I've been using (and paying) this app for 4 years. It's sad to see that basically with every update they just make it worse. 1. They made the interface more complicated. It takes way longer to log your food. 2. There was a feature with adding new foods: you could type in how much calories and nutrients per 300 grams (for example) Now it's not possible anymore, so the only option is to know exactly how much kcal per 100 grams. It's a big problem, when adding foods that only have the serving info

There should be an option when setting things up to select what kind of diet you eat. For someone who is vegan, the meal options provided were not helpful. They all contained animal products. Also I didn't see an option to change how much you wanted to lose and how fast. The only way to modify any setting is to buy the pro version.

Just downloaded the app today and after selecting any of the three options on the first screen I'm taken to a white screen that's apparently prompting me for an input, but there's nothing but just white screen for me to read, so I can't progress. The only options that takes me to a screen I can actually read is the one for logging into an existing account, but I have no way of making an account short of using somebody else's phone to do it. Not a very good first impression, tbh.

this is a nice idea. however I uninstalled immediately after realizing virtually nothing was available without the pro version. I've been an avid user of the my fitness pal free version for almost 10 years and its synced with my Fitbit and lots of other apps. I at least hoped I could access the recipes but thats only for pro members as well. may as well just use pinterest as I've been doing. I wouldnt mind using a free version of this with ads. it just needs more features

Beautiful app, one of the most complete fasting apps and certainly my favorite. However after paying for a year of PRO through 2020-2021 taking a few months off and coming back I'm annoyed/shocked that the price for PRO has more than doubled without adding anything new to justify it. On top of that the free features you used to get, are almost all behind the pay wall now. It's a great app, but on to the next one. The SOLE reason I'm not resubscribing is because of this greedy money grab.

Really good app and helpful. I used for more than year a free version and it is good and if you stick with the program you can lose weight. I lost 22kg for year but i was also practicing. Now i payed for full version and then i realized how many great things, meals coaching this app had. Only one flaw and I recommend to try to correct it. When i making i list for groceries it would much easier to put all things in one list and if there are same products then just to add them together.

I tried the app during the free trial. After a couple of days I found it frustrating and difficult to follow. Unpleased with the app I tried to cancel the subscription before they could charge me for it. Turns out they still did and customer support has been nothing but useless. Neither Google play nor Yazio could help (even though they can). I wouldn't recommend the app due to the interface and of course its customer "support". You can find the same and more in free apps. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

It is easy to record foods because so many people use this. But there are a lot of bad entries. I've put a few in, myself, good and bad, so one must be careful when sorting out which food applies or is accurate. I wish I could remove my bad-oops entries. I think these happen because we (I) don't understand what it's asking for and just want the calories, carb, fat, protein numbers--never mind the rest-- I want to get on with my day. I like the recipies, water tracker and weight tracker.

I wish I had used the free version for awhile before I paid for a year of an app that I will be unistalling. 19.99 down the drain. I have tried to enter several food items and 90% of the time it gives back several options of varying calorie ranges. How do I know which one is right? I wanted a Calorie Counter app because I dont know and it seems neither do they. I find myself going to the restaurant's website to get the right calorie count and then coming back here to adjust the oz to get near.

At first, I thought this was a great app. Even wasted my money on the pro features. But i was really put off by the bad fasting timer they pretend is a feature. It is a timer, and an inflexible uneditable one. You can't edit or change your plan, you can't even edit or change past day performance. Nothing from the myfitnesspal side of the app even affects the fast timer, so why bother? Seriously, avoid this app if you want to fast. If you want to track calories only...maybe.

I haven't used this app for long but it seems to do the job really well. There are a *lot* of features locked behind the pro membership but just the free ones are a great help too. I might even consider getting the pro version some time in the future. Like others said though, many of the foods users have added are wrong which is why I wish there were more of them that were verified. Still a great app so far though.

I downloaded and paid for 1 year membership cause I thought it would give me keto recipes, more keto options and also more fasting time choices that would work for me since I do the 18/6 but it has none of the above. I'm very disappointed. I couldn't enter my macros either so it doesn't work for me at all. Thanks but no thanks. Also It would be great if u could offer a free basic option to see if people will like it first before they have to buy it. It gives you no choice but to buy it!!!

Still getting used to it but I refuse to purchase a paid version if the simple integration with Google fit can't track activity. I do a quarterly 72hr water only fast. Recently started intermittent fasting with great successes, as going to sleep a little hungry was better than what I was used to with my quarterly fast. I will change the rating up to 4 if the free version functions correctly.

Worthless. Do not get this app! All this is, is a fancy calorie counter and goal timer with some recipes. You have to pay to use any potentially useful features. I paid not knowing everything that was offered. Once I opened the paid version I was extremely disappointed in what was actually offered. My Fitness Pal offers almost all of the same stuff in their free version so WHY would anyone pay 20 bucks for 1 or 2 extra (pointless) features?! Also, they will NOT give you a refund once you pay.

I really dislike how all food is measured in grams. It makes adding custom food quite difficult, and in the end, I really regret spending money on this app. I really wanted to try out something new, but I am going to go back to using LoseIt! or Samsung Health. The recipes and challenges are nice, and the fasting element is unique to this app. However, if you are using this as a calorie counting app, it just doesn't work.

Truly disappointed with the newest update, makes everything complicated, food searches take forever to load, and the days are all wacky, some days won't come up, some are repeated. When looking at your diary you have to go into the meals to view whats in them whereas before they were simply displayed on the page. It was a terrible idea to change the app when it was just fine the way it was, and even more upset that I paid for a year of PRO to now have to deal with this poorly executed update.😒

Just a cheap Lose It! knockoff. Except this one only lets you count calories for free with a smaller, limited food library. Everything is pushing you to pay for a membership, but if you're going to do that, just buy a Lose It! membership because it is a lot better quality. I have been using them for years, just tried this for a promotion. This just feels gimicky and the UI is really outdated and cheap. Don't bother with this. It can't do as much as Lose It! And doesn't look as nice either.

I kinda wish I hadn't been sucked into buying the "new and shiny" subscription. The app is really slow to search foods, the pictures don't match the items and everything is measured in ounces. It's a real pain when you're trying to adjust for portion size. My morning shake is a great example. I use 1 teaspoon of peanut butter, but the app offers 1 spread, 1 cup or 1 oz! I waste time trying to convert a teaspoon into ounces which makes the food diary process frustrating and I won't keep it up.
