Not letting us sign in or email showing up after request it. Good sales bad website. Very frustrating to sign into. What a bad total to get free shipping. 54.99 what kind of number is that. The odd number to get the free shipping. Not much for five dollars on top of it.

Very bad very slow customer service is terrible so slow ages to get threw then they just end the chat when they want never get anything solved wouldn't bother with the app and no deals wither none of the code work hardly either

It was good at first but I live in a diffrent country and its showing the currency of a different country that i used to live in now I can't see the currency of the country I live in right now. Also, the app is very slow.

Only used this site once and will be the last. Won't load, doesn't show order and get told 2 days later that 1 item not available, yet was still showing to buy. Your not cheap, yet your site is poor.

Just downloaded it. You are forced to enable notifications. So that's an automatic one Star. What human needs to be forced into notifications from a shoe store? How much Crocs related news can there be that's pertinent to my life? I just want to buy the shoes and wear them. I don't need to Hotwire them to my phone.

I love Crocs, but the whole applying of a promo code is so bad. I have discount promo codes that encouraged me to shop, but then I can't enter any promo codes in the checkout process. I keep clicking, hoping that the next screen will have a place to enter promo code, but nothing, next thing I know, I've purchased. Granted that these Crocs are on sale, but I have a new customer code and a free shipping promo, so why can't I use this? I also downloaded the app to help with this, but it didn't.

The app is very glitchy. It keeps stalling. I finally placed an order but it did not give me a confirmation and then stated that there is no order history. I don't know if there is an app virus or if my credit card information has been stolen or what. Of course there is no one to contact on a Saturday.
