This ensures a full collection of photos worthy of becoming your wallpaper. The Backdrops team will be side by side with you sharing high quality public domain photos.

I normally walk away from apps that want to restrict just how you can use their images. But the way they explain (why) they don't want you to share their images was very down to earth, friendly and crystal clear! It wasn't some long legal mumble jumble endless scrolling confusing babble!!! This app has such a variety of wallpapers that even at my age, I've found new styles that I like and they are top quality & really nice in appearance. Well done!!!

I have enjoyed the wallpapers this app provides for many years. Unfortunately, there is a growing amount of AI-generated content that is neither filtered out nor marked as such. The whole point of this app is curation, so the infiltration of AI makes me lose a bit of trust in the curators and I have to dock it a ⭐.

I love the app and there are pretty nice wallpapers, HOWEVER.... I am trying to restore my purchase but it's not working. Emailed about a week ago and no response yet. Would give a better score but I paid money to get access to their premium wallpapers and I'm not getting that.

"Watch An Ad To Save". Na, I'm good. Most wallpaper apps will throw an ad in here and there, but having to watch a 30 second ad to save a wallpaper is just stupid. There are other, better wallpaper apps out there

Not sure about the ad sorted version, but the paid version is completely worth the money. Tons of really nice, artistic wallpapers. Option to auto switch through your favorites on a timed cycle. Super app!

Good collection of wallpapers, and they recently updated the app to auto shuffle. Frequently release new wallpapers. They advertise a set of premium wallpapers (Cosmic Journeys) that CANNOT be used through the app, you need to download and set them individually. The dev was nice enough to refund me when I requested it, which was nice of them. Just wish I could use those wallpapers through the app.

I check back periodically to see if there is a new background I like, and there is almost always is.I like that you can just straight download the image to your phone if you want to or you can just favorite it in the app. An added bonus all the images are high quality! Shout out to Marques Brownlee for turning me on to this app in the first place!!

This app is absolutely incredible, the wallpapers are crazy clean; the app's UI & UX is extremely smooth as well, great job! I'd like to report a notification bug that's appeared either since a year or two or has been there from the start. So whenever new wallpapers are added, I get 2 notifications: Notification 1 (cat.: miscellaneous): New Wallpapers Added 🔥 Tap this notification for some fresh new backdrops. Notification 2 (cat.: all): Backdrops

Really cool selection of wallpapers including some AMOLED ones that were super cool. Mostly abstract computer generated stuff, some macro photography+filters that were also visually appealing. Did not encounter any bugs so far. Interface is super easy to navigate. 5 stars. Loveeee it!

The new app is really fun to use. But the biggest surprise to me is that for premium users this app has nothing special to offer. We don't have enough incentives to buy this app. Overall my first preference for wallpapers.

It's a great app overall but one thing that really cheeses me off is that when I tell the app to cycle through my favorites it does it but as I have favorited more wallpapers the app never uses them it just uses the ones I added a long time ago.

Backdrops has to be one of the worst wallpaper apps out there. Insane amount of ads and wallpapers are very low quality. You are better off using Unsplash.

Ads everywhere, lol Edit: C'mon Devs. Actually, I prefer banner ads instead of 30 seconds!! ad videos for downloading a single wallpaper. Saving a wallpaper is the only use of any wallpaper app, in my opinion, and I don't want to wait 30 seconds for a download. So yeah, wallpapers are cooler than the other apps I have, but unfortunately, it's painful to use.

An excellent overall app. Exactly what I was looking for. I paid for Pro which offers a lot of excellent content. I love finding a new wallpaper every day.My only criticism is the premium wallpaper packs. Most of these are clearly AI generated. Which makes them not worth paying nearly $5 for a collection.It would be different if an artist actually created them. Cheers
