I've been very disappointed with this app since January 1st 2019. It doesn't work properly: I am not able to follow my data provided by my smart band because it is not shown in the Wearfit application on my phone. After having used it for two months I must stop using it because it's useless. It's really annoying if it comes to the reason why I had bought it. It doesn't matter if your updates are wrong, but it would be great if previous versions of this app could be available and installed.

No major problems which cannot be solved with a restart, however there are some annoying bugs: the 'latest readings' are stuck on Dec 31, it seems that March 31 does not exist, and the daily steps percentage is calculated based on 8,000 and not the value that the user has entered. Please fix!

This app keeps crashing. I just downloaded it and it crashed 10 times within a half hour. I tried sending feedback within the app, it crashed. I tried refreshing my readings, it crashed. I sent an email and received a response that the email doesn't exist! What's the deal??

This App used to be great. Now, since the last update, it insists on being allowed to turn on my Bluetooth, even though it is already on. If I say No, it keeps insisting. If I say Allow, it says Turning on Bluetooth, and freezes at that point. Have to force stop it to get out of it. Worthless in present state. Please fix!

I love this app.. yes it does "disconnect " once you close the application, however once you reopen the app the watch connects and updates the data. The readings for the blood pressure are pretty close, I have taken my blood pressure with the watch and with my machine back to back and they seem to be close. The band does read a little lower than my machine did but I may also just need a new machine. I love how it tells me my sleep patterns what my heart rate and oxygen levels are as well.

The app used to work well with my watch. but after the last update, it will show connection successful but it won't read or show any data from the watch. At times, when I try to see if it will read, the app will crash without displaying any data. Don't know what's wrong, but you guys read needs to fix it.

The band doesn't stay connected, and when you do connect it, it'll display the wrong stats (my band shows I got 5.5 hours sleep, the app says 2. I've disconnected the band and reconnected it, still doesn't work). I don't get any notifications either. I've wasted my money, don't waste yours.

(1- )To update the data you need to re-connect the by phone. (2- )I woke up from sleep at night and slept again. The wristwatch shows the time correctly, the application shows the first half of my sleep. (3 - )measuring range should be adjustable. Maybe I want measurement every 15 minutes. (4 -) I should be able to share data with other apps. eg google fit.

The App is part of the "fitness bracelet" so a review of the app alone is not fare to the fitness bracelet and vice versa this was a $15USD device and to be fair most of the bio sensors seem to work fine. CONS battery life on my phone was sucked dry at an alarmingly fast rate, Notifications on the phone would not show up on the watch (not a big loss). Non standard bluetooth hookup and absolutely no security I could see (some random could use there app to hook up to your fitness band and get data) Pro the watch stores the data and the app just polls the fitness band. in the end I put it on a retired device which I will power on just to collect data! It is what it is.

I've used this app for 3yrs. It used to be mediocre and I didn't like that one cannot download the data from the phone to eg Excel to do one's own analysis. But recently it has become much worse, with almost impossible bluetooth connection and from April we simply cannot open the app without accepting a privacy statement written in Chinese, which I'm not fool enough to do. Also I note the latest update says 'firmware upgrade'. Could be interesting, could be dangerous!

The apps works and provides basic sync functionality, but there is no way to export data which is a major flaw, and will mean I ultimately buy another brand Smart watch that has a better app and options for data export. Also would be useful if it showed data plotted on graphs. Not that hard to implement and tbh the lack of graphic representation is another reason this Smartwatch and app is not very useful.

For Version 3.0.6 of the app... It works Ok... but doesn't seem to be very accurate (but pulse seems to be good). One thing I'd suggest to folks is that if you 'clear the data' from the app, the 'current' (most recently recorded) information is then displayed in the app. So, if you did a 'close off' every year or so, the 'data' would probably be Ok for checking trends etc. As with all of these sorts of gadgets, you get what you pay for...

Apauling connection!! Forget the in app "connect my wristband" this an utter joke. The only way to reconnect is to switch off smart watch re-start my phone and then turn on the watch. If still no connection turn off Bluetooth on phone wait at least 1 minute then turn back on. A real PIA FIX THESE BUGS NOW!! Update: After contacting the developer twice and 2 app updates it now seems to be OK. So far no major connection issues...

Useless. The fitness band will not connect to the app. The device shows up on my Android phone (Samsung A90), but will not connect; it says "an app is needed to connect this device". Within the app the band is recognised but shows "broadband connection failed". Judging by other reviews this is a serious and persistent problem which prevents the system from working at all, and needs to be fixed.

had issues from the start with charger shorting out and that was the easy bit. the software is OK as in it cover most everyday people that will want and here is the but, I have had the this on 3 different phones from a note 4 to a S9 and you have to keep the software open to keep it synchronised and even then if you leave the phone out of range you have to resync. Even if you set a sleep time it can just randomly just start say 7pm. worse it that it just sometimes just not record the whole day.

Can't sync this app and my Unotec watch. "Bluetooth connection failed. Click to retry" is the message I get all the time. When it occasionally manages to connect the band, after clicking and retrying several times, it disconnects in a flash. The time displayed on the watch is always behind. Cannot fix it as I'm unable to synchronize app and watch. I've read lots of reviews of users with similar connectivity issue. It's annoying. I'm frustrated and disappointed ☹️. Any chance it will be fixed?

Prevoius version worked. Now I can't connect my watch even if I restart my phone. It's very annoying. Too many ads. Update: The rare times it manages to connect to my watch it is stuck in a connect/disconnect loop (it connects for a half of second and then disconnects and then again). If my watch can't connect for more than a few days, the time is not correct and I have to restart everything to get a chance to connect.

Damned!! I've installed and uninstalled this app more than six times because it just can't find or link with my band, which unfortunately is already fifteen minutes late. Each time I uninstall the app, I successfully pair the phone to the band over Bluetooth, then I reinstall the app but it just can't link with the band making it completely useless. Very frustrating. I wish they can look into this as I can't update my time.
