This app used to help a lot in alerting me to incoming migraine triggers. After the Oct 5, 2023 update, it's unusable. The mainscreen freezes upon loading. I've reached out to the app's developers many times with no reply.

7/2021 App no longer sends alerts. No longer very useful, but I still use earplugs when I see big changes in forecast. ☆ Update 8/2021 App is working! Alerts to use earplugs helps with my headaches. Thanks☆10/15/2023 I'm still using the app & ear plugs (purchased more). Love it.

I liked it much better before the recent changes. Now it notifies when there's a gradual drop over several hours which doesn't affect me, it's the sudden drops of .06 or more that I worry about. So when it says drop of .32 but it's in .03 increments over 10 hours or more, that's not helpful at all.

I am not sure the earplugs help. I only have problems when the barometer dips below 30, and don't receive phone notifications, just have to check the app often. This week I had a bad migraine over 2 days but can't say it was caused from drop in barometer only. I had stress and change in diet due to the holiday. Some migraine sites list WeatherX with pluses and some minuses; I am grateful it's available and affordable.

I have a "vestibular problem" and have experienced dizziness, and Vertigo for 45 years. I've spent lots of money on testing, balance specialists, etc. The WeatherX app and earplugs prescribed for the barometric pressure changes have made my life a lot easier. I'm 81 years old and check the WeatherX app every day, sometimes several times if I know the air is unsettled in our area. I wear the earplugs every night and occasionally all day when needed. Thank God for the WeatherX app.

Forcing me to "register" the app after I have had it awhile with the clear specification that by registering it I am agreeing to receive promotional material for their products. It already constantly tries to sell me additional ear plugs every time I open the app, as well as often sends push notifications to buy more ear plugs among the other notifications of pressure changes. The product itself is a waste of money and hasn't worked as advertised. The constant sales prompts are beyond annoying.

I REALLY want to like this app. Well, more specifically what I want is this app information as a widget for my home screen. A small, simplified version of this same information (maybe a 2x1 widget) to show on my home screen with current barometric reading and an arrow up or down. Maybe even the arrow turns to red if the change is significant. I have found other apps with widgets that do this, but none offer the notification options that this app has.

I would have given it a higher rating but it stops functioning all the time now. I rely on the information daily but, for example, two days have gone by with no info at all. It refuses to recognize where I live. All my history has been eliminated. I've tried updating, uninstalled/reinstalled, restarted my phone... I'm frustrated. What's going on?

This app is super helpful sending barometric pressure changes wherever I am. **Update: I wish the app changed locations among with my GPS; remembering to do it manually removes some of the usefulness.** I've not tried their earplugs yet, but I love earplanes. **Update: WeatherX earplugs are the same as Earplanes.** Do NOT use Migraine Buddy, it's extremely invasive, tracks when you sleep even if you don't ask it to.

Like ability to fine tune pressure that triggers alert. Really needs: Ability to set custom alert times andcreminders to insert/remove earplugs. Diary/calendar to track migraines, with methods of relief, onset, duration. Store x amt days historical data on device so it doesn't have to download every time. Track pressures in more than one place and easily switch between locations. Still looking...

At first I didn't see a significant difference but the longer I have used these the more of a change I have seen with the benefit of using these Weather X earplugs along with the app. I had to work on changing the fluctuations to my specific needs and found just the right settings and alerts to help me insert the ear plugs. That's when I noticed the big changes and help. I love these and will continue to use them to help me with my Himepelgic migraines.

I wish the alerts would go to my email and that the alerts had more specific timing. I have used these earplugs as my 1st line of treatment for migraines, especially for the last 2 weeks, every day because of the snow storms that have been occurring. I also use the historical feature to correlate information. This app has the best info on barometric pressure, I've searched thru many and recently dropped one because it stopped monitoring barometric pressure. My neurologist suggested the app

Beginning User, focused on environmental changes which could affect Breathing performance due to pulmonary disease. Ability record (or mark) trends and snapshots along with personal notes would be very helpful to identify triggers. Update: App is very helpful and notifies of weather and pressure changes in advance. After 12 months use, able to confirm discomfort in breathing due to barometric pressures. Great app!

This app has so much potential! The ability to change to mbar would be welcome. A widget would be awesome! The biggest issue for me is the app does not remember where you left off. I just want to see the graph set to history and switch to forecast. I don't need to read the home page.

Drastically changing my review because the app no longer works properly and without it the $100 in ear plugs I just bought was wasted. Can't log in, won't show any pressure data whatsoever. Whatever was done has really messed up something that really helped me and I'm so upset. FIX THIS. These have really helped me manage weather related migraines and allowed me to learn what kinds of shifts actually trigger me. The notifications prior to a shift are incredibly helpful.

I really appreciate this app. I have severe chronic migraines, & weather - specifically changes in barometric pressure has a huge impact on my pain. This app is awesome at predicting pressure changes. They also sell pressure filtering earplugs. I haven't ever bought them. So, I don't know if they work. Some studies say they work & other studies say it's benefit is inconclusive. The only thing that would makes this app better would be to add a tool that I can track my migraines. App has no ads.

The new update is difficult to view shifts on the 24 hour and 7 day layout because it is so zoomed out. The exagerated close in view was so clear and I didnt have to study it to see where the change is. The front page is no longer laid out clearly in the order of shifts and is instead blocks with an arrow pointing up or down. You have no choice in whether it is in dark or light mode ETA: it's also wrong now. Migraine Buddy and a weather app show a medium rise within 5 hours and this one doesn't

Frustrating. Locked unless I sign up for email promotions. I was hopeful but it's hard to fine tune to the changes that actually affect you. Though it has data, it doesn't use much or track trends. It only allows you to get alerts based on shift in pressure, can't set duration so default alerts are constant about a shift happening very slowly like over 9 hours. I tried the pressure threshold to the highest shift to see but didn't help me predict my reactions either. Now not working at all ugh.
