Like it...very user/shopper friendly. Only 2 issues: it isn't easy to add something as a favorite. Ideally you could see an item in a search list and hit favorite, but they make you click on the item and then pick a size/color, then apply, then scroll down slightly, then hit favorite, then hit back/exit to return to your list. Too much of an interruption-7 actions vs. 1. Also, you have to manually add your credit card if you want to save it in your profile. I have an Samsung android phone FYI

Quick responsive application, filters are very handy to search or fine tune exactly what I am looking for. Thank you for the updates and for paying attention to detail on the android side. There's some enhancements than can be done when clicking an item and loading the images (takes seconds or going back and reclicking to load the image). Overall 5/5 been using this app for quite a while and have seen the improvements.

App changed for the worst. This app used to be great, but the recent update requires you to sign in every time to access your wish list. From there, it takes you to an in-browser window in order to look at items in your wish list. All the ease of use of this app is out the window. I might as well just go directly to the website. There is nothing faster oe bettee about the June, 2019 update. Please fix.

This app sucks!.. Unable to shop the early access sale. App will not save anything!. Have to re enter my password, items, and credit card info only for it to never proceed to the checkout option. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times and it still has the same issue. I have missed out on many items that I wanted because of this. Not happy at all

App is easy to navigate and placing an order is a breeze. I also love the instore and reserve features to help me find/try items when I'm able to get to a brick and mortar Nordstrom. The only bad thing is that I've never found the notes feature to work in the app to check total amount of notes/points on my account. Since I rarely use notes this isn't a big deal for me. Update: Notes are now easily visible when checking out. I use this app regularly and have no problems with it.

Inaccuracy for store pick up inventory. The app let's you choose and narrow down what you have or might have at a store but when you go into select a color/size everything blacks out and say it's not available in any option. So why does the system read it as available. It a real boggle that makes the online shopping more of a pain than a convenient feature.

Every time I open an email from Nordstrom, which is often, I must update the app. Then, when I open the app, I won't take me to the screen I left. Then I start over with the email and same thing happens. I give up
