Prefect until the last update. I can't get the app to load. I say "no" to accessing my phone contacts and it just sits and spins like it's loading. You do not need access to my personal phone contacts to work. Big data breech. 👎 Cannot believe more users are not mad at this! Fix it!

I have had nothing but problems with the app. It's always buffering and most of the time it won't go past the green YouNow first screen. Also the rewards points, I had over 200 days and then it started over at 1 and then I got a couple more days and then it started over again.

Honestly speaking, I grew up with this platform from day one and been using it for 8 years. It gaves me an experience to meet some streamers in real time so it's an advantage for building connections with each other and also, mingling new people from abroad. The only technical issue that I came across was glitches and started to pour in while watching people's live stream which disrupt it's user experience. Could've been rated 5 stars if it's not due to an issue but I love the platform overall.

I literally downloaded this app for one creator. 90% of the time I can't watch that creator's streams because when I open the app it just loads and loads and I don't get in. I don't know what the problem is but its so frustrating! I restart my phone, close and re-open the app and I always make sure that I have the most recent update. I'm really close to just deleting it from my phone, which sucks.

•• UPDATE •• 👇👇👇👇 It is a little difficult to get to each Broadcaster Badge, and somewhat difficult to become partnered, but that's the fun of a challenge right? This app works amazing, the only issue I have (and a few of my friends keep having) is that when I go to ANY stream, the videos don't show up (infinite loading on their faces) and there is NO audio at all. Fix your bug. I have been using this app more than 2 months, it is a nice and fun app for knowing people different places from the world, unfortunately I'm facing some problems with this app. I have tried to change my username many times, but every time I failed , another issue is, app is not smooth, and shows incorrect results , Hope you will focus on these matters and solve the problems,

Its a great place to meet new people ☺️ and I do have some slight issues and bugs with it like sometimes it won't let me go live. When I select a hashtag it'll be like. Something's wrong and closes down. This is the first few times it has occurred and I've had this app since 2013 so I enjoy it don't get me wrong. Just needs a bit more tlc. Thanks younow team!

Can't even login. Thank you for your reply but I still can't login. It just stays on main page doing nothing but trying to load. S10 plus so phone shouldn't be an issue. Will uninstall and reinstall to see if that helps. If not I'm deleting asap. Update- app is crashing when reinstalled, finally got logged in with ID only for it to not load. Deleting asap and staying with Twitter Live.

Problems with Audio stream after Samsung s21 ultra update. Chopping and or no audio. Every other streaming service works except younow app. May need to push an update of the app. Idk if anyone else has the same issue. I'm also going to clear the cache and uninstall to see if that fixes the issue or not. It's only in the app. Using the phones browser google chrome on my phone works fine with the audio so it must be something with the App

Now i just got this app after over a year, but from what i remember, i had a very good time! Though, i feel like it should have a tab where you can find any user instead of looking in the trending tab or the To follow tab, or just looking up a name. In fact, that makes it harder for peoples accounts to be found and seen on the app. Except for that, the app is (probably) fun.

Has performed horribly for MONTHS! Last time I was able to consistently watch broadcasts w/ little to no problems was in Feb 2020 😑 I've had to be tethered to my desktop to watch people which is incredibly frustrating. Then doing a whole update today after not seeing one for months & it STILL not working. It's awful to not be able to watch friends broadcasts & instead just stare @ a loading green dot especially when literally every other live streaming services apps all load fine!

I used to really like this app just to watch one live streamer, but lately it just lags and doesn't let me open the app at all. I had a streak of like 120 days of opening it since I opened it everyday to get bars, and I was getting 21 bars. I uninstalled the app yesterday and reinstalled it, and once again, no bars given to me for the day, I'm very scared that streak was just taken from me without it being my fault. That's why I give it a 2 until its solved then I'd rate it higher.

I hate the new interface, I miss the good old days when the broadcater had to be good enough for the stream to be a good broadcast, but now that they get to bring in 4 people it takes the focus off the broadcaster. Split screen was bad enough with one person, but now 4! Also you can no longer send single likes through your phone so i feel like I'm being pressured to spend money if i want to send likes and I hate that! 😪 i guess I'll just go back to using Live.ly again

I used to stream regularly on the app but ever since the update the screen seems to be heavily zoomed in. I've tried countless of times to try and zoom out so there is no other way. Essentially I've found myself having to use the app a lot less than I would like to due to this change.

How long has this app been available? It seems like whoever made it just totally dropped it and moved on because the UI looks ancient. The camera quality is worse than any other streaming app. Most streaming apps nowadays guve you the choice to switch to HD. Also it's one of the LEAST interactive apps. It feels so PLAIN and boring to use. I don't like Live.Me but it's obviously better than this. It's 2018 you need to put effort into an app if it is going to be the number one streaming app. I would appreciate feedback and plz update the ui. I can help guve you ideas if you need some ideas. I'm not an app developer but it's been available for too long to not have HD broadcasting and an updated UI. Thank you for your time and consideration of my lengthy review and somewhat constructive criticism. Its something we all need if we are going to better ourselves. Again thanks -Jason

I only downloaded this app because a YouTuber I follow uses it for live broadcasts. The first time I watched a broadcast, the audio was horribly choppy and when I tried to join a broadcast just now, there was no audio whatsoever. Attempting a hard reset (ie uninstalling and reinstalling the app), but have little faith in your app and your organisation. If anyone is reading this review from the UK on a device from Tesco Mobile, save yourself the time and hassle and choose a different app.

Compared to the desktop experience, this is horrible. I'm only giving two stars because it isn't totally broken. >50% time I click on a notification to join it just sit, spins loading. When I open the app joining from a notification, it just spins. At first killing the app worked. Now clearing the cache usually works, but had to reinstall few times. It also can't load any gamers, people with high def steams on Google freaking fiber wifi. if I can stream 4k, why can't your app figure this out?

It's pretty great, the audience is engaged and generally positive. There's two things missing tho. You can't crop or edit the stream thumbnail. There's also no option to stream mobile gameplay without a separate computer. I'd like for the ability to stream gameplay directly from my phone without needing a computer.if that can be done I'd rate 5/5
