Honestly this app is like several of the workbooks I've bought in the past, except done in a way where I want to do them. The voice is soothing and informative. It is in small chuncks that space out sessions so you don't get overwhelmed or try to speed through without learning the material. It is very straight forward, and even the writing prompts you in ways that help you work through things with yourself. This truly is an amazing app, and I am very appreciative that it exists. Thank you :)

I very much enjoy this. Most mental health apps pressure you to pay money for extra resources or help. This one does not. It offers many different free excercises based on your personal mental health needs. It is very straightforward and easy to navigate. Probably one of my favorite mental health apps I've used so far. I look forward to using it everyday.

So far so good. I've definitely seen improvements in areas. I have only completed on lesson and almost finished with the second so haven't explored the app much else yet. If there was something I would change so far is if wanting to hear the first audio information on whichever part of check in your on in the lesson you have to quit and restart otherwise I haven't found a way to go back to hear or review it again. Only the bullet points it makes for u on the recap however I am recording more

I still enjoy using the app and I subscribed to premium. There are some bugs tho, like in one module, they didn't save my responses. One of the rescue missions "Handling Guilt and Shame" I can't access it and says I need premium even though I'm already subscribed. Please fix that!! Everything else is great.

I believe this app has great potential, that being said, I've been having some issues with this app. Whenever I'm doing a daily check in or completing a session there are times where I have to click the screen over and over again becuase it goes back and forth between the previous screen I've already seen and the screen I am on now. Sometimes I have to do this a good five times for it to work. And sometimes it won't work and it would just close out the app. Hopefully this can be fixed.

I've used a couple of other self-improvement apps in the past, and been unimpressed. So, I installed this app with my expectations set pretty low. But honestly, this app impressed me. It managed to make me think, show me new perspectives, and give me hope for a better me. And the app itself is of excellent quality: no ads, incredibly user-friendly design, attractive visuals, and a wide variety of courses for the taking. Definitely earned five stars; I'd recommend giving it a look.

The app itself is wonderful, however there is a bug that refuses to let me move on from a session. The main lesson says I need to do a daily task, but I've completed the task, and it says to go to the main lesson to move on. It's very aggravating because I just want to do a lesson. I've closed the app and tried reopening to see if that would help, and nada.

I absolutely love the concept, and I'm happy with the different paths I can experience in this app! The change and learning actually happen on the app, so you don't have to go do a whole bunch of other stuff. The app works, but they're constantly working on making it better. You can't quit paths yet, and the timeline of the paths are somewhat confusing. They're generally shorter than they look. The developers are good at replying soon when you have a problem. Overall, I've appreciated the app!

I love the organized, simple and concise layout of this app. I've found that I'm actually excited to do the sessions without hesitation because it gets right to the point and when participation is necessary the questions and/or quizzes aren't long and drawn out. I really feel like I've learned and accomplished something each time I use this fantastic app. Thank you for such an efficient majorly helpful resource.

This seems to be one of the more practical self-improvement apps I've found. Still, a few small complaints. 1. It's "dumbed down" so far that I'm already getting fidgety. One can fast-forward but can't speed up the audio, which would be preferable. 2. It has not (yet, see #4 below) guided me to apply any of its principles in "real world" ways. 3. It proclaims its "scientific" authority, but makes basic grammar mistakes. 4. It nags to provide a rating when a user has barely tried it out.

This app so far has been great, it has a very neat and fun looking interface and is overall fairly easy to use. The best part is, its free! There are plenty of journeys to take and they dont take very long. I really enjoy how you can choose whether you want the trxt version instead of the audio version. The only gripe I have is that it can be a little confusing on what activities you are supposed to do and when you are supposed to do them. It might help to add a little timeline of all the tasks.

Its so good, I've been working on procrastination habits and finally got around to cleaning the house without worry. The only problem i face with this app is that sometimes the text gets cut off because it doesn't all fit on the screen. I cant scroll down to see either because it senses the click on the screen as a tap and skips text

Like Duolingo, but for Brain Stuff (that term doesn't sound right but I don't really know enough about brainology to dispute it). I think it could use clearer notification settings, but I'm refraining from holding that against them until I know for sure that it's just my inability to find them getting in the way. I dont remember how I came across this app, but I really do enjoy it. The voice recordings are soothing and I like the whole learning pathway idea; it keeps me working on things for awhile instead of blowing through activities in a day or two and forgetting what I learned. This has been so helpful while I try to find an affordable therapist and gives me tools to work on myself. I love the check ins, journals, and rescue sessions. There are a few typos in the learning modules but I look past it(:

So far so good, the content is easily laid out and digestible. Has helped with my stress and anxiety levels. My only issues are with the app itself, the timing in between check ins is a day. Therefore if you miss a day and want to catch up on your journey and do multiple sessions the app doesn't really allow you to do so. But other than those minor things, great app.

I absolutely love this app! It has taught me so many useful techniques to reduce my anxiety. The best thing it has done for me is shown me how to put my worries into perspective. If you just look at something a different way sometimes it changes the whole situation and makes it less monumental than before. I've always had major anxiety issues and since I can't always talk to professionals about them this app has helped me become more independent in learning how to better myself.

The premise of this app is great. The rescue sessions and tailored help is very nice. However, every time I try to do a journal entry, the app freezes and makes it difficult to type. You get frustrated just trying to wait for the app to catch up, then it crashes. I will maybe return once the app is more stable but not at this time.
