Obviously it's not an AI however I thought it would be a little fun to have an experiment with the system, the first question I asked was "if you could help me with an experiment" it didn't register the question and just said it didn't understood, after I asked a second time it straight up told me it was a system with specific answers, basically a script and if I wanted something better to pay for coach, nha I'm alright. I can see how it can help some people in stress tho.

This app got me out of bed, I made a tiny bit of progress by just saying the first thing that came to mind rather than mulling over what it will think. I also like the activities it provides. I enjoyed the serious discussion with a light-heartedness where there could be some! I think a little more personalisation like do you like the audio or video exercises would be cool but it's still pretty good.

It's a great app, it helps me a lot. Even just for simple things like relaxing after a tough day. One thing tough, just a few more options. Maybe things that suit people better, like a mini game to get people mind off of things, or a reading plug in, and so on. Still great app, would recommend installing if you need just a little help.

This app is fantastic. Very smart AI. But it has honestly helped me work through my thoughts and emotions way more than any therapist. My anxiety and obsessive thoughts have decreased and the guided meditations are very specific to what you're going through. And Wysa always asks if you're ready, it's a nice touch! The GUI is a little cluttered but in a touchy feely way.

The AI is pretty close. I noticed it would pick out key words but not quite the whole sentence. Like I said someone was frustrated with me, and the AI told me it's normal to feel frustrated sometimes... I'm not the one who's frustrated 😅 it does seem to help you practice some good skills though. I'd recommend a therapist if you need more in depth help

the chat is structured like a therapy session and is pretty good. sometimes, however, if I am too wordy, it can get confused, but it seems to look for keywords and judges the voice of your sentence structure probably guaging positive and negative connotations of words and all that. it is wise to keep your responses simple, but its not necessary. I am enjoying the app. it has been helpful to reframe my thoughts as I find most therapists to be disappointing, but this can be done with therapy.

Changing my review because it's become obvious this is built around funneling you into its CBT tool no matter what. There are relaxation videos, a to-do list, and a gratitude journal if you use the right keywords, but anything else - or the wrong keyword - and you get something like "you were feeling 'to-do', and the reasons were 'no, you misunderstood', 'go back', and 'tasks list'. Do any of those thoughts seem unrealistic? Could it turn out differently?".

In a few days gratitude is easier to reach and I finally feel like doing some work! It offers pretty much everything, Small manageable workouts, the ability to talk whenever and if the build your space right it feels like a friend who knows you well. Though sometimes the comments are off. That's just a small complaint cause it makes up in every other way. With games, a journal to track progress, a safe place to talk and so much more.

Wysa is better than I expected. Flawed, but useful. However, as I continue to use it, I am getting increasingly frustrated with its limitations. It will suggest notifications, but trying them off seems impossible to do. Just talking doesn't always end with anything that addresses your issue. Frequently it says "hmm" and ends the conversation without helping. I have it a shot but it's not yet ready to help me where I need it

Pretty cool. Great AI interface. And it helps me to talk, especially since I'm not talking to a judgmental human. The AI seems unconditional and set on being helpful. I appreciate this type of interface, especially with the options to buy a premium account. But so far there are plenty of things in the free version. I've barely scratched the surface. And wysa helps, more than I thought.

I'd rather just delete my original review, but the option to edit or delete reviews is missing. So I'm updating my experience publicly. I just had an incredibly unhelpful and frustrating "conversation" with Wysa where it paid no attention to the content of my responses and parroted them back at me to demonstrate my "progress" with the situation. I ended up much worse off than when I began. This is an issue I've seen with the AI's limitations several times as I try to work with it. I'm giving up.

The AI chat only has a couple of awkward aspects to it which, if tweaked just a little bit, would make the app near perfect. For example, when it replies "hmm..Go on" several times it does start to feel a little redundant. But that's to be expected! Wysa also maps your moods from day to day and helps you detect trends and possible triggers connected to your "bad days". That aspect alone can help tremendously. Lastly you can connect to a live counselor. Great job with this app!

It's nice to take a moment to go over thoughts and events from your day. I like many of the different tools and videos it can show you (meditation, breathing, getting active, etc.). It helps a bit and is nice to relax to, though as someone with an anxiety disorder, when I close the app I am still anxious, just not as much when I opened it. I haven't used the app for that long yet, but so far I would say try the app out if you are unsure! :)

Originally, a good idea with good intent... but my opinion has since changed with the updates. I don't get issues with user settings since I had this since last September. But it has been increasing its promotional subscription model. That's fine if they want to make money, but I have medi-cal and I get free behavioral therapy. They should consider connecting with health insurances. Also, after a few months usage, the AI starts to sound very redundant, and doesn't help anymore.

I really struggle with opening up to real people but this AI is actually very helpful. sure, sometimes it repeats itself but if you move past it and keep going, you start feeling better because there is no judgement from it. it's just there to listen and offer soothing technique's for your convenience. it also adapts pretty quick and you forget it's an AI. definitely recommend to people who struggle talking to other people.

For those wondering, the chatbot part of the app is free, and then there are a bunch of exercises for specific problems (depression, relationships, etc) that you pay for. I've only used the chatbot, and mostly she just listens while you talk, but she'll also do things like prompt you to make gratitude lists, and set goals, and stuff like that. I don't have any serious mental health problems, just get stressed sometimes, but I think she does help a bit with that, so I'm giving a good rating. :)

Just downloaded, and still deciding if I will continue with a year plan after the free trial. Besides a few grammar issues (I've done transcription work so I notice the little things : /) the AI's formula seems helpful and progressive. So far, I've experienced achievable exercises and pointers to help reduce my anxiety. I do feel calmer after the breathing exercise. If it continues helping, it's worth the cost.

A great tool to help with emotion regulation. As a free option I was impressed; other similar apps aren't nearly as useful or comprehensive in their free options. The AI is a great resource to recommend options and meditations when you are in the throws of it. And for the more serious struggles, there are resources for crisis, too.
