Personally, my experience with this app is quite disappointing as an IT enthusiast who has vast experience in testing and developing apps for a number of companies and developers, it is quite clear that uplive apps from different geographical regions or continents have more advance and unique features than that meant specifically for the African continent and limited. Sadly, I must say that this still potrays as racial and unequal as it seem. Equal benefits and rights to every human regardless!!

There's not that many users in the US, and hardly any men. Mostly women from other countries. The app is very focused on gifting money/diamonds. It's your typical business. Not about real connections and interactions. I didn't see an option to delete my account either. Uninstalled.

The app had a lot of glitches. It has a lot of demands on rules about salary. It is not easy to get your salary when you cashout. It has a lot of bounce back whwrein the approval takes 72 hours rhen it will just bounce the record of payment. Then failed review on patment. We have waited for almost a month. Still our money has not been transferred yet.

This app is so superb I loved it so much But the main problem is, live notification it should be improved by giving pop up notification and sound. Pop up notification comes when we open the app only. Sometimes we have to open the app continuously and wait for our host to come and it's not so easy. Besides that this app is awsome ❤️

The app was really good way back 2020 until 2021 when it comes to the distribution of salary of accounts under US. Problems continue to arise with so many changes and delays in the payment and a lot of cashouts that bounce back. This month was the worst. CS not reliable. Not helpful. Uplive HK and China is way reliable according to some friends under the region than the ones under US. So I think the problem is within US staff and management. It used to be a wonderful app, now it's going downhill

This app allows me to interact with people all over the world and earn money doing so! It takes some learning but it’s definitely not rocket science! I love the gifts and incentives. They are constantly listening to what the users want and making changes! I don’t even use any other social media anymore! I absolutely love Uplive

Everyone: don't waste your money/ time on this app, their customer service is very incompetent, they will just pretend not to see your messages. No one will help you. There is no option to change your streaming language without changing the whole app's language. You have to be in Hong Kong to be featured on the Cantonese page, and no you cannot just ask them to help you change it because they won't. They aren't even willing to help me setup my music stream, they just want your money, sad service

I liked the app at first but then it keeps saying lost connection try again. But my internet is completely fine. I deleted the app re-download but it keeps saying the same thing. I've refreshed it many times but it keeps happening to the point I had to Uninstalle it. And it keeps taking me off my lives randomly 😒

Honestly, I really love this app. Its easy to use and we make a lot of friends here in this app. I like the lucky gift game. I just hope that they give some tips on how to gain a treasure. I suggest also that before making an account, they need to have a strong identity/verification because there's a lot of people who are using this app as nudity and pornography. Sometimes we make friends of newbies and suddenly they show something that isn't appropriate to the viewers. I want to get rid of it.

This app as I see it is a scam. I joined to have a look as I think it's the only way to see what an app is all about. When I realised it's not for me I wanted to delete my membership. Guess what, there is no facility that I could find to do this. Tried there idiotic customer service who told me they couldn't to protect the customer!!!!! Hang on I'M THE CUSTOMER. All up a con job that seems to be looking for subscription numbers they can claim.

Great app. I met a lot of performing artists here in this app. There are a lot of broadcasters who has this talent. I just love this app because I can talk to all my followers and my friends whenever they stream. I can talk to them through beams and sometimes through audio live. My partner and I have a great experience in this app. We gain friends and we got an extra income also especially now during pandemic. The event in this app gives me more confident because I can showcase my talent. Thanks

Uplive is an amazing streaming platform that allows the hosts to interact with others in a unique way. We have the ability to stream as a solo beam or we can stream in a 9 chair stream. This app is by far the best application that I have ever been on in my life and it's my first time using this uplive. Uplive changes my life and it's the best app that I ever used.

My experience with UpLive was very bad. Although I'm using high performance smartphone and quite fast internet, it still lag and froze too much. For example, I can watch the broadcaster stream for the first 1-2 minutes after joined their live then it will froze completely. for matter worst, if I rejoined i have to wait until 10 minutes before it said that i can comment etc, then broadcaster will appear, then the app will froze again.

Username on app: thegreenqueen Love the quaility of the mobile streaming speeds and how cool the gifts can get! Can be kinda difficult to navigate the app as a beginner, but I got help from a couple of the streamers. (Standaman being one) Parties are fun to host and join, lots of people to meet and hang out with. Battle mode is awesome! I would recommend 100% Haven't had to talk to customer service, so don't know much about that department.
