Highly recommend this app overall. It's pretty rare to find an app that is in it to make money where everything is locked and have a monthly subscription this app encourages you to do the workouts and have a points system the more time you practice in classes the more points you earn and can unlock more intermediate courses. That is why I rate 5 stars. Shows you different courses and classes for different stress and relaxation levels plus a long list of poses that explain the benefits love it!!

I've recommended this app to people. It features pre-recorded videos but it's totally free and includes descriptions of how to do each pose within the video. Also the krya points system is brilliant, collect points with each 10 min video you watch to use toward unlocking more content, and you don't need a billion points to unlock either. With consistency you collect and unlock quite fast. Great free beginner app for anyone who is interested . 🙏 namaste

Very clear lessons to follow. They don't takt too long, so if you have a spare 30 minutes you can take a class. The lady also has a nice voice to listen to. Only thing that can be changed in my opinion is they extend the music at the end, just to "wake up" again, as soon as your poses are done, the music stops

The best thing about the app is that although they have pay options, you can earn "points" allowing you to open new workouts. The more you use the app, the more the app offers.

This is actually one of the best yoga apps I have ever discovered with beautifully voiced instructions, step by step video and picture guides for every Asana AND it is karmically sound and available to everyone whether they have material money or not by allowing you to earn kriya points through your practice they incentivize daily practice so that you can unlock all of their features through consistency. You can also get them instantly with a premium account. Plus the classes are amazing 💕

I downloaded this app the end of March(2020) when UK lockdown started. Using it since there is no fault. I enjoy all the daily exercises, every day Is is different, so it's not boring. I was a total beginner, never done yoga before do some of the poses are really challenging, but It doesn't upset me. My flexibility improved a lot but still not there where the guy on the videos.

Works like it should, nice and relaxing. I'm an extreme beginner but it's very user friendly so far and I can do everything so far. Didn't think I could do much yoga but this app is helping me do it and keep doing it across days.

Good app, easy to use. Problem where classes have to be downloaded individually, and for some reason I can only download a class every 3 days or so. Other than that it's just stuck on the loading animation waiting to download. Not great that I can only do new things once every 3 days in a program that's supposed to have a new thing to do every day.

As a grounds maintenance worker I'm quite a strong build and also very busy but looking to improve my health and fitness. I don't fancy classes and feel that I'm too tight to do anything advanced. This app is perfect for me and I can see that over tome I will get more flexible and the app will get harder as I progress. The programs are short and sweet. I love the structure and flow. My only slight criticism is when they finish it feels a touch abrupt.

I like this app. I am mainly reviewing to make the below comment. It would be helpful to be able to enrol in more than one program simultaneously. It's possible to force this feature by keeping track externally of where you are in each program and re-enrolling and skipping to where you were, but it's not convenient. Especially now that there are meditation and pranayama programs that I wish to follow alongside the yoga programs, concurrency would be a useful feature.

Highly recommended. Plenty of exercises and routines. Quite in-depth explanations with simplified versions for beginners. Clear vocal guidance for breathing too. I tried a few apps but this one is the best I found. Also allows you to set up a profile so that you don't lose your progress ,even if you have to reset or change your phone.

I really enjoyed training with this app, as it's a great way to practice when you have prior experience. The first few weeks of practice I enjoyed the predictability of the programmes, but as I grew to learn the routines, they became boring and I wished I could press shuffle. Overall I'm very pleased with the app, great way to introduce or revisit yoga, but the routines become boring.

One of the top tier yoga apps. Things i learned here i can still remeber and use to this day even if i don't turn on the app. Yoga has changed my life i started doing it because of back pain. A doctor recommended i try swimming and yoga but i couldn't get into yoga however this app helped me get motivated because of the achievements. The guy in the video has absolutely wonderful postures and its much more engaging to see a human do the poses instead of an animation. Please more badges Namaste 🙏
