I have tried several times to order something to pick up in store. Every time it keeps saying it can't prices the payment. Why bother with the app if you are not going to make sure people can use it as intended. As an update, tried ordering again and still same issue...

Prices on games change when you click on select them. Several times I would select a 19.99 game and it would come up at 24.39. GameStop also puts ineligible games in sale sections. For example the Buy 1 get 1 free sale section included several games that were it part of the promotion. So when you go to check out the cart will be significantly more. So the app itself is either broken or GameStop is doing the bait and switch. So be careful and pay attention to any online transactions you do

The app is dodgy when changing address. I moved and my order was sent to my previous address even though I added my new one. The previous address won't edit or delete. When I went to my old house and picked up my used PS4 it was missing a power cord. Customer service wouldn't send a new one. Customer service favorite phrases were it's on you (lady) and it doesn't work that way (man). If I ever shop there again I will go to a brick and mortar store. I paid for same day delivery and was failed.

Used to be a fantastic app, now it's a horrible experience to navigate or do anything with. Constantly logs me out every few days, crashes half of the time before opening the store page, and is slow as molasses. Totally impossible to find items in store anymore after they idiotically removed the "Pick up in store" filter from the search. Do better.

If the app didn't always crash and could actually apply your rewards correctly to the cart and more easily it becomes a awesome app that I would use more often. Unfortunately when they ship it to you they put it in multiple boxes and the last 3 times I always lost a box had to call then one more box's goes missing etc etc. It's annoying and unnecessary.

This app was a major improvement a couple of years ago but GameStop has done nothing to address bugs and refine features. This makes the user experience less enjoyable to the point where I make purchases through my PC to ensure that points/discounts are being applied correctly upon checkout. Filters and search methodology is very lackluster and can use some major improvements. Also, why would you include items that are not available anywhere in search results by default?

This isn't so much a problem with the app itself but GameStop higher-ups mismanagement of tracking stores' inventory levels. Twice now I have experienced an issue where looking online or in the app where a certain item is supposed to be in stock at a particular store only to call or get there and find out the opposite. This is completely unacceptable and a complete waste of the customers' time. Corporate shouldn't be inflating numbers to look good at the expense of the customers' experience.

Absolute clusterf*ck. What an odd way to design an app. This app is great until you try to pay for your purchases. Good luck with that adventure! I needed to make up a ton of information to fit the apparently random requirements for check out. Good luck folks! Absolutely a disaster of an experience.

This app is pretty bad. It really wastes a lot of your time. The filter does not work. And why would I want to see a game title that is out of stock in store and online? Especially when I checked the in stock box on the filter settings. And everytime I push the back button it goes to the account part of the app for some reason. I end up having to retype what I'm looking for. Just horrible. They really ruined this app.

1. Overpriced but that's okay in a way but the main thing is it doesnt send an email when I click forgot password yes I typed it in right but it just wont send me one to reset my password

Can not enter card number. "Something went wrong, try again." Every time! It's still doing this. No matter what I'm doing on this app, after 20 or 30 seconds, it says sorry something went wrong, try again.

Gamestop will be Gamestop and eventually will be bankrupt because of the quality of products they provide that they call "new". Thats why all my money goes to Best Buy and Amazon which i highly recomend to get games and accessories from, because they dont let you down. Every time i order from GS, im always left with a bitter taste in my mouth.

It's a decent app when it works. One of the things I would suggest is when we make preorders. It shows us the pre-order and where. And to see previous transactions and not just what you did through the app.

Had been saving my point for years and i get today in email $80 of my $370 is expiring at the end of the year. Looks like im going to cash out. drop the app and membership when over in april. Only used it to get the $5 off each month. I get the same at sams club. Greed made you lose another member

Once I purchased a steam digital code, It said it was used.. invalid... how is it invalid of no one knew the digital code in the first place Fix your steam digital codes please, It's been difficult to get them on the spot before saying the digital code has been redeemed When I bought the code, someone uses it. Edit, I lost $1 to no charge because I got my purchase declined.. please fix your orderinf process
