Just downloaded this app. Unable to login after registering. I'm having continous trouble logging into the app. I tried 7-8 times to login into the app.

I love the variety of neurocycle topics to go thru when in need. I had my 16 yr old daughter do one in the middle of the night when she was anxious and couldn't sleep. God used it to help relax her and help her process and she fell asleep.

Update: Emailing with the app technician (who was very gracious and kind) resolved the problem. I've become a major fan of the app's content, but continue to run into little issues here and there with the app itself. Mostly, it keeps bumping me ahead a day, skipping over the day I should be on. Easlily resolved through email, but the email has to be sent. Earlier, I paid for a subscription, but did not get access to paid content. The charge came onto my credit card, but still no access.

I'm sure the information in the app is amazing but I can't get past the intro videos. I've managed to push through the constant buffering and pausing of the first video but now the 2nd video is even worse. It stands still for more than 2 mins at a time just to play 5 - 10seconds and then sits still again. I have cleared the cache but still get the same.

Great content but the app itself is VERY glitchy. In fact I was going to pay for the subscription but the app keeps stalling and I have to restart my whole phone (Android) to get back online with the app. It just stops working. Can't go back. Can't refresh. Can't play/pause. Nothing. Doesn't work even when I close down the app and restart. Have to restart entire phone. NOT going to sign up and pay until this improves.

It's been 3 months and I've seen incredible healing. It literally transformed my life from feeling like everything was pointless to being fulfilled and overall content. Things are finally shaping up in the right way. I do see a lot of negative reviews due to the technical issues, they seem to happen often but always get resolved. Either way, it would be sad if someone missed out on this level of healing for something that is fixable. Try one neurocycle and decide for yourself.

It is a great program but the app needs work. If your phone backlight turns off it stops and your in the middle of the program the it stops and start from the start again. So you have to go over everything you just did. I spend the whole time trying to watch the phone didnt go into sleep mode and stopped concentrating on the program. Please fix this I want to do the program.

This app is changing my life for the better. If I panic & feel lost I now have tools to help me move ahead instead of being stuck & overwhelmed. I honestly have not had anything work as well as this app. I love it. It helped me get through the stress & panic of preparing for & executing a long distance move with a physical disability. Every plan kept falling apart. I was able to make a new plan & get moved. I stopped for a while. Depression & paralyzing fear came back. Thank you for this app.❤

Excellent content, terrible app. The developers fixed it to the point where I only have to click each track 3 times to get it to play instead of dozens of times. The notifications for the active reaches don't show up at all which defeats the purpose of the app. I've sent several emails and the notification glitch hasn't been sorted. TBH, if I'd started my subscription with the new app (instead of the previous Switch app which worked great) I would have given up and asked for a refund already.

I love the app, though I feel it could be expanded on. It would be good if after the first 21 days to be able to set up active reach reminders, as well as going through the 5 steps in a basic way for those that struggle with focus. Access to some of the brain prep techniques would be super handy too. Although it's not an issue for many, there isn't much to suggest what you will need before you start. I.e pens, journal, etc. Besides that, it's been super helpful, managing much better. Thanks

Excellent content, but the audio stops when the phone's backlight switches off. It would be great if the audio could keep playing, whether the screen is on or off. If I set the screen to never switch off, it uses too much battery power. Just started to use the app - thanks for making the theory practical! Looking forward to doing the cycles (and to a bug-fixed update!) ;)

I absolutely love this app and this program. I've loved basically having a mental mentor or counselor with me everyday. making me feel truly grateful and aware of toxic feelings and how they help and hurt me. I'm so very grateful.

Firstly, I downloaded the app and then could not sign on. I contacted Neurocycle. Finally had to uninstall and start over. I was able to sign in and listen to Day 1. I am, however, unable to figure out how to load Day 2. I opend the calendar and clicked on Day 2 (as I had to open Day 1) and nothing! I have no idea how to proceed with the process. For an app that is to help with anxiety, it does more to exacerbate it. I would really like to give it a go. How???

Could not even get past registration and log in. Just got stuck waiting. Not sure if I managed to register or not? If I now try register it says there's something with my details. In all my years of using apps I've never had a problem like this and looking at the reviews this app has so many issues. So disappointing

I don't usually spend money on something unless I am sure of it's value. This time I took a calculated risk, but it turns out my calculations were a little off, IN A GOOD WAY. I had no idea, the value it would bring, far exceeds my original hope and result. And it has exceedly strong instructional design and applied adult learning theory. SIMPLY THE BEST.

Great concepts and tools for mind management. At times the app is a bit glichy. So if that technological side was tweaked for a smoother use then I would really recommend this to anyone wanting to challenge and change some unwanted thinking and habits.

I love neurocycling. It has become a part of my daily routine over the last few months. It has really helped me see the root causes of problems I am experiencing and has helped me to see where my focus is off. It's amazing the insight I've gotten as I've listened to the questions and done the activities. I have noticed improvement. I'm giving only 4 stars, however, because of the glitches in the app. It's made it hard to use at times.
