So, the watch is great. It has great features. It's actually waterproof, unlike my Fitbit versa that bricked after going in a pool, once. Horrible products! Anyway, the problem is the app as many others have said. Every "fix" makes it worse. My watch doesn't stay connected. I miss notifications. My sleep isn't correctly tracked. I'm not sure how much feedback is needed to get this long standing known issue fixed, but there has to be some kind of solution.

Works reasonably well, taking relatively low costs of hardware into account. I don't really see the presentation of medals, and other awards adding to the effectiveness of the app. Age and gender of the user should have a greater influence on the app. The user should be able to control, or remove the (period) feature. The GPS connection can sometimes be a bit unstable. In spite of it all, the app remains quite a valuable tool.

The app is easy to use. The information is pertinent. The only thing I docked a star for is that sometimes, I lose connection between app and phone. Even though, I've set it up to run in background. If there was a way to test the connection to see if the phone is paired still through the app, I'd be happy. None the less, the app is good

The app keeps disconnecting from the watch. I reset to factory setting losing all data and tried repairing and despite seeing the device will not pair. Very displeased, and the troubleshooting is circular logic. No in app support because their AI assistant page won't even load. Do not ignore the negative reviews as I did. At least before it was a watch, now it's just a qr code on my wrist.

App can't connect to the watch after having it since February. Tried to reset it and it won't connect no matter what I do. Usually I only have to restart my watch when this happens but that's not working either. I rely on my app information to be accurate as I've lost a lot of weight using the watch and app. Very frustrated 😠 😡 👿 😤

Hoping the update I just got helps fix some bugs. I often don't get alerted to new texts/incoming calls which is why I got the watch in the first place. I do like monitoring my steps and the different app faces it has. The battery lasts a long time which is awesome! Wish it was waterproof like my previous watch but otherwise it's very easy to use

I was looking to try a fitness watch. I didn't want to spend a lot in case I didn"t like it. The fitness stats are ok. It doesn't actually track steps but tracks your arm moving. So if you walk carrying something without moving your arms, 0 steps. If you sit in a spot but move you arm, 100 steps. The heart rate is not accurate. I do not use Alexa or calls on it I am now looking to upgrade to something better but for the price its good

It randomly disconnects from the watch. Even though it is properly running in the background, it does not track steps in that icon. The counter reads zero. I have to manually sync and while it does update the steps, that icon still says zero. Very buggy app. It is worse than the previous app for the watch.

I've been using this app for a little over 2 yrs now. I only had one problem occur while trying to sync my data to the app. That was over a yr ago and has been fixed. 😊 Love this app and how it keeps track of everything from my steps to my sleep to my stress level. I did just switch to a newer watch but I don't think it's counting my steps right. I'll definitely be keeping an eye on it and will edit my review if it stays miscounting my steps.

The app keeps upgrading the language pack (at no cost) and won't let me get past it. I've upgraded it 15 times and the app still won't let me use it without that pop up and there is no way to bypass it. You upgrade the language pack (for free) and it pops back up in 15-20 seconds. Constantly Repeating. It's frustrating! And I can't use the app.

Functional but needs improvement?! My smartphone is a Note10+. I'm still getting to understand the device but; Pros: battery life is great& basic tracking works, sleep tracking is accurate unless BT drops, there are quite a few watch faces but many are the same template ¹just different colors. Cons: BT constantly drops off, I can't add any data captured elsewhere (like steps ) tracked by my phone to the app. This is a serious software feature design flaw issue in my opinion.

Giving 4/5 stars 🌟 only because I do love the watch & the app is nice to have but you can only walk about 6 foot from your phone or the app will disconnect & you have to manually reconnect it. It doesn't reconnect automatically. It will also disconnect at random times which sucks. I also am almost 99.99% sure the step counter is way off. Alongside the calorie burn. I won't be able to actually tell if the heart rate, bmi stuff is accurate until I see my Dr. All in all needs some improving.

It's a decent app but it can be better. I like the watch faces but military watch faces should be added for us military guys that use the fitness tracker. Also it should have quick text where you can text somebody quickly with a preset message from your watch. Otherwise it does everything a Fitbit does. It doesnt sync automatically with my watch. It says it is but its not synced when i used my watch.

Please tell me why Alexa is always disconnecting! It's great when it works but I always hold my breath when I try to ask Alexa something. Then I see it is not connected. It's a very frustrating situation to try and log on to Amazon Alexa. Please fix this permanently. I bought this for my husband and I to connect quickly in case of emergency. We are 78 & 77. Please fix this problem. It's not mine alone. Other are also complaining. Thanks

This app has rendered my fitness tracker unusable. The device works fine, but the app crashes within 10 secs of opening every single time. I am not able to alter any settings or even sync the device to see my data. Since it updated the firmware on my device as well, I can not return to the original veryfitpro app which may actually be functional. Returning my device, deleting the app and getting a fitbit.

EXTREMELY UNSTABLE. I need to reestablish connection several times a day. NOT AS ADVERTISED. Spo2 data synced 2 times in March. Nothing since and it is now August. Vo2 max tab shows "no data" yet, when I go for a jog, it will give it in the sports record for that specific exercise. CUSTOMER SUPPORT. None. AI help can Rarely find an answer to a question.

I've been using the VeryFit app with a Spade Smartwatch 3 for about 3 weeks. It seems to work well in general and call volume is better than I expected. The only problem I have is with sleep tracking. The first few nights were very accurate, then it started reporting my sleep start 2 to 3 hours late. It reports the depth of sleep fine, but for only the last 3 or 4 hours each night. I have submitted customer service reports to both VeryFit and Spade Smartwatch as I can't tell the problem source.

Getting accurate distance data is impossible. According to the tracker/app (and not me) I have a 41 inch stride length!!! As a result, the app displays that I have walked 2x farther than I actually did. No instructions on entering correct length. App shows the distance in kilometers! I entered "mile" in my unit setup several times. To see the inaccurate distance in miles instead of km I have to restart my phone. It quickly goes back to km. Frustrating
