like this ap, but the fact that you can't specify location is a major issue. It makes alot of the content useless.

Do not get this app you will spend hours trying to cancel the free trial its shameful that a a paid subscription is bundled like this and subscription cancelation is made near impossible im still trying 4 hrs in

I loved this app so I decided to get a year subscription, but a couple of weeks ago I opened the app and all my plants were gone🙄 I canceled it and will be requesting a refund.

3 pictures of a known plant. 3 pairs of guesses, 6 in total. 6 totally incorrect guesses. Not one even in the same order of plants. No, I shan't be paying for more.

I was supposed to get the free trial but it automatically changed me. I am requesting a refund through Google but if that doesn't work I will go through my bank and I will cause major problems for both companies

the app is amazing. 11/7 I'm conflicted on the free/premium version I pay for, and am totally fine with the amount charged for it however, the free version is not good. it's can't be considered anything other than an annoyance to get you to buy the premium it should have been, slightly more usable or simply not have it as all because it is just frustrating
