Made an order of 8 items. Got only two. Total waste of time. They have problems with inventory update and they clearly lack customer focus. Their processes are broken and faulty and need to be overhauled; otherwise, they are a bankrupt company in the making. Personally, no more busness with them again. Sorry!

I had the most terrible online shopping experience here. I tried returning an item. First it took more than a month to get it picked by the courier. Secondly, upon more than two dozens follow up and constant reminders, it's been more than a month further, I didn't get my refund. Highly unprofessional customer support. The most pathetic online shopping experience... "NOT RECOMMENDED"

The worst experience ever I had with S&S sports so far. I have been a regular customer but I will never make a mistake to order again. I have requested items for return and it's almost a month now. Whenever I check with customer care, all they say is we escalated the issue and they will contact you soon for pick up. There is no other way to follow up with them. Literally they will make you beg for your order. The most pathetic service ever. Don't shop from them you will get stuck with no help whatsoever. Even one star rating is more than enough for them.

I had a good experience when placed an order and received the items in a week, but then when i needed to exchange one of items for a smaller size it became catastrophic, it has been almost a month since I made the exchange request and the items is not picked up until now. I highly recommend not to use this app unless the chances of you making an exchange request is 0%.

It says if you refer a friend to install and register to this app, you will both receive a discount, but the coupon they gave its not valid .

The worst experience ever... You order and be surprised that your order was cancelled even after confirming it. then when it happen and you receive an item and need to return it... it will take them a month to pick it up and another month to give you your money back ( I am still waiting for my money) and you have to remind them every couple of days... and everytime they come up with a new excuse. AVOID IT... many other decent online shops out there...

This app provides sale periods on a frequent basis with further markdowns too. There are 2 things I don't like & I request you to consider my request. Firstly, there is no wishlist. You can't save your items you like. I have to take screenshots everytime to remember what I wish to buy later. Secondly, when I click the "Notify me" button when a size is out of stock I have to enter your email every single time. The app should auto-send the notification of new stock directly to the register email.

Worst app ever. When you have applied search filters and you select one product to view it in detail, once you press back all the filters are gone and they need to be reapplied. If you minimise the app the current page you were on and the search filters are all gone. I added 6 items to the cart after a painful search and thought i would check out later. When i opened the app again the cart was empty. Pls learn from noon and amazon. Create apps that enable sales and not have an app for sake of it

Cheated me for the second time. After completing the order and making the payment they cancelled my order after few hours. And this the second time this is happening. Why should i then spend time selecting item and making payment. Now the amount will take 7 to 10 days to get to the bank account. Uninstalling forever.

Bad experience. They keep on posting items which are not available. You will pay it and then they will tell you sorry your payment will just refunded.

Very bad customer service and they took too much time to deliver items they dt have a follow up system and there location capture register wrong address and they ddt fix it after complain.ill never buy again from this app

I deleted all data and catch data, and reinstalled the app. It still doesn't work. It only shows background, I'm really disappointed i have a flagship phone s20+ 5g. I've never had any technical problem with any app yet, I've written a review before with no sufficient solution as you only responded with a common fix such as the way i tried above. Please fix this issue asap as im unable to visit your outlet. it's very far. Regards

Horrific returns & exchange options. When selecting exchange it automatically switches to return despite selecting exchange and picking the size. Additional to the fact that they send you the wrong size to begin with. This happened TWICE! Customer service is useless. They are there to talk to you but have absolutely no ability or access to change anything. They have no answers either. NEVER ordering from this app again and even less likely to go to the store after this experience.
