With the latest update, the app becomes difficult to use. All the downloaded offline videos are gone. There's problem downloading videos for offline. Please go back to the previous version of this app.

One of the best app available for education but the downgrade is dead there is only one session available and after the expiration of that we can't pursue that course

I started learning something new which I am really thankful and privileged about but above all of that , one thing that got my attention are the teacher. They truely have a lot to teach that can impact positive changes. thank you for giving this wonderful opportunity to learn. Maybe there are a lot of better lectures in youtube but this app is a bit better.

The app makes learning experience more attentive as it brings audio-visual transcripts, which I believe for me it increases attention to the maximum and makes learning much more fun!

I have done 2 railway courses through edx website in 2020 and every time I have to go in and signing in it's was like time taking stuff but now through this app directly I can start from the course where I left last time. It's more convenient stuff.

I love the edX website on the PC, but the App on the smartphone isn't that good. It needs to be redesigned and have a much better UI for the users/ students.

Latest update cannot access course modules, cannot even view completed certificate. Have signout and in, clear cache etc. There are course deadline to meet please can support investigate.

Really enjoy the app. The sync calendar feature is pretty awsome. Can download and watch lecture videos on phone.

Some videos can't be downloaded. They just show a loading icon instead of the download button. Also, the download manager shows an empty page. The else is good.

UI is pretty simple and easy to use, although feel is a bit clunky but that's okay, the knowledge in the courses compensates pretty easily for that. Highly recommended

The courses were good it would be better if they give subscription model. The prices were very high to afford for someone in developing country. Only audit mode is available for free. But that was not enough since everyone requires certificates. Recently I encountered an problem with browsing in app when I send msg to ai chatbot it send en error saying "opps we encountered an problem " but my connection works normal. And also there are errors when browsing searching courses in app .

Disappointed that the course poses as a go at your own pace course, even though there are time limits for each section. Plus I had a technical issue on one of the first portions of the quiz section, and their technical support team was unable, and quite unwilling to resolve it. You do not have unlimited attempts on test / quizzes.

With the latest update in October 2023, it has become extremely difficult to use the app. Some videos don't play at all. Some content is not shown even after multiple tries. Besides, the progress doesn't update as it used to be in previous version. Please fix these issues or revert me to the previous version with quite different UI.

The app is fairly well-designed and the edX site as a whole is phenomenal for following up on any sudden interests you have completely free. There are courses on almost any general subject you would want to learn in-depth and there are also several engaging activities, assignments, and tests even if you're only auditing (free). You can also pay for a certificate for your resume or LinkedIn to show that you completed the course, though it is usually between $50 and $300 to do so. Would recommend.

Don't upgrade from basic unless you use a PC. Many points when it tells you this section not compatible with mobile devices. Then in tests with drag and drop, sorry this does not work with touch enabled devices. Is it 1999 or 2023? Very very disappointed, but very happy I tried a course in free audit mode and didn't waste my money.

edit- they have improved this app a bit, but it still needs work. I can now view and access all of my courses, but cannot use the pronunciation exercises for language learning, nor can I bookmark the sections like you can online. It says pronunciation doesn't work on ios but I'm using android. So, I bumped it up to 3 stars because it's better than nothing I guess. But, it needs a lot more work to be a useful app.
