This app gets worse with each update. The speech to text is horrible. It freezes mid-sentence it doesn't want to text anything that you're saying. I have to be refreshing the app constantly. This app is just getting worse each time like it's horrible. What are you guys doing over there? You guys really need to start fixing the issues and the bugs in this app

I've been using this since long before Microsoft acquired it, and it's always been my go-to keyboard. Fast, configurable, lots of different skins, makes it fit into my needs really well. I also like being able to tune the size pretty granularly as well. Clipboard management, to-do lists, Voice to Text support, all meet or exceed my needs.

Bene SwiftKey user for years, since before the Microsoft acquisition, and it is good but has some really annoying problems now. Voice-to-text repeatedly shuts itself off in the middle of typing. It's incredibly annoying. Also there seems to be no way to teach either the voice-to-text or the autocorrect to recognize names. I feel like it shouldn't be hard to allow the app to access your contacts and use those as a point of reference.

Mostly great, been using it for years. But the latest version has lost some functionality. In the past there was a separate word predict pool for browser urls; I could just tap the url space and my most frequently used words (like "weather") would pop up automatically as suggestions. Now that doesn't happen anymore so I have to type everything out.

Basically this app gives you TONS of customization options. Not only for appearance, but also in choosing keyboard layout and - most importantly to me - the ability to add, remove and combine some keys. This is important because you can add the up, down, left, right arrow keys, allowing you precise and quick control over where your cursor is. No more trying to tap in *just* the right spot to get the cursor in the middle of a word.

Super customizable, works great, does everything I need and more for free, with no visible ads! I have been using swipe text with this keyboard for something like 8 years, there are a few oddities here and there. Like it still won't always recognize when I type "happened." And sometimes if you delete a word and type a new one, it will re-enter the word you deleted and add to it. Very minor stuff, I still highly recommend this keyboard.

I have been using this keyboard for a very long time. It is literally the first thing I download on any device. And the clipboard has saved me several times. The customization is excellent, the ease of transitioning between settings when I have to switch to one-handed use is extremely helpful. And its ability to adapt and personalize is impressive. But what's this about Bing? I see some people talking about Bing integration. Its probably the worst search engine. I don't see what the point is...?

I've used SwiftKey for about 7 or 8 years now. Before MS bought it. I really like the design and being able to change the look whenever. Being able to press and hold for different characters is really easy. Using the swipe helps with one handed text. It can even flip to voice of you are driving. (I don't recommend it, though. I've used it maybe twice in emergency.)

I've used this for over 5 years now. Today is the day I uninstall it and find something else. It seemed okay when it first came out. I've noticed for the past year or longer how frustrating it is for it to fix errors and typos. I'm constantly having to go back and correct myself because a lot of the words will be gibberish that people don't understand and it's highly frustrating. It rarely predicts the right word, rarely suggest spelling corrections and hasn't evolved much since it's release.

I loved this keyboard in it's original incarnation. It's closer to that than it was in 2020. The developers have been responsive to feedback and helpful. I do wish I could link the note-taking functions to the app of my choice. It's a typical MS walled garden product now, but it's a functional keyboard again with working predictive text and some decent customization options.

This is probably the best keyboard for Android OS right now. I've tried several others and they pale in comparison. One major issue is preventing me from rating it any higher, which is the keyboard hides whenever the cursor times out in an app. This happens often, in more than one of my apps and is incredibly frustrating. It didn't start until a few months ago, but either SwiftKey or Android devs changed something and introduced a very annoying issue. I'll update my review when it's fixed.

I would say at first, many of the features were refreshing. Like it's UI, its swift type or swift language, its translation function... But as it updates, truly add some new LIMITED functions while have less optimization of itself. Once I type a wrong English word twice it would remember. While I type a Chinese phrase it never remember it as a phrase and I have to do the same thing again and again. Now I find Gboard would be a better option though it takes time to adapt its UI.

It's pretty good. Standard keyboard functions with a few extra bells and whistles. There was an "adjustment" period in the beginning where the autocorrect and predictive text was waaaaaay off for no reason but a few weeks I suppose it figured out what I'm trying to say.

It was a great keyboard / app until Microsoft took over. Now with the latest update, when you long press something to copy it, the suggested actions are ridiculous. Example: if I try to highlight and copy text, the predicted actions that pop up are "Dictionary, Reverse Phone Search, Copy". Why would I ever need to do a reverse phone search on text like "pine bark mulch"?... Please undo this latest update... I'm at the point of switching back to the default keyboard on my phone...

This is my first time using Microsoft SwiftKey Keyboard because it's easy to use and ads shown inside the app. I want to Rate this app a 5 Star and I want to tell others what you think before Downloading it from the Google Play Store. For example, I want to keep everything up-to-date rather than getting it stuck and can't finish loading. If I receive an error message, I'll try to restart my phone for 30 seconds then turn it back on. Once I check my Internet Connection, then try it again. Thanks.

Idk what changed in recent times but I have been having a really bad experience with autocorrection. It very frequently doesn't even try to fix what I'm typing and has extremely bad prediction. It also does not ever fix when I accidentally hit a number from the top row in the middle of the word. This used to be my favorite keyboard and now it's actually causing me regular frustration every time I have to type.

I love it. . However It desperately needs 3 things. 1. Ability to adjust/format the accent character fonts. 2. A "UNDO" key. For when you accidently delete highlited text & paragraphs.. I would prefer it where the worthless emoji key is. 3. quicker response time to Google voice and Google assistant. Because I spend 75% of my time correcting The Voice to Text translation . Sometimes it does not even appear.

I've used this app for years and only recently has it become super frustrating. Often, the word I mistype is accepted and displayed in the middle word option. Plurals are sometimes ignored and it'll submit the base word. Sometimes if I type the first 3-4 letters of a long word, the center word will be correct, but if I go as far as typing the 5th letter, the word completely changes.
