SUBSCRIPTION PRICING & TERMS
Sweat is free to download. Ongoing use requires an active subscription, available on a monthly or yearly basis. New customers who choose a monthly subscription are eligible for a free trial period. Yearly subscriptions are billed the total annual fee from purchase date. Monthly subscription users are billed per month.
Payment will be charged to your credit card through your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.

I love this app! I love that you have so many workout options from so many great trainers. I do wish there was beep after the time finishes for each stretch and for each warm up move. I would also really like if you could swap out meals not just ingredients in the meal planner. Another feature that would be awesome would be the ability to record what weight you used for the exercise. But seriously, a fantastic app!

I REALLY love the workouts in this app! I have seen such an improvement in muscle tone in a short amount of time and overall weight and fat loss. And they are fun! The only suggestion I have is to find a way to allow users to switch the weekly layout from Mon-Sun to Sun-Sat. I end up doing it manually in order to do a workout on Sunday but then have to switch it again when the app automatically switches weeks. Thanks!

I downloaded the app 3 days ago and have not been able to complete even one workout. The app keeps freezing on the second circut or sometimes it wont even go past the warm up.. I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice and even went to the desktop version hoping it would work but it doesn't show me how to do the workouts on the desktop version which is not helpful at all. I am very frustrated with it. 😒

I've really enjoyed using this app. Shows you all the moves and has meal ideas and shopping lists. I'm used to it now but I will say it wasn't the most user friendly and I had to learn how to navigate. I also dont think it's the most cuatimizable, like changing days of the week. I wish they had a beginner orientation or tutorial. But overall this had been a great workout tool especially when I'm going out of town. if you're consistent and actually do it, this is so worth it.

App is incredibly glitchy. I've spent the last hour trying to get into the programs to see what's available after being immediately charged, no 7 day free trial. I'm yet to be able to log into the app without an error message, tho it has allowed me to access my profile a few times. Won't save any edits made to profile. Have reinstalled and restarted phone multiple times. Incredibly disappointing for $20, given the expense and quality of other fitness apps.

I really enjoy this app and have been using it for the past 3 months. I do wish there was example of modifications for people who cannot do certain types of exercises. I also agree about the food planning and recommendations being unhelpful and ridiculous. I wish there were better options and more reasonable meals. Other than that I love the app, but I think for $20 a month, there should be way more options.

This is the best workout app! It is very apparent they put their app users first. I appreciate the video guides per exercise with suggested alternatives. I especially appreciate how I can swap exercises and indicate what equipment I have or not, which the app applies accordingly for the circuit(s) at the time of workout. It really feels like the app is my personal trainer. I feel motivated and challenged over time. SWEAT is helping me level up!

I'm not crazy about this app. The BBG workout seems like it would be effective but the way the app is set up is hard to follow and you have to manually click through each move in both the warm up & cool down as well as the workout itself. It also has a cardio workout on the calander but dosen't give you a cardio workout to follow along with. I'm not sure if there is something I'm missing or a way to change some of the settings but right now it is very frustrating to use.

Immediately after signing up you are required to pick a plan. Either you get 50% off by paying for the year upfront or you can have a 7 day trial and then pay $20/month after that. I can't do anything until I pick one. I'm more than happy to pay the yearly price upfront once I check it out but I'm not ok with losing that discount because I want to check it out first. Apply the 7 day trial to the yearly option too if you want people to pay.

Overall I really like this app and I think it is worth its value. The workout plan options are amazing and the videos showing movements are sooo helpful. There are a few things that I don't like. The nutrition section isn't very customizable. You can't filter allergies, and there is no way to see favorites. You can only see the next week workouts until midnight Sunday which is hard to plan with. The worst is that the forum is not private which makes me uncomfortable to share openly.

I've been using this app for the past 3 years and I love it! I appreciate the amount of user feedback they incorporate into regular updates. I still find that the app crashes fairly regularly (about 1/5 uses) but it's not a huge deal. One thing I would love to see.. with the new weight tracking for each exercise is that the weights would automatically populate the next time you do that specific exercise so you could know where to start with pyramids etc. I refer to a notes doc to check this.

Love this app! Have been using it for over a year and got amazing results from it! Everytime there is an update, it is better than before! Love that there are so many different trainers with different styles to choose from and that you can still use the other programs on days you want to change things up. Only thing I would like is if you were able to record ALL weight amounts, adjust reps or sets if necessary, & to be able to look back at what they were on following weeks.

I've used the app for a month so far and I love it. The only thing I would change would being able to track the amount of weight used & to be able to skip around in the workouts. Once you start, you have to do the workout in order and sometimes the equipment isnt available to do so. I'm currently doing PWR and I love it. I do wish there were modification options to some of the exercises (leg press?!). Also the new update has made it difficult to hear the trainer cues. Overall it's worth the $$!

The App is not immediately intuitive, but the program is amazing. I have had it for over 2 years now and I really enjoy the workout program. I have introduced it to a handful of people and the ones who installed the app all had troubles and confusion when starting. An introductory walkthrough would probably be helpful. I did not struggle with the app because I had the program back when it was a downloadable pdf file so I knew what I was looking for.

I really love the workout options however I wish I could more easily manually schedule my weeks out instead of it automatically assigning days to workouts. Ideally I'd love to pick and choose and be able to move things around easier because every week is different for me. I also wish I could connect it to my Samsung watch! But the workouts are great, I like that they vary even within each program.

this program is very helpful even if you don't use all the features. I honestly can't afford to use the meal planner it has with it but it's still great for ideas. you can customize it for your diet. the workouts are great and challenging. The only downfall is I think it should have an option to enter your own custom workouts. this app is more like a program you follow and it's pretty customizable. but... if you are looking something more as a log or tracker this probably would not be for you.

I've been using the original bbg guides for years, but wanted an easier way to access them using my phone. this app is great because you can do the workouts on your own schedule (you're not tied to the original MWF format) and you can switch up the plans to try them out. Kayla's plan has consistently been the only one I've ever been able to stick to and see results, because they're short but also kick your butt!

Really enjoying the PWR workouts & the over all layout of the app. I think it could be cheaper, most people are having to pay the $20 subscription + gym membership fees. There needs to be a count down in the last 3 seconds of the timer! I feel Sweat is very biased towards apple. Wondering when it will work with an android watch. Would also be convenient to be able to control the app from the lock screen. Go to the next exercise or see the timer instead of constantly having to check the phone.
