I love that this app is completely free. It gives you verbal commands, explains how to do the breathing during each workout, and counts down for you when you approach the end of an exercise. It's all around pretty great and convenient to use at home. I'm really enjoying it!!

I really like this app and can tell that it has made a difference in just 11 days. However, I have spent 2 days doing the day 10 program because it will not advance past that point and I can see that it will be stuck at that workout again for tomorrow. If it won't let me advance there isn't much point in using this app anymore. Also, sometimes the pictures don't show up during the workout - luckily I've done it enough now to know what to do because of the exercise name.

The routines are workouts that challenge your abilities in a healthy way. I feel good afterwards. Doing a routine every morning for awhile will definitely contribute to weight loss long term and improve my flexibility. Also convenient, all you need is a nice quiet space and maybe a yoga mat. Awesome app...I've been looking for something that would be easy on my back. Every time I try a strength program, I wind up pulling my back out...I'm on day 11 and going strong! I like that it tracks your weight loss progress! The only thing I dont like are the ads but that's to be expected with all apps these days :) they're not too annoying lol

Wonderful home workout! Truly makes me sore without the workout seeming too hard. It create workouts, you can create your own workout, track your weight and the app has milestones for you to complete, and you can store progress photos in the app. The app is easy to use and doesn't push about purchusing the full version. Only workout app that I actually use in my fitness rountine.

I have a tough time sticking to a workout routine, but I have used this app every day for 16 days in a row. It's not fancy but the the workouts are quick and it's easy to follow along. Suggestions for updates: I'd love to see in an update is a way to view the body position for the exercises from more than 1 angle, as well as how to modify some of the harder exercises.

Loving the work out and programs. But setting the music is giving me problem. Whichever music i choose only the music set under the title LIFE gets played. Checked my settings, changed my settings numerous times without success. Can you help please.

I have never paid for a sport app, but this app is a keeper! motivating, challenging, with shuffling exercises. The best I ve tested. Perfect for home or gym training on a short and long run. Also customizable. Really, I would not have expected to be addicted to it.

I love it. It definitely stretches my body very well. I feel better after even 15 minutes of workout. The stiffness in my neck ,the back pain ,the shoulders goes away after .Got the premium version, first time I actually upgraded an application, that is how convinced I was with the results. Highly Recommend this! I prefer having a one-off payment (unlocks everything) which is affordable at $4 in this app, then having to pay $10 subscription per month on other workout apps which have done nothing for me. My mind and body feel really good after doing Yoga here. The measurement input and milestone tracking is fantastic. There are very helpful coaching tips available also.

Lovely and amazing. I would give it 4.5 stars. Only thing that's missing is the right way to start a posture. I am from India and have been practicing yoga most of my life. Many postures start a different way than they end up and it's quite important to make a path towards getting to the posture. I hope they add that too instead of just showing the end game. That's all. Excellent app!

I love that it helps me with my goal by setting milestones. Everything here is also customizable - the plan, the arrangement of exercises, the timing of breaks, preparation and the workout itself! The visuals are nice as well. One minor thing, can you tie the model's hair? :) this is also not expensive for something that is great :)
