Really like this app! The 2 issues I have with it are that sometimes a grey/blackish simple colour stays the background. Like it doesn't refresh anymore. When i open the app it shows a different app so it's buggy. Second one is I wish there was a simple manual of which the gestures are again. Other than that, it's a great app 😃👍

It has good wallpapers, and a good interface. You can download and save wallpaper and make your own ones too from their patterns and colours. However, the wallpapers don't set to the lock screen (you would have to save it and set it manually for that) and it sometimes randomly changes. Sometimes, it only shows half of the wallpaper.

I've been using Tapet for well over a year. I am not the biggest fan of the update, there were a lot of patterns that I liked that are no more. You can only set a max of 5 colors vice virtually unlimited before(I usually stopped at 7), I wish they would bring those options back.

Reviewed by me upstream somewhere. But my opinion is unchanged years later. It's invariably the first or second app I download whenever I replace my phone, and I find it hard to picture that ever changing. I also use the KISS launcher with the settings on "beyond minimal" (i.e. nothing, literally nothing at all, on the screen; which, as you can appreciate, makes a particularly focused examination zone in which a wallpaper app will pass or fail... Tapet passes.

Been using this app for years to generate a Phone background, and it's great that I can just spend some time spamming the generator until I find something I like when I get bored of the old one. Never had any stability issues or otherwise with it, and the ability to save in 4k means I even started using them for my PC too. My only complaint about this app is that it isn't a windows application!

It's nice and I particularly like the possibility to lock it to specific palettes of colors of my choosing. My only gripe is that with my Fold 3 it only changes the wallpaper of the screen where I started the app and not the other one. In my case I started the app on the internal display and didn't go on the outer. I tested it the other way around and did the same thing.

For anyone whose phone is not changing the background as intended, make sure that the application is not included in the battery optimization list. I rarely write any review, but I had to with this app. It's very good, easy to use and has some really cool patterns with different color templates that keep your screen looking fresh and different.

Best app for wallpaper lovers. But 1 star less because after 2 to 3 times, wallpapers doesn't change automatically. I have to change Manually.

Amazing! I paired this with Niagra launcher on my s23 Ultra and it makes new and beautiful backgrounds that are interesting to look at. I wish it had an AMOLED black feature, but otherwise it's nearly perfect!

I'd probably give five stars if there were an easy way to temporarily turn the app off without uninstalling it so I could have a different wallpaper of my choosing until I turn Tapet back on. Pausing the app doesn't stop it from changing the wallpaper it just keeps me from accessing the app. Edit: giving it five stars now. Developer replied very quickly to let me know the solution - change wallpapers interval setting to disabled.

If you love abstract wallpapers like i do then you don't need to look for the perfect app anymore because Tapet is here ! This is the best of the best ! So easy to use and so intuitive. Totally free to use. The wallpaper patterns and colour mixings are totally insane ! No ads here by the way so that makes it more sweet ! Try it to believe ! This is a 10 star app !

I have noticed that every now and again they update the color palates and geometric designs, so it doesn't get stale. I finally figured out all the swipe gestures to make different combinations (watch the tutorial a few times). For a relatively inexpensive one time payment App, it has been great.
