FitCloudPro helps you connect your smartwatch with your mobile phone, it manages your smartwatch while giving you more control over its functions.

2 1/2⭐ Almost 3 This app has it's issues but for the most part, kind of does what it needs to. It has a hard time staying connected but when it's connected it keeps a good record of my activity. Today it didn't clock my distance properly but still showed my path correctly on the map. Please add a movement tracker for treadmill use. The custom face option DOES NOT work, I would add a star if it did just fyi.

App worked great until 10/20/22. Since then it has not logged on text message or phone call. I've had my watch for just over a year and this is the first significant issue. App will not sync to phone. Not going over well with me. I would have given 5 stars. I. Just glad I'm not the only one having this issue. FitCloudPro fix what you messed up!

The app is okay, I think it could be better though. pro: water reminder is awesome! I have it set for every 30 min and this helps me stay hydrated. Step counter is typically accurate and so is BP. con: sleep tracking is not great (I'm a full time college student who also works so my sleep schedule is not regular) this will only track during an allotted time and you cant set that time, it usually only tracks after around 11pmish. Weather feature never works but I just use my phone anyway.

I have been using the watch for about 1 month, and have not seen most of the issues other people have said. (I do need to bring app up to sync (my guess: app screen rendering triggers the sync) but I tend to look at stats (steps, heart rate, BP) daily, so it works out) BUT, after app update on 10/20/2022, app says there is a hardware update. I have tried 3 times (so far...) and it fails. ?!?!? More annoying than a big issue. (not seeing WHAT is being changed, improved, ... is equally annoying)

Only 5 alarms (and no integration with built in alarm system) is a stupid and arbitrary limitation. The worst kind of developer shortsightedness. Additionally, the lack of actual fitness tracking mode control in the app vs the watch is plain bad ux. I want to use the watch to glance at the time or my heartrate or steps quickly. Everything else I want to do from the app. I guess I'm going to have to shell out for the similarly named name brand fitness tracker and apps :(

I really like this watch and it's app. The BP checker is extremely accurate. The battery life lasts longer than any other watch I've had. I gave 4 instead of 5 stars simply because of the app interface on the sleep chart. It doesn't seem to be able to differentiate between light sleep and being awake doing something like reading in bed. It also doesn't track exercise in a pool like some other watches do. Over all I'm very happy with this product.

The app itself wasn't very good- I ended up gifting the smartwatch I bought that uses it to someone else. That was months ago. I have had to reinstall just to delete my account, and I reached out to the developer tonight after weeks of having the app still have permissions to my calendar. All settings in Google will not take it off! I then read the fine print about its access to be able to send emails without your knowledge that can appear to be from you- it's a safety concern!

Losing functionality as it gets older. The connection is worsening and spotty at best. Blood pressure has always been off. But after I did a system upgrade and a reboot and no improvement to the app. A $15 digital watch would have lasted longer and maintained its value better than this so-called smart watch. Unless there is an update soon that improves the app and the watch, I cannot recommend this.

Ever since downloading g this app I have not been able to record videos, keeps saying cant record videos during calls but none is taking place. I also am not able to get the speakerphone to work nor will it play sound in my bluetooth earbuds. I have never had an issue like this before this was downloaded. I have disable all permissions but still can't get it to work right, I guess the watch it is needed for will just go in the trash because those things are more important.

App is not good. I have to constantly open app to reconnect or sync so not getting all my messages. Temperature is ALWAYS 2 degrees less than actual temperature and that's after opening app to get it to sync. I don't like any of the watch faces, partly because the ones have steps,heart etc are analog. Hoping they're still working on it because watch is no good without decent app.

The most inaccurate app I've ever seen. Does not show you the proper weather. Every time you open the app it says "sync completed " which means that was not synchronized. Not all messages come through and neither sync correctly with other apps such as the weather. Horrendous product. (I bought the MoreFitPro F12 ) Smart Watch and it SUCKS on every possible way.

I bought this after misplacing my Fitbit to track my steps and walks. I do like the watch for that. The exercise options are minimal. I can see my text messages and incoming calls. I also like the shake to take photo option. Things I don't like : I can't see my previous days history. If there is a way to do it I haven't figured it out . Also, the watch band is plastic, hoping to find a different watch band.

The app is okay, but it would be a lot better if there's more data or vitals that you can sync to connected apps. I connected Google Fit to this app and it only tracks the amount of steps and rarely the heart rate. I hope it would track the temperature, oxygen saturation and etc better to Google Fit so that you don't have to manually put in the data. I think the ability to add more functions to the custom dial other than a custom picture would also be great. I'm hoping there is a better update.

My device, the music is only for volume control. You still need your phone. The weater portion doesn't work even though I have a weather app. I have reset both settings on app and phone. To me just not impressed. The things I would like to use, I can't for even a cheap watch. I can't even set my own clock. It's all preset.

Absolutely hate the watch faces. Almost every one is geared towards men. Only maybe three that are remotely girly. None of them show your BP. Don't like the fact that you can only have one of the watch faces you choose at a time in the five that are saved to the watch,which are not attractive. you should be able to choose which five faces you want saved on the watch so your able to switch back and forth without having to download over and over. Really need better selection of girly watch faces.

I love this smartwatch. The battery life is great; I can go a week without having to charge it. Most questions I had, I found the answers in the FAQ section. The only problems I've faced is not being able to customize my bands display settings along with change the time to record for the sleep function. I don't sleep normal hours. Other than that, I'm glad I made this purchase; so much that I've given two of them out for birthday gifts (they love theirs too)!

The app is good enough. My sleep cycles are not very accurate and the weather is almost always incorrect. Also, random dial faces keep popping up on my watch that are not available in the dail center on the app. I have a dial face on my watch right now that does not show up anywhere in the dial center. I'm just confused. Other than that, the app works just fine.

App icon is constantly sitting up in my notification bar. It wouldn't bother me if it meant that the device was constantly synced to the app, but I have to sync it up periodically throughout the day. I'm only using the device as a watch and step counter, as I prefer actual arm cuffs to test BP, but one of the features that appealed to me about this particular device was that it could find my phone. But only if it's synced. Which it isn't half the time.
