I get notified about many deals. It keeps me getting new stuff. Navigation has some opportunities, trying to find the product you want and even the checkout process might be confusing. Still, very nice to use.

Huge purchase, contacted them back to let them know one of the items was incorrect. Was told to cancel and after the refund make the correct purchase. The refund was sent to the wrong CC. I called back the first time and the lady hung up on me. The second call she stated she sees the issue and would contact the company Affirm. Never letting me know it was a transfer call. The amount of money spent for merchandise at any company/merchant should constitute great customer service 😡 I am 😡😞

Phone was supposed to be delivered next day till I checked out. Then it said 2 weeks. Tried to use samsung financing, it only covered part of the amount. My credit score is 7.8. I was canceled 4 times trying to order. Each time I had to reorder all items and details. Let's say I'm pissed.

Update 2: For me, useless app. No desire for useless gadgets tht equate to more $ doled out just for non-productive entertaining or greedy corporations. I care not who Ryan Tedder or any other celebrity is. App is simple waste of time. May disenable app agn if need to. WHY DOES THIS APP REQUIRE ACCESS TO MY CONTACTS? ANSWER PLS. UPDATE 1: Thnx for courteous & specific reply. Much appreciated. Although not shared much prefer to keep 'Contacts' as private as possible for their sake [not mine].

I love Samsung ❤️ point blank. The loyalty and points program is great. The fact that I can purchase my phone unlocked and use it with any carrier is everything to me. Plus I can get it at a great discount and Samsung always have a great sale and bundle buy going on. There is always something for everyone. You can't miss using the Samsung shop app. Oh and the shipping is absolutely fast. I love it. Thanks Samsung. I know I'm going to love my new S23 ultra phone when it arrives. 😍

***Edit*** Well I had to pay for someone else's purchase/trade in merely because they used to love at my address, with the promise Samsung would refund the amount and re-enable purchasing and trade-ins on my account, as well as pay for the difference in value on my trade-in due to fake damage, even reference the "picture proof" they sent to me showing no damage on my device. So I'm out a phone, the cost of a trade in, and another one that wasn't even mine, and shocker, no refund came back.

Mostly pretty good. Numeric input locked up when I was entering my CC number. I went back to previous screen then selected CC and it worked... but I almost cancelled my order since it didn't seem like I'd be able to pay.

They have more payment options than anywhere else I've ever seen. There's options that aren't even based on credit history, just leasing depending on how much you make at work. This has been such a great experience and has really galvanized my decision to be completely loyal to samsung for ALL of my electronic needs (which, there are A LOT of in my household)! Thank you so much fir your wonderful products samsung, and making it so easy to obtain them as a working class american!

I simply love this app❤️. This is my second order through the Samsung app, which is easy to navigate and problem free. I logged in ,select the item I wanted ,added to the cart, and I also got a good discount too for my second purchase, and I checked out using my financing option. Thank you for a app that works

I used the app to save $25 but it didn't reflect on my cart or checkout. Things that pop up on the website don't do that in the app as i had hoped. It took me twice as long to checkout on the app. I have less trouble just using the website.

My orders keep getting canceled. I got a $225 credit and can't even use it. I have never experienced this before. I tried to trade in my phone for S23 Ultra since July 30th, and it keeps getting canceled. Today l tried to pre-order Tab S9 Plus with the same outcome. An order goes through and gets canceled. It keeps telling me this "We’re sorry! At this time, we are unable to complete your order # because you have exceeded the maximum number of purchases and transactions allowed." Ridiculous.

Weather on the app or the website you all make the ordering process the most difficult I have ever dealt with. I have literally been trying to preorder the new fold 5 since around 9:30 this morning. It is now 11:03pm and I just n now was able to get my order placed at the price it should have been. Contacted someone on chat and they were absolutely zero help. I have screen shots to prove that. Absolutely ridiculous do better Samsung!!!!!! What would I need to contact you for?

I used the financing option to get a new phone. I could see my card was already in their system. But there was no option for auto pay. No option to make a payment. Support is just a useless bot. They use a third party for financing and never reference them. So my first interaction the financing company was a late fee... as if I am supposed to read someone's mind to figure out what company is financing. What a scam...

You can never get in touch with anyone when you need help, I paid extra for overnight delivery a week ago. Still waiting. When I try to cancel my order, it says can't cancel because it's in transit, but the says it's processing. Sometimes it's just not work the hassle

I absolutely love the convenience of shopping all things Samsung on this app. There are always slight glitches, which is why I gave the 4 stars. But the actual process of searching for everything and checking out is super simple and the payment options are great!

The worst experience ever buying, also the support was not good they didn't know how to fix it, they gave me same recomendations with 3 support members. Please samsung don't answer this review. I tried from 3 different accounts, 4 different payment methods, I had more than 15 order canceled. A friend tryed with a new account with his credit card, didn't work and he received the same cancelation email. The discount using the app is good plus the trade in but if you can't buy it is frustrating.

No way to turn off marketing notifications? Either that or very well hidden. Edit after developer response: there are no three dots on the top right corner on the main page or any page to go to the notification settings. I turned off all notifications from the app through Android, which is not ideal in case I wanted to buy something from the Shop app and want order notifications.
